Benchmarking dataset for markerless motion capture analysis

    No full text
This dataset contains data from a motion analysis experiment using a markerless and a marker-based system. Its purpose is to benchmark whole-body markerless motion analysis methods. A GitHub repository (https://github.com/lbmc-lyon/Benchmarking_markerless) is associated with this dataset, where one may find and upload kinematics obtained from video data. The data consisted of recordings with both systems of five different tasks performed by two participants. The tasks cover various activities and challenges for both systems (gait, sit-to-stand-to-sit transfers, manual box handling, challenging motions with high feet, and couple dancing). The dataset includes: "marker" data (3D trajectories of 48 skin reflective markers placed on specific anatomical landmarks) provided as .c3d files; RGB video from 9 calibrated and synchronized cameras provided as .avi files; Utility files such as camera calibration files

    Campagne exploratoire PFAS DGS/ANSES 2023-2025

    No full text

Genotypic data for the analysis of fine temporal and spatial scale structure in the European silver fir

    No full text
Genotypic data at twelve loci for the analysis of the spatial genetic structure of 766 seedlings from 6 different seedling cohorts of Abies alba Mill., the European silver fir, at its range margin, in Mont Ventoux, France. Seedlings were sampled in an intensive study plot of 0.79 ha on Mont Ventoux (latitude: 44°1056” N - longitude: 5°17’01” E - elevation: 1400-1450 m above sea level) at the southwestern-most tip of the Alps in France All seedling are geolocalized and their height are attributed to the following cohorts: C1 (20-50 cm in height): 152 individuals; C2 (50-100cm in height):183 individuals; C3 (100-200 cm in height): 156 individuals; C4 (200-300 cm in ): 78 individuals; C5 (300-500 cm in height): 109 individuals; C6 (>500 cm in height): 88 individuals. The genetic data include ten biallelic bi-parentally inherited isozyme loci and two paternally-inherited chloroplast microsatellite (cpSSR) loci. Isozyme data are coded as genotypes with two alleles at each locus (e.g. an individual scored "12" indicates that the electrophoretically detected genotype was heterozygote for alleles "1" and "2"). cpSSRs data are coded as length variants (e.g. an individual scored "136" indicates that the electrophoretically detected variant size was 136 base pairs long Measurements and genetic scoring were done in 1998. The data are sufficiently resolved to address issues related to spatial genetic structure in a relatively inbred population. They can also be used for meta-analyses and for teaching purposes.</p

Hydrological reconstruction (1960-2021) of the Velicka DRN (Czechia)

    No full text
Hydrological model outputs at daily time step for the reconstruction period (1960-2021) in the Velicka DRN (Czechia). Simulated discharge, baseflow an state of flow (flowing/dry) is spatially distributed at the reach scale. Other hydroclimatic variables (temperature, precipitation, rainfall, snowfall, potential evapotranspiration, actual evapotranspiration, vegetation interception, snow water equivalent, saturation of the soil layer, saturation of the grounwater layer) are spatially aggregated at the catchment scale

    CosMoPoly tangible chemical space

    No full text
This deposit contains the tangible chemical space of the project COSMOPOLY (ANR APG 2022). This chemical library enumerates biobased polyfunctional molecules (dedicated to cosmetics) obtained from a building-blocks library available from agro-industries, biorefineries and chemical companies. This library contains carbohydrates, fatty acids, organic acids, alcohols, polyols, phenolic acids, … presumably accessible at industrial scales. The "cosmopoly_library.csv" file contains systematically enumerated molecular structures forming the CosMoPoly library. Each row in the file represents a single molecule, with data organised into four comma-separated columns. The structure of the file is outlined below: File Structure: First Column ("Product") This column contains the molecular structure represented in SMILES notation. Second ("bb1") and Third ("bb2") Columns These columns contain the names of the building blocks used to generate the compound listed in the first column ("Product"). Fourth Column ("bb3") If the molecule was generated via acetalization followed by esterification, this column contains the name of the third building block (bb3). If the molecule was generated using only two building blocks, this column states "None". Additional Information: The last 49 rows of the file contain the SMILES representations of the building blocks themselves. The second column ("bb1") in these rows lists their corresponding names. When a building block is ambiguous, because of its undefined stereochemistry, it is described as a list of the matching chemical names seperated by semi-columns This document is used to illustrate the manuscript: "Spherical GTM: a new proposition for visualisation of chemical data" to be considered for publication in Molecular Informatics.</p
