No full textThe Long-term EU-AU Research and Innovation Partnership for Food and Nutrition Security and Sustainable Agriculture (LEAP4FNSSA) is a Coordination and Support Action (CSA). The main objective of the project is to provide a tool for European and African institutions to engage in a Sustainable Partnership Platform for research and innovation on Food and Nutrition Security, and Sustainable Agriculture (FNSSA). Work Package 3 (WP3) of the project aims to provide the core information system for the partnership platform. In this context, the LEAP4FNSSA lexicon is proposed and integrated into the KEOPS software.
The LEAP4FNSSA lexicon based on 12 concepts dealing with the food security domain is the result of 3 steps of work and brainstorming. This dataset presents the obtained lexicon and a summarization of the method to build it

No full text[FR] Jeu de données sur l'abondance des invertébrés du sol collectés entre le 24/03/2018 et le 21/06/2018 dans des bananeraies, des forêts et des jachères enherbées de Martinique. 250 prélèvements ont été réalisés dans 25 parcelles à l'aide de quadrats de 25 x 25 cm. La litière ainsi que les premiers centimètres de sol ont été prélevés puis placés dans des extracteurs de Tullgren/Berlèse. Environ 20 000 individus ont été collectés et identifiés au niveau de la famille ou de l'ordre selon le taxon.

Zones de production maraichères et fruitières à La Réunion (2021)
No full textCette étude réalisée en 2021 s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet de recherche portant sur l’autonomie alimentaire-énergétique de La Réunion porté par l’ADEME, le CIRAD et l’Université de La Réunion visant à simuler l’évolution d’indicateurs d’autonomie alimentaire-énergétique, en lien avec l’usage des sols, selon plusieurs scénarios à l’échelle du territoire. Cette modélisation s’appuie notamment sur la connaissance des rendements et des besoins pour plusieurs types de cultures. Dans le cas des cultures fruitières et maraîchères, il existe un manque voire une absence de données concernant la répartition spatiale des surfaces, leur superficie et sur les consommations en intrants et les rendements de ces cultures. Cette étude vise donc à affiner la connaissance sur la production horticole alimentaire.
A partir de données de répartition des cultures (Recensement agricole de 2011), largement corrigées et approfondies à dire d’experts, des zones de production maraîchères et fruitières ont été cartographiées au sein desquelles les cultures majoritaires en termes d’occupation du sol ont été identifiées. Ces deux cartes ont fait l’objet d’une validation par les experts (une carte pour le maraichage et une carte pour les cultures fruitières).
Les consommations en azote ainsi que les rendements des cultures fruitières et maraîchères ont été estimés pour un hectare cultivé moyen dans chaque zone de production maraichère ou fruitière, en tenant compte des espèces cultivées majoritaires présentes. Les consommations en azote correspondent à des apports recommandés (kg/an), d'après littérature et à dire d'experts, en fonction des espèces cultivées. Les rendements sont des moyennes des espèces majoritairement cultivées dans chaque zone. Pour chaque espèce, les rendements moyens sont tirés de la littérature (contexte local ou tropical de préférence).

No full textThe data presented relates to the article entitled: “Molecular epidemiology of Animal African Trypanosomosis in southwest Burkina Faso”. Blood samples were collected in April and May 2019 in the Hauts-Bassins, Cascades and Sud-Ouest regions of Burkina Faso. Clinical data were recorded on the sampled animals, then several diagnostic techniques for AAT were used. The parasitological diagnosis (BCT) was carried out in the field in addition to an entomological survey. The molecular and serological diagnoses are carried out in the CIRDES laboratory and involved the detection of trypanosome DNA by PCR, the detection of antibodies by Indirect ELISA and the detection of antigenic variants of Trypanosoma brucei gambiense
