Participatory Processing Data on Boiled Yam generated by NRCRI in Nigeria

    No full text
This dataset contains data generated during the Activity 4 or Step 3 - Participatory Processing Diagnosis and Quality Characteristics performed by the NRCRI team in Nigeria on Boiled Yam, within the RTBfoods project (following the Methodological Guidance). This dataset may contain diverse types of anonymized data (e‧g. questionnaires, processing parameters, cleaned and processed data) which is to be available on open access following a 2-years embargo after the end of the RTBfoods project (embargo ending date: 15 March 2025) This dataset may also contain non-anonymized data (e‧g. raw data, consent forms signed by interviewees) which cannot be made publicly available, at any time; non-anonymized data is contained in the .tar‧gz file. No full text
This dataset includes the code and example files used on datasets of Eucalyptus sp. leaf scans to compute leaf size (area, length, etc.), shapes, colour, and percentage of symptoms caused by potassium deficiency. The results were used in the following article: Cornut, I., Delpierre, N., Laclau, J.P., Guillemot, J., Nouvellon, Y., Campoe, O., Stape, J.L., Fernanda Santos, V., & le Maire, G. (2022). Potassium-limitation of forest productivity, part 1: A mechanistic model simulating the effects of potassium availability on canopy carbon and water fluxes in tropical eucalypt stands. EGUsphere, 2022, 1-37 A complete description of the code input-output and instructions are given in the main code "Main_leaf_size_symptoms‧m" This source code uses Matlab software and a Windows operating syste

ASSET Theoretical Lexicon: An agroecology lexicon

    No full text
The overall objective of the ASSET Project is to transform food and agricultural systems in Southeast Asia more sustainable, safer and inclusive, through harnessing the potential of Agroecology. In this context, working groups were organized in order to build a lexicon composed by 16 concepts with 331 terms dealing with Agroecology. This lexicon could be used for the knowledge hub associated with the ASSET Project. In November 2022, 3 workshops were organized in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam to validate these terms. This dataset contains: - A presentation that summarizes the methods (i‧e. expertise, text-mining) and sources (i‧e. Agrovoc, dicoAE) used to construct this theoretical lexicon (TL) - A presentation that details how this kind of lexicon is used with KEOPS - The agroecology theoretical lexicon (TL) with terms validated <br
