Essai intensification du maïs au Nord Cameroun (2013)
Essais mis en place chez des producteurs dans deux grappes de villages du Nord Cameroun en 2013 dans l'objectif d'étudier la faisabilité de l'intensification de la culture du maïs. Des résultats d'analyses de sols sur chaque essai sont parvenus après ces valorisations qui peuvent donner lieu à d'autres interprétation
Dépôt dataverse des documents de la Démarche Qualité sous accréditation ISO 17025 du Laboratoire de Technologie Cotonnière (LTC) du Cirad (2004-2023)
Le dépôt comprend la compilation en un seul fichier PDF de 87 documents de la pyramide documentaire du LTC et de quelques feuilles de calcul associées. Il s’agit du manuel d’assurance qualité du Laboratoire de Technologie Cotonnière (LTC), de procédures, de modes opératoires, de modes opératoires et d’instruction d’utilisation d’équipements de mesure des caractéristiques technologiques des fibres de coton, et de documents types permettant le fonctionnement au quotidien du laboratoire. TropGene Rice
The data come from the TropGeneDB CIRAD information system (https://tropgenedb.cirad.fr/tropgene/JSP/index.jsp).
TropGeneDB contains data from studies on tropical and mediterranean plants for various kinds of topics such as marker, QTL, genotype, genetic, phenotype, cartography (genetic, physical and linkage disequilibrium maps), linkage disequilibrium, association and germplasm.
The plants concerned are banana, breadfruit, citrus, cocoa, coconut palm, cotton, oil palm, rice, rubber, sorghum and sugarcane.
The IS has a database per plant. The data were produced by CIRAD researchers or by CIRAD researchers and colleagues associated in research projects.
All The data have been published.
The RICE data in this dataset produced between 1990 and 2018 were extracted from the TROPGENE_RICE database in tabulated text format files. There is a file for each type of data which name includes the data type. Each line of a file has several columns describing the study (title, description, year, country, place, contact) it belongs to.
The tropgene_rice_references‧txt file contains the references of the scientific publications on these data
EURoot Rice
The data come from the EURoot DB Information System (IS).(http://euroot.cirad.fr/euroot/JSP/index.jsp).
EURoot DB is the database of the EURoot project "Enhancing resource uptake from roots under stress in cereal crops". It manages information on QTLs, genes and mutants involved in root growth under stress (drought, low N or low P) in barley, durum wheat, maize and rice.
This project funded by the European Comission and coordinated by CIRAD began on 1 January 2012 and ended on 31 December 2015.
It was the topic KBBE.2011.1.2-05 - Root signalling, growth and development under abiotic stress conditions of the FP7-KBBE - Specific Programme "Cooperation": Food, Agriculture and Biotechnology. 19 Participants from various jeuropean countries were involved in this project.
The IS has a database per plant and the files of this dataset were extracted from the EURoot RICE database in tabulated text format. Deposit of Nouvelle, the database that stored the data compiled by the LTC’s SISTER platform.
This deposit contains a database called Nouvelle that stores all results of the technological characterization that were performed on cotton fibers by the LTC (Laboratoire de Technologie Cotonnière) since 1992 to December 2023. All data has been encoded to fit with the database structure on one side, and to be managed by SISTER, a homemade platform used as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System that was not existing at the time SISTER was developed). Nouvelle stores information relative to each tested sample, including all the required information on how was used the measuring devices, on how behaved these methods using reference materials or calibration materials, as well as results on the tested samples for our partners or customers
Dépôt de Fibrodat, la base de données de stockage associée à la gestion informatisée de la Fibrothèque de fibres de coton du Cirad
Cette base de données est le lieu de stockage des informations relatives aux entrées physiques de coton dans la Fibrothèque, une collection physique du Cirad transférée au Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle (MNHN) à Paris (contacter via colhelper.mnhn.fr). Les tables de cette base de données sont liées directement à des tables attachées de l’applicatif Microsoft Access 2019 (Fibrotec_PcJPG.accdb) qui facilite la saisie et le contrôle de contenu des champs d’informations de chaque entrée physique en fibres de coton.
