児童における対人的感謝と向社会的行動の関係 : 発達的視点からの検討
Get PDFP(論文)近年、道徳教育への関心が高まり、子どもの発達段階を考慮した教授法が求められている。道徳性の発達支援 に活用できる心理学的知見が複数の研究から示されており、その中に感謝という感情を扱った研究がある。従来、感 謝は向社会的行動を促進するため道徳的感情と捉えられてきた。また、感謝を感じたときに生じる負債感は日本の成 人に特徴的な感情である。しかし児童に負債感が生じているかは十分に検証されていない。本研究では日本の児童に おいて感謝と負債感が向社会的行動に及ぼす影響を探索的に検討した。小学 4 年生から 6 年生に質問紙調査を実施し た結果、対人的感謝は概ね向社会的行動を促進していた。一方、負債感は学年と向社会的行動の対象（見知らぬ人、 友だち、家族）によって複雑に向社会的行動に影響しており、対人的感謝が高い児童の負債感が向社会的行動を抑制 する場合もあった。これらの道徳的感情の発達を教育的観点から考察した。departmental bulletin pape
Consideration of the Role of Imagination in Emergent Curricula through the Discussion of John Dewey’s and Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s Concept of Imagination
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は、初等教育の領域において注目を集めている「生成発展カリキュラムemergent curriculum」において「想像力」がどのように位置づけられるのかを理論的に検討したものである。近年の教育理論において、想像力を育むことの重要性は頻繁に指摘されるものの、その概念は多義的に用いられている現状がある。本研究では、生成発展カリキュラムに関係の深いデューイの想像力概念について整理しつつ、想像力を批判的に捉えたルソーの概念と対話することによって、具体的な教育実践における想像力の意味と役割について批判的に検討する。結論として、想像力が子どもの生の過程に働き、経験を再構成する役割に加え、負の側面ももつことが明らかになる。また、想像力の方向性の問題が指摘される。生成発展カリキュラムにおいて、想像力は教師と子どもの相互主体的な関係のなかで生み出されるものであり、その内容、強さ、方向性を省察していくことが生成発展カリキュラムにおけるカリキュラム・マネジメントにつながることが論じられる。This research is a theoretical consideration of the role of imagination in emergent curricula that have attracted attention in the field of elementary education. Recently, cultivating imagination has been regarded as an important educational aim; however, the concept of imagination is ambiguous. This research first clarifies John Dewey’s concept of imagination, and then constructs a dialogue between Dewey’s theory and Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s negative conceptualization of imagination. This leads to the critical consideration of the meaning and roles of imagination in educational practice. In conclusion, I postulate that imagination works in the process of children’s lives, and reconstructs their experience, in both positive and negative senses. In addition, the direction of imagination is problematized. In emergent curricula, imagination emerges from the intersubjective relation between teachers and children. Teachers can manage the curricula by reflecting in their lessons the contents, intensity and direction of the imagination.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of Open Intellectual Property on Gratuitous Transactions and Recognition of Revenue
Get PDFP(論文)本論文は、企業が特許権を保有したまま国内外の第三者に無償提供する、いわゆる「知的財産のオープン化
（特許の無償開放）」が法人税法 22 条 2 項にいう無償の役務提供に該当するか否かについて論じたものである。
知的財産のオープン化とは、同業他社に自社技術を解放することによって、自社技術の技術標準化を図ることを目
的としたものである。
本論文では、無償取引が収益を認識するのかという問題提起を行い、収益の擬制や役務提供の範囲について検討し
た。結果として、特許の無償開放は無償の役務提供に該当し、それは法人税法上、みなし特許収入として益金に算入されるべきであると結論づけた。The paper addresses enterprises’ maintenance of patent rights amid open intellectual property movements with regard to free provision to domestic and international third parties, and under Article 22 2 of the Japanese Corporation Tax Act. Open intellectual property is a scheme aimed at standardizing private enter- prises’ technologies to increase sharing of such technology among companies in similar areas of business. This paper investigates the problem of whether revenue is recognized in gratuitous transactions, as well as provision of revenue and service rendering. The conclusion is made that removal of costs corresponds with gratuitous rendering of services, and in accordance with the Corporation Tax Act, profits deemed as patent income should be included in gross revenue.departmental bulletin pape
