Basing on the fact that Kosovo is a new state (country), with relatively new institutions, our purpose is to give our contribution in studying and investigating the security risks from the Organized Crime and Terrorism, especially focusing on Security System in Kosovo. This study may be useful to many of us, because we tried to do this, studying the potential risks toward Kosovo. In the findings of this study, you will see treated issues that are current in Kosovo nowadays. We say this, basing on the fact that, today, also in developed countries, the number of crimes is increasingly growing, but this is more current in transition countries in which also Kosovo takes part. So, in this project, we tried to explain clearly the organized crime, the way it appears, and the danger it can bring, taking as an example our state Kosovo, and the risks that may occur (come) from corruption, trafficking the human beings, narcotics smuggling etc. But treating these issues, such as Terrorism, its forms and the security danger, we also will treat the strategies against these phenomena, and the history and function of the Security System in Kosovo, not leaving aside the institutions that are formed after the war

During the adolescence, young people often experiment with different behaviours, and perceptions of young people by others may aggravate their successful integration into society. The work will help us visualize the most important theoretical implications concerning the offending behaviour of young people, as part of the empirical research in the town of Prizren on the basic characteristics and the degree of representation of youth offending behaviour. This paper presents an analysis of reported crimes in the Police Station in Prizren, committed by young people in the period 2003.-2012., as well as observations of teachers in primary and secondary school, educators of the facilities for re-education of minors, on risky behaviour of children and young people, problematic areas and activites in the field of primary prevention and cooperation with parents. Also, in the research is used interrogation techniques structured interview and questionnaire, which was used in 591 respondents, pupils of primary and secondary schools, students of the University of Prizren and minors who are placed in a Center for social work. In this research is used stigmatization questionnaire, Offer and Coopersmith self-esteern questionnaire, social-demography questionnaire as well as constructed questionnaire fot the opinion of students on delinquent behaviour of youth in Prizren. The data were processed by SPSS. The research results point to a multitude of problems in the field of education that is necessary to research and undertake wider social action to address them. Also, criminal behaviour of young people is quite pronounced in the structure of reported crimes in Prizren, even respondents suggested some forms of criminal offenses that are not represented in the larger scale structure of reported and registered crimes. Therefore, it implies representation of dark figures of the minor delinquency. Society does not undertake all necessary measures in order to prevent offending behaviour of young people, regardless that parents, students, teachers and others are aware of the growing problem of youth delinquency

The formation of the nations and the creation of identities and national cultures are not only moments that are identified with historical circumstances of liberation, revival or establishment of national states. These are ongoing processes which start with the establishment of modern national states and continue in the form of state politics and aim to consolidate, cultivate and promote culture which is considered as “national culture”. The aim of this paper is to introduce the role and the importance of the Mass media in the formation of national cultures, in the context of ongoing processes of formation and consolidation of nations. It will also be argued the importance that Mass media had together with the politics of public education and social-cultural politics in the creation of national culture in the majority of national states of Europe, respectively the penetration of the national state in the social and political identity of people. Furthermore, in the historical context, particular importance will be given to the interpretation of the importance of printed media, newspapers, and books as a medium, in the spread of the national language at the mass of people. Except theoretical reviews on the relationship “media- national building-identity”, the paper also aims to represent the role of the Mass media in the formation of the identity and national Albanian culture. Hence, in this observation of the relationship “Mass media-national building-identity” in the Albanian world, it will be concluded the absent role of the Albanian Mass media in the promotion and strengthening of the national Albanian culture, a consequence of which is the idea of the so-called “Kosovar identity”. As a conclusion, the role of the Mass media in the formation and consolidation of the national culture is essential

The art of speaking on screen has attracted and continues to attract viewers, especially the young. The qualities of the speakers on the screen, similar to the qualities of an actor or a singer, are two folded: innate quality and acquired quality based on systematic work in theoretical preparation and formation of practical skills. First and most important quality is the speaker’s voice. It should be full, warm and clear (with no hoarseness), a melodic voice so to attract the attention of viewers. Native language plays another special role; it should be perfectly known by the speaker. All are aware that the language used in the electronic media, especially in television, is a spoken language used by persons with various educational backgrounds thus undergoing changes during its usage, and of course the language is not to be blamed for. But, being conscious of the role that the media plays today, the incorrect usage of words and sentences affects knowledge gaining and citizens’ conscious development simply because the word or expression said, is considered to be correct only because it was said on television. There is a great number of examples where the usage of words and different dialects while avoiding standard language is present, and this research will try to reflect such phenomenon. In order to reach this goal of the paper, we need to investigate the news broadcasts on three national television channels
