    In Fulfilment of the Requirements For the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Social WorkThis study aimed to understand the life experiences and struggles of public utility Jeepney drivers due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in Davao City. Also, it explores the coping strategies of how Jeepney drivers survived the Pandemic. It also knows the Jeepney drivers' insights and learning during the Pandemic. Phenomenology was employed to understand the experiences of Jeepney drivers. Seven (7) PUJ Drivers were interviewed using focus group discussion. The instruments used were self-made by the researchers. Hence, results showed through a thematic analysis where four (4) primary themes emerged in this study under the core ideas Challenges of Jeepney Drivers amidst COVID-19, classified as Being Highly Restricted, having trouble Sustaining Family Needs, generating low income, and trying different alternatives to Survive. Doing Extra Jobs and Spending Money Wisely were the themes that emerged in the Strategies that jeepney drivers use to cope with challenges brought on by the Pandemic. While learning to be Independent, Saving Money for the Future use, and Having High Hopes to Survive were the significant themes that emerged about the insight of jeepney drivers from their experience during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study may help the social workers, LGU, and other NGOs to assess the immediate needs of the PUJ jeepney drivers here in Davao City

The said Barangay shows a big change especially in infrastructures, not only in infrastructures but also in their livelihoods and populations. The purpose of this study is to trace the historical background and development of Barangay La Filipina, Tagum City. To realize the purpose of this study, the researchers gathered data from the residents and Barangay official which are the participants of this study. It was revealed that the Barangay La Filipina encountered many challenges such as flood, controlling NPA group, the rough roads which gave them a problem especially when they are riding a vehicle.     In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree Bachelor of Science in ArchitectureOver two hundred years, public libraries in were designed and developed as civic spaces that preserved and provided services for their local communities. .They provide access to vast resources of documents and knowledge since they are safe and secure venues. Many observations noticed that people hinder looking for a place to study, mostly they are found in fast food chains and other houses of their classmates, and they find it uneasy, knowing that there is a public library already existed however it hinders them to allocate and travel. However, there are still some prefers to use public library especially the people taking masters and students for their ensured information and data sourcing. Nowadays people preferred a modern public library that is appealing and a comfortable place where they can do their work, peacefully and figure out new stuffs while not feeling like being compressed. As a result, the researcher will propose a paper that intends to investigate patron attributes, based on its architecture and facility features for the public library. This study aims to discover the lacking and challenges of the facility and services of the public library that may affect for the users and offer a solution for the public library’s future improvement. A random sampling technique was used in the study. The Mean, Pearson-r and multiple regression analysis were the statistical tools used for the data treatment. It showed that there is a high level of financial literacy and savings behavior among working students at UM Tagum College. The correlation results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and savings behavior. In all measures, working students at UM Tagum College demonstrated a high level of financial literacy. Lastly, the savings behavior of working students at UM Tagum College was influenced by all areas of financial literacy.332.024viii, 51 page

    Cash flow management and profitability of boutiques in Panabo City

    This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between cash flow management and the profitability of boutiques in Panabo City. A total of 42 boutique owners and employees were the respondents of this research. The statistical tools used were Mean and Pearson-r. Quantitative research utilizing the descriptive-correlation method was the research design used in this study. Results revealed that the level of cash flow management of boutiques in Panabo City in terms of cash flow planning, cash flow monitoring, and cash flow controls was very high and yielded a grand mean of 4.54. For the level of profitability of boutiques in Panabo City, it garnered a very satisfactory result in terms of the inventory holding period, accounts receivable period, accounts payable period, and cash conversion cycle, which constituted a 4.50 grand mean. Results revealed a significant relationship between cash flow management and the profitability of boutiques in Panabo City. The results yielded an r-value of 0.877 and a P-value of 0.000, which was less than a 0.05 level of significance. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected

    Client's adaptation to internet banking

    In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial ManagementThis research provides information about the Client's adaptation to Internet Banking. This study was conducted to determine the significant relationship between the Client's attitude and intention to adopt internet banking using quantitative and descriptive methods. An adapted questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was utilized to collect information from 100 Davao City respondents via an online survey. The statistics used to find the significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables is Spearman's rho. The finding revealed that the significant relationship between the Client's attitude and the Client's intention to adopt internet banking was very high. The result indicates that there is enough evidence to reject the claim that the independent variable, which is the Client's Attitude with indicators: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived bank credibility, perceived risk, and perceived trust is correlated to the Client's Intention to adopt Internet Banking with indicator: Web Usability, Security, Information Quality, Service Quality, Convenience, and Privacy

Therefore, this study aimed to know the correlation between the operational efficiency and customer experience on online banking transaction in Davao City. Descriptive analysis was used to determine the level of customer experience in terms of accommodation, convenience, and time availability, as well as the level of operational efficiency in terms of accessibility, customer engagement, automation, and data security risk. On the other hand, correlational analysis was used to verify the relationship of the said variables. The 100 respondents that has experienced and are using the online banking here in Davao City participate by answering survey questionnaire that was disseminated through online as Google form. The data collected and evaluated by department statistician and the result showed that respondents agreed to the level of indicators in operational efficiency along with the level of indicators in customer experience. To measure the relationship of the variables, method used was Pearson’s Chi Square. Therefore, operational efficiency and customer experience has significant correlation

    Online shopping behavior and financial management practices

    This study aims to determine the significant relationship between online shopping behavior and the financial management practices of selected college students at UM Panabo College. To answer this question, the researcher conducted a survey using a survey questionnaire containing questions about the students' online shopping behavior and their financial management practices, there is a total of 283 college students as the respondents of this research. The statistical tools used were mean, Pearson-r, and multiple regression. Purposive sampling will be utilized in the study since there exist criteria for which he or she shopped online. Results revealed that the level of online shopping behavior of selected college students in UM Panabo College in terms of domain-specific innovativeness was very high and attitude and subjective norms are both high. For the level of financial management practices of selected college students in terms of money management, expenditure, and liabilities/debt practices the results were high and the result in saving management practices was very high. Furthermore, the p-value result was 0.000 and the probability of domain-specific innovativeness, attitude, and subjective norms are 0.029, 0.000, and 0.000 respectively, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between online shopping behavior and financial management practices of selected college students in UM Panabo College. This study emphasizes the need to take into account that the practices in managing the finances of online shoppers depend on their behavior in online shopping

    Experiences of social workers in handling sexually abused LGBTQ children

    In Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Social WorkThis study aims to identify the experiences of social workers in handling sexually abused LGBTQ children. The researchers used qualitative method with seven (7) participants who worked with agencies with LGBTQ children. This study had two (2) main themes, the Social Workers’ points of view on sexually abused LGBTQ children’s social status and Social Workers’ insights on sexually abused LGBTQ children’s social status. Each theme had five subjects that deepened the understanding of the social workers’ experiences. From the data gathered, results suggest that victims/survivors of sexually abused LGBT often showed different kinds of behaviors depending on what experiences they encountered. It is a major consequence of most children suffering and being sexually abused. Immediately following a sexual assault, a victim typically experiences high levels of distress. Being assaulted can cause trauma resulting in fear, rage, guilt, anxiety, and sadness. For some people, the stigma attached to sexual assault can be embarrassing or shameful. The implication of this study to the social work profession is the commitment to enhancing the wellbeing, especially from the dark experience they had
