Impulse buying behavior and satisfaction among online shoppers

Major in Marketing ManagementThe 21st century is becoming a technological age where anyone is one
swipe away from getting what they need and want. In this internet era,
businesses adapted to selling goods and providing services using social
media platforms and technology. Therefore, customers have developed
impulse buying behaviors that influence their buying experience in online
shops. As a result, online sellers also set strategies to satisfy their customers.
This research examines the relationship between impulse buying and
customer satisfaction among internet shoppers. A total of 200 online shoppers
became the respondents. They were selected via purposive sampling
technique for this quantitative and descriptive-correlational study to test their
buying behavior and satisfaction in their online shopping. The results show a
significant relationship between impulse buying behavior and customer
satisfaction. In addition, there found to be substantial differences in the level
of impulse buying behavior and customer satisfaction when analyzed
according to the respondents' age, sex, and monthly income. The study
concludes that there is a connection between impulse buying behavior and
customer satisfaction and recommends that online businesses, sellers, and
marketers use this relation to find ways to ensure customer satisfaction and
improve the quality of e-commerce

Due to these catastrophes, individuals must evacuate to designated centers. One particular issue that has arisen as a consequence of this is the lack of rest facilities that are large enough to accommodate a large group of people. The populace must create a makeshift, improvised lavatory for themselves. On the other hand, it does not provide users with adequate sanitary conditions or privacy. This research project aims to create a restroom suitable for use in evacuation centers if these kinds of facilities are unavailable or in short supply. The bathroom provides a toilet and a space large enough for one individual to bathe. In addition, it guarantees that it is constructed solidly to survive a disaster like a super typhoon. The steel frames were optimized using STAAD.pro to ensure the design could withstand these wind loads. In conclusion, the final design of the model, which used 2" x 2" x 1.5 mm, 2" x 1" x 1.5 mm, and 1" x 1" x 1.5 mm Rectangular Hollow Tube (HSST), can resist wind speeds ranging from 60 kph to 280 kph
Elevating wayfinding quality in Toril, Davao City's shopping mall development : a fusion of sensory design and modern-Filipino architecture for enhanced user experience
An individual's environment influences them, and various factors may impact how they
perceive a given domain. These pertain to the environment's physical representation and the
feelings and sensations it elicits from people at different degrees of engagement. This
interaction with the environment shapes how the individual perceives the said environment and
affects how they conclude its value, influencing how they assess the establishment's operations
and brand, as well as their revisit intention of the place. In complex environments such as
shopping complexes, it is observable that people often experience issues with disorientation,
which may lead people to feel distressed and frustrated. Therefore, for designing an
environment that caters to people's experience with wayfinding, it is crucial to evaluate the
level of customers' experience with the wayfinding quality of complex environments and to
determine the difference between them in terms of their wayfinding quality. This research uses
data collected from 381 customers of the three selected shopping complexes in Davao City
through a questionnaire. The research findings suggest that people highly preferred the
establishment with more navigation-friendly designs, such as having numerous signs and
landmarks within the building and an outstanding spatial layout. Overall, the researcher
determined that this research will assist in suggesting design choices to architects, planners,
and designers to enhance the navigation experience for customers in sizable shopping
complexes.

Mangima stone as a component in pervious concrete design

significantly influence the weather and develop typhoons. The surface water exceeds the drainage system's capacity and the soil's ability to absorb water resulting in flash floods and increased runoff. Thus, by using pervious concrete on pavements, floods can
be minimized because of the permeability of the surface. This study specifically seeks
to determine the ideal composition of the design mix by evaluating the results of various tests. Also, to correctly characterize inputs for the pervious concrete design method, compressive strength, flexural strength, porosity, and infiltration, are tested using three mix designs. Researchers have found that the Mangima stone mixture of 5:1 ratio that has undergone 28 days of curing achieved the highest compressive and flexural strength compared to other design mix proportions. Mangima stone pervious mixture, compared with ordinary pervious concrete mixtures, the lower porosity and infiltration rate are observed. Based on the study's findings, pervious concrete with a 7:1 ratio of Mangima stone exhibits the maximum porosity and infiltration. These findings support the notion that utilizing Mangima stones as aggregates can enhance strength and achieve adequate infiltration rates
Electronic banking satisfaction in the lens of clients

This study aims to identify the level of client’s satisfaction in electronic banking. The researchers used the descriptive research design, which allows researchers to collect information from the respondents about how E-banking affects customer satisfaction. There are two hundred (200) respondents involved in this research who are using Electronic Banking. The statistical tools used to interpret and analyzed the data were frequency and percentage, mean and Wilcoxon signed test. The indicators service quality, security and privacy, convenience and speed obtained a very high level of electronic banking satisfaction of the clients. Overall, the result shows the data were interpreted according to age, sex, educational attainment and monthly income, service quality and security and privacy showed a significant difference in determining the level of client’s satisfaction
Palm city: a revitalized Tagum city trade and cultural center integrating tropical regionalism in the design of built environment and occupants’ well-being
In recent years, the built environment has begun to prioritize well-being increasingly. A
challenge is to comprehend better how our built environment generally affects health and to
create communities that support physical and mental health in the future. Public health has
historically targeted the built environment to address particular health concerns, including
sanitization, indoor quality, workplace safety, fire regulations, and visual impact. We now
understand that resolving many of the nation's top public health challenges may greatly impact
how the built environment is designed. This study aims to find out if the Tagum City Trade
and Cultural Center's built environment helps create a comfortable environment for its users.
Additionally, it aims to analyze and assess the residents' impressions of their experiences and
points of view in quantitative and qualitative research and how such viewpoints affect their
well-being. The researchers utilized the Key Performance Indicator to divide 44 metrics among
14 predetermined criteria. These measures identify the issues and provide guidelines for future
restoration projects to make the structure fit for modern living while also taking care of the
well-being of the occupants.

Level III design proposal for local potable water distribution facility in Poblacion, Nabunturan

The residents can use it in agriculture, infrastructure, and daily needs such as water consumption, food, hygiene, etc. Making water management a necessity to help improve our country's economic development. Thus, with the growing population, the demand for water supplies increases. With this idea in mind, the Department of Interior and Local Government Regional Office XI (DILG XI) tapped the academe like the University of Mindanao to fast-track the flow
of projects on Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig Para sa Lahat (SaLinTubig) for the year 2020. This study aimed to provide rural communities in Poblacion, Nabunturan a safe, reliable, and convenient source of drinking water. The proponents of this research achieved this by utilizing the Simplified Feasibility Study (SFS) conducted by the local prime professionals, followed by a site visitation activity to further attest to the surveyed data. Geo-tagging of proposed locations of distribution lines was identified and crafted. The proponents also verified the groundwater source and its type and used AutoCAD to plot the profile elevation for the initial water distribution system design. The proponents analyzed the initial plan to meet its hydraulic capacity (EPAnet) and structural integrity (STAAD Pro.) to ensure the parameters needed for a level three plan. The final design phase includes utilizing the analytic results, which produced the adequate combination of pipe fittings vital in the distribution line. The minimum dimensions of the water tank capable of supplying the projected population are detailed. Also, the plan provided individual service entrances or faucets for this design proposal to be considered a level three design. After crafting the final design, overall cost estimates are conducted and submitted to the local prime professionals for future budget allocation.
Rapid curing of concrete with acetic acid
Permission Required for Full AccessConcrete is the most commonly used building material in construction. Its role is imperative, particularly in the Philippines, where rapid urbanization and the government's continued investment in infrastructure development have increased the demand for cost-effective and versatile materials. The 'Build, Build, Build Program' initiated by the former Philippine President Duterte's administration has focused on rehabilitating and expanding infrastructure projects, such as housing, commercial spaces, and other infrastructure projects, highlighting the critical need for efficient, timesaving, and sustainable concrete production. Proper curing is vital in producing high-quality concrete to ensure its full strength and durability over time, significantly affecting its performance and lifespan in various construction projects. Moreover, while a longer curing time promotes the polymerization process and improves compressive strength, the challenge of time in construction means that a lengthy curing time may not be practical. Hence, the present study aims to enhance the curing process by using acetic acid in the curing solution. The goal is to reduce the curing time while maintaining or improving the compressive strength. The results are expected to determine the physical and mechanical properties and the significance of the findings in the curing process following the ASTM and AASHTO guidelines, with a compressive strength test conducted according to the ACI code. The study established a curing time of 7, 14, and 28 days, with three treatments administered: 100% water, 75% water with 25% acetic acid solution, and 50% water with 50% acetic acid solution. The optimal concentration of 75% water with 25% acetic acid solution treatment demonstrated a compressive strength of approximately 21.17 MPa after 16 days of curing, indicating early-stage compressive strength development. In conclusion, the modified curing solution using acetic acid showed promising results in enhancing the curing process in concrete production
a case study in the naturally ventilated college classrooms
In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree Bachelor of Science in ArchitectureNumerous studies highlighted the importance of occupant perception and measuring indoor air quality parameters to attain its highest rating in the school's indoor environment. This case study addresses this gap that aims to determine the level of indoor air quality in college student's perception of their naturally ventilated classrooms. This study employed a descriptive explanatory-sequential design to measure classrooms' existing indoor air quality conditions using a PACE questionnaire in a purposive simple random of 221 respondents, a field survey of 16 classrooms, and interviews. Results show the overall indoor air quality scored in a poor state (m=2.561), in particular attributes of walls, ceilings, floors, and furniture; ventilation; location/proximity; and outdoor area. Thus, to support the lower satisfaction level of ventilation, the indicated average relative humidity value (60.524%) was higher than the upper limit of international standards. The analysis of key themes from integrated interviews provided precise insights concerning the condition of the classroom. In conclusion, the indoor air quality of the naturally ventilated college classrooms needed to be improved based on the perceived satisfaction of PACE, and it did not fully provide proper ventilation under its present condition. It enables the recommendation of controlling and designing building factors for effective solutions for achieving desirable indoor air quality

Major in Marketing ManagementThis study aims to determine the significant difference in Automobile aftersales service: Satisfaction among selected customers during the pandemic in Davao City when age, gender, civil status, and monthly income are considered. The descriptive research design was used as a quantitative technique by the researchers to assess the significant difference in after-sales service among customers when profiled. The study's respondents were 200 purposefully chosen customers of brand-new cars. The frequency and percentage, mean, and Kruskal Wallis statistics were used to analyze and interpret the data. The results show that selected car owners in Davao City were extremely satisfied during the pandemic. As a result, based on the indicators analyzed according to status, there was no significant difference in the level of satisfaction among selected car owners during the pandemic. However, there were significant differences found in the areas of sex, age, and income
