By analyzing students' financial habits, attitudes, and management practices, the research explores how these factors influence their overall financial well-being. The study examines aspects such as budgeting, saving, spending patterns, and debt management, considering both internal and external factors that impact financial decisions. Data was collected through surveys and interviews, providing insights into the students’ financial literacy, challenges they face, and their level of financial security. The findings aim to highlight the relationship between financial behaviors and students’ well-being, offering recommendations for improving financial education and support services within the campus community
Motivators of gold jewelry investment among young professionals
In Partial Fulfilment of the Requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial ManagementThis study employs a quantitative research design to investigate the motivators of gold jewelry investment among young professionals in Davao City. Through survey questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, the research explores the influences of gender, age, and income level on investment motivations, utilizing chi-square tests for data analysis. The findings reveal nuanced perceptions among young professionals, with future financial security, effective wealth preservation, and gold as a safe haven during uncertainties emerging as prominent motivators. While gender showed minimal impact on investment motivations, age, and income level significantly influenced perceptions, highlighting the importance of tailored investment strategies. The study underscores the need for jewelry businesses to capitalize on identified motivators and educational initiatives to enhance financial literacy among young professionals, thereby empowering informed investment decisions. These insights contribute to a better understanding of gold jewelry investment behavior and inform strategies for sustainable economic growth and financial inclusion among young professionals
Bugas "nganong mahal ka?", sakit sa bulsa: A phenomenological study
This study aims to understand how rice retailers handle their challenges. We have five (5) participants for in-depth interviews (IDI). This study used the qualitative phenomenological research approach to acquire significant insights into how rice retailers perceived their experiences of having any difficulties in selling rice. Further, the study results show that rice retailer experienced challenges. The experiences during the increase in the price of rice, quality of rice, and effect on the rice retailers income. Hence, the rice retailer managed their finances to evade any challenges they encountered by employing strategies such as explaining the price increase to their customers, negotiating with suppliers to find savings, limiting rice stocking, utilizing a budget tracker to monitor expenses, and ensuring proper management of their income. Further, the insights gleaned from the results reveal that rice retailer are driven to work diligently for the betterment of their children, to meet their daily needs, and to support their families. Additionally, they are proactive in preparing themselves for potential challenges and remain steadfast in their belief that problems can be resolved through perseverance and determination. The insights generated from the results also have the potential to enhance understanding of the complexities within the rice supply chain. This deeper understanding can empower individuals to make informed decisions that foster mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and sellers alike

The stratified simple random sampling technique selected 300 Criminology students as respondents. The study utilized an
adapted questionnaire to gather the needed data. The study used Mean, Pearson Product Moment Correlation, Medgraph using Sobel z-test, and path analysis to analyze the collected data. The study disclosed that the Criminology students' psychological well-being and academic performance are high. On the other hand, the stressful environment they experienced was rated moderately. A significant correlation was observed between the stressful environment and the academic performance of Criminology. Furthermore, there is a significant correlation between the stressful environment and the psychological well-being of Criminology students and the psychological well-being and academic performance of the Criminology students. The mediation test revealed that psychological well-being fully mediated the relationship between the stressful

Major in Marketing ManagementThe COVID-19 pandemic affected all types of businesses by implementing conservative rules and regulations to ensure the safety of customers and business operators, as well as minimizing physical contact to prevent further transmission of the virus. The same rules made significant changes in how fast-food chains carry out their business operations without compromising profit. Hence, this study is inspired to determine the adaptation strategies to new normal regulations among selected fast-food chains in Davao City. Moreover, this study investigated whether there are significant differences on the adaptation strategies of FFC when group according to profile (i.e., gender, age, and FFC). Subsequently, 100 respondents participated who are FFC personnel in Davao City, who specifically worked in McDonald’s, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, KFC, and Chowking. Based on the results, the level of adaptation strategy of the respondents demonstrated a very high service and product delivery, also very high in operations management, and high level of floor area strategy under the new normal regulations. Further, there was only a significant difference on the floor area strategy of fast-food chains when analyzed according to age, Furthermore, there were no significant difference on the level of adaptation strategy when analyzed according to sex. Meanwhile, only service and product delivery have a significant difference in the variable when analyzed according to different fast-food chains
Assessment of green human resource management practices and green behavior of TADECO
This study examines the significant relationship between the assessment of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and green behavior at TADECO. The independent variable, GHRM, is evaluated using indicators like green recruitment, training, performance management, rewards, and empowerment, while the dependent variable, green behavior is assessed through two primary indicators: task-related green behavior and voluntary green behavior. Using a non-experimental quantitative research design, employing the descriptive correlation technique, this study analyzed the statistical relationship between these variables. 80 employees from TADECO were selected as respondents using random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires, ensuring reliability through Cronbach's Alpha analysis and validity through panel and research adviser reviews. Results revealed that TADECO implements green human resource management practices among employees, leading to positive outcomes and assessment of the company. The overall mean for the assessment of green human resource management practices was 4.17, indicating a high level of practices, while green behavior received an overall mean of 4.37, considered very high. Additionally, the findings showed a significant relationship between the assessment of green human resource management practices and the green behavior of TADECO. This suggests that the implementation of the assessment of green human resource management practices positively influences the company

The research utilized a quantitative approach and a survey questionnaire as a research instrument. A total of 300 online customers were purposely selected to participate in the study. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicated that online customer service quality positively influences customer satisfaction among banks in Tagum City. Additionally, the study found that tangibility, reliability, responsiveness and empathy are significant predictors of customer satisfaction. The findings suggest that banks should keep putting their attention into maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in order to prevail over prospective clients and remain competitive in the industry.332.17v, 23 page
Gender-sensitive teaching and social presence as predictors to students' motivation in learning physical education in a limited face-to-face learning environment
In Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Arts in Education Major in Teaching Physical EducationThe primary objective of this research was to establish a connection between students' perceptions of gender-sensitive teaching and their sense of social presence, and how these factors influence their motivation to engage with Physical Education. The participants of the study were 400 college students across all specific TEIs (Teacher Education Institution) in Davao de Oro selected using simple random sampling. Through a predictive-correlational approach, this study delved into the interplay between these variables and their ability to predict students' motivation levels in mastering the subject which will be analyzed using Pearson-r correlation and linear regression analysis. The findings revealed remarkably elevated levels of students' perceptions of gender-sensitive teaching, social presence, and motivation within the realm of Physical Education. Furthermore, both gender-sensitive teaching and social presence wielded substantial influence over students' motivation to excel in Physical Education and emerged as potent predictors of students' motivational drive, underscoring the significance of fostering an environment that values gender-sensitive pedagogy and nurtures a strong sense of social presence to enhance the learning experience and displayed a collective capacity to anticipate students' motivational levels in their pursuit of Physical Education when combined. These findings underscore the pivotal roles of gender-sensitive teaching and social and advocates for the integration of gender-sensitive teaching practices and the cultivation of robust social presence as integral considerations in endeavors to amplify students' motivation in the context of Physical Education.ix, 87 page
Environmental education and pro-environmental behavior among UM Peñaplata college students
This study aimed to determine the level of environmental education and pro-environmental behavior and examine the relationship between environmental education and pro-environmental behavior among UM Peñaplata College students. This study was conducted with 244 respondents. The research approach was quantitative; a descriptive-correlational design was employed. Thus the researchers used mean, Pearson Product Moment Correlational, and regression for data analysis and interpretation. The results revealed that environmental education and students' pro-environmental behavior are high. Further, there is a moderate correlation between environmental education and pro-environmental behavior among students. It underscored that students who apply an environmental value tend to be aware of their behavior affects the environment. The more the school integrates environmental education, the more it fosters pro-environmental behavior. Therefore, incorporating environmental education into schools enhances students' sustainable actions towards the environment
Financial challenges of banana growers on pest and disease in checkered farm: A phenomenological inquiry
This study aims to comprehend how banana growers handle their challenges. We have seven (7) participants in in-depth interviews (IDI) with a farming experience of 55 years in operation. This study used the qualitative phenomenological research approach to delve into the experiences of banana growers facing financial challenges related to pests and disease. Further, the study results show that banana growers experienced financial hurdles as fusarium inflicts significant financial losses on owners, impacting both earnings and income, expenditures like high cost of materials, labor cost, and fertilizers, and low production due to pest and disease infestation in their banana plantation it reduces the banana production. Hence, they cope by accessing loans to aid the financial problem, prioritizing savings which growers can build a financial cushion to address unexpected expenses such as the purchase of inputs for disease control or equipment maintenance, and alternative income for supplementing their daily needs and to aid their financial challenges. Further, the insights gleaned from the results reveal that banana growers were driven to work hard regardless of the financial difficulties they faced in their banana plantations
