دور التمويل الإسلامي في الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الدائري
No full textتعدُّ مشكلة التلوث البيئي واستنزاف الموارد الطبيعية من المشاكل التي تؤرق معظم دول العالم. ولقد بدأت الأنظار تتجه نحو تبني نموذج جديد بديل للاقتصاد الخطي المسبب لهذه المشاكل، وهو نموذج الاقتصاد الدائري باعتباره نموذجا اقتصادياً مثاليا يسهم في حماية البيئة والحد من تلوثها والحفاظ على مواردها الطبيعية، هذا من جهة. ومن جهة أخرى، يضمن تلبية احتياجات الأجيال الحالية وحقها في الحياة الكريمة دون المساس بحقوق الأجيال القادمة. إلا أن هذا الحل يلزمه توفير التمويل الضروري، حيث تفترض الدراسة أن التمويل الإسلامي بما يقوم عليه من مبادئ يمكن أن يسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الدائري؛ من هذا المنطلق تسعى الدراسة إلى توضيح آفاق الدور المأمول من التمويل الإسلامي في التحول نحو الاقتصاد الدائري. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إمكانية مساهمة التمويل الإسلامي بشكل فعال في دعم الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الدائري إذا ما أتيحت له الفرصة لذلك. توصي الدارسة بضـرورة أن تضطلع مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي بدورها في دعم الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الدائري الذي يتماشى مع القيم الدينية ومع التوجهات العالمية في إحداث التنمية المستدامة.

The problem of environmental pollution and depletion of natural resources is affecting most countries in the world. Attention is shifting towards adopting a new alternative model for the linear economy that causes these problems, which is a circular economy as an ideal economic model that contributes in protecting the environment, reducing pollution and preserving its natural resources. On the other hand, it ensures that the needs of present generations are met and their right to a decent life without harming the rights of future generations. However, this solution needs the necessary financing as the study assumes that Islamic finance with its principles can contribute in supporting the circular economy. In this context, the study seeks to clarify the prospects of the desired role of Islamic finance in supporting the circular economy.
The study concluded that Islamic finance could contribute effectively in supporting the transition to a circular economy if it is given the opportunity. The study recommends that Islamic financial institutions should play their role in supporting the transition to a circular economy that is in line with religious values and with global trends in sustainable development.

أثر الموارد الطبيعية على النمو الاقتصادي: دراسة حالة البترول في الجزائر
No full textيعد موضوع اقتصاديات الموارد الطبيعية الناضبة أحد القضايا الأساسية التي جلبت اهتمام الاقتصاديين والدول الغنية. وتتم دراستها في إطار قسمين رئيسيين بحيث يهتم القسم الأول بدورها في عملية النمو الاقتصادي في إطار نظرية لعنة الموارد، أما الثاني فيهتم بكيفية تخصيصها. نهدف في مقالنا هذا إلى توضيح أثر استخدام البترول وعوائده على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. وقد توصلنا إلى أن تزايد معدل استخدام البترول وعوائده له أثر سلبي وذلك من خلال الحد من نمو القطاعات الاستراتيجية، حيث إن الثراء الناتج هو ظاهري فقط يتمثل في نمو المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية، وبالتالي فإن الجزائر تعاني من لعنة الموارد.

The study of depleting/exhaustible resources is conducted within two major frameworks. The first deals with economic growth within the context of the resource-curse hypothesis, and the second addresses resource allocation. We aim in this study to examine the impact of the returns of oil extraction on the economic growth in Algeria. The findings show that the increasing dependence on oil returns has negative impacts on the growth of strategic sectors of the economy. The apparent wealth is artificial and appears in the growth of the macroeconomic indicators as GDP. Therefore, Algeria suffers from the resource curse.

The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Ethical Leadership in Jordanian Electrical Industries Companies
No full textهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الذكاء العاطفي في القيادة الأخلاقية في شركات الصناعات الكهربائية الأردنية. واعتمدت الدراسة أربعة أبعاد لقياس الذكاء العاطفي وهي: الوعي بالذات، وإدارة الذات، والوعي الاجتماعي، وإدارة العلاقات، كما تم قياس القيادة الأخلاقية من خلال أربعة أبعاد وهي: احترام الآخرين، وخدمة الآخرين، والعدالة مع الآخرين، والصدق مع الآخرين. أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية تناسبية مكونة من (265) عاملاً في شركات الصناعات الكهربائية الأردنية، حيث مثل العاملون في تلك الشركات وحدة التحليل لهذه الدراسة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهدافها، حيث تمت الاستعانة بالاستبانة لجمع البيانات اللازمة. حيث تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات أهمها الانحدار البسيط والمتعدد. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستويات أهمية نسبية مرتفعة للذكاء العاطفي والقيادة الأخلاقية في شركات الصناعات الكهربائية الأردنية، وأيضا وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للذكاء العاطفي في القيادة الأخلاقية. أوصت الدراسة بضـرورة تركيز شركات الصناعات الكهربائية الأردنية على مساعدة العاملين فيها على إدارة الذات، والسيطرة على النفس في حالات الغضب، وتقوية العلاقات الإيجابية بين العاملين.This study aimed to identify the impact of emotional intelligence on ethical leadership in Jordanian electrical industries companies. The study was based on four dimensions to measure emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and Relations Management. Ethical leadership was also measured by four dimensions which are: respecting others, servicing others, justice with others, and honesty with others. It was conducted on a random stratified sample consisting of (265) employees in the Jordanian electrical industries companies, where the unit of analysis was represented by the employees in those companies. The descriptive analytical method was used to achieve the study objectives. The questionnaire was used to collect the needed data. A set of statistical methods were used for this type of study, the most important of which are simple and multiple regression coefficient.
The results indicated that there were high levels of emotional intelligence and ethical leadership in the Jordanian electric companies. The results also showed significant effect of emotional intelligence on ethical leadership. The study recommended that the Jordanian electrical companies should focus on helping their employees and increasing their self-management abilities, self-control in anger situations, and strengthening the positive relationships between employees.

أثر مستلزمات تشغيل نظام المعلومات في جودة الخدمات المقدمة من شركة الاتصالات الأردنية
No full textهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر مستلزمات تشغيل نظام المعلومات في جودة الخدمات المقدمة من شركة الاتصالات الأردنية، وتم سحب عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ تعدادها الصافي (553) موظفاً، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: وجود أثر لمستلزمات تشغيل نظام المعلومات في جودة الخدمات المقدمة في شركة الاتصالات الأردنية، وأن مستلزمات تشغيل نظام المعلومات تفسر ما مقداره (%62.3) من التباين في جودة الخدمة المقدمة.
وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج توصي الدراسة بضرورة قيام شركة الاتصالات الأردنية بأخذ دورها في الاهتمام بمستلزمات تشغيل نظام المعلومات وتعزيزها لما لها من أثر في تحسين الأداء، وزيادة رضا العاملين، وتحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة.This study aimed to identify the impact of the information operating system supplies on the quality of services in JTC. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample consisted of (553) employees. The study has reached the following results: there is an impact of information operating system supplies on the
dimensions of services quality in JTC which explains (62.3%) of variation in the dependent variable (the dimensions of services quality in JTC).
The study recommended the need for Jordan Communications Company to take its role in taking care of and promoting the information operating system supplies because of their impact on performance. The study also recommended to increase staff satisfaction and to improve the quality of the services offered

No full textهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الثقافة التنظيمية في تعزيز الجودة الشاملة بالتطبيق علي عينة لآراء العاملين في المجلس الأعلى للجودة الشاملة تتكون من 50 فرداً، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عدم معرفة العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والجودة الشاملة وجاءت فرضية الدراسة أن هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والجودة الشاملة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم توزيع عدد (50) استبانة شمل التوزيع جميع المستويات الموضحة في مجتمع البحث، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أثبتت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الزملاء والجودة الشاملة بالمجلس، أكدت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بالاعتراف والتميز والجودة الشاملة، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بعلاقات الزملاء فيما بينهم داخل المنظمة والعمل بروح الفريق، ضرورة الاهتمام بالتحفيز المستمر بما يحسن الجوانب النفسية للعاملين بالمجلس الأعلى للجودة الشاملة.
This study aimed to know the impact of organizational culture on enhancing the total quality by applying it to a sample of the opinions of employees in the Supreme Council for Total Quality. The problem of the study was the lack of knowledge of the relationship between organizational culture and total quality. The hypothesis of the study is that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and total quality. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives.
A number of (50) questionnaires were distributed including all levels in the research community, and the study reached a set of findings, the most important of which proved the correlation between colleagues and quality in the Council. The study confirmed the existence of a statistically significant relationship to recognition, excellence and total quality. The study recommended a set of suggestions, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the colleagues interpersonal relationships within the organization; work in a team spirit; and the need to pay attention to continuous stimulation in order to improve the psychological aspects of employees of the Supreme Council for Total Quality.
