Analiza evoluției pieței funciare agricole prin prisma tranzacțiilor de vânzare-cumpărare
The agricultural land market, as a specific element of the real estate market, was reestablished in the Republic of Moldova by the end of the last century. During the development of the national agricultural land market, there were different fluctuation trends of the main indicators, which reflect the quantitative aspects of land development: the correlation between demand and supply, market price of agricultural land, sold-purchased land areas, etc. The most important indicator is the market price of agricultural land, which, under the conditions of free land market, is formed based on the correlation between supply and demand for land. The sale-purchase type of business predominates in the transaction structure of the land market. In this context, in order to investigate the issues related to the functioning of the agricultural land market, the number of sale-purchase transactions of agricultural land, the area of agricultural land subject to sale, as well as the average sale-purchase price of agricultural land have been analyzed
Sustainable development of construction contractors of the Republic of Moldova in the context of waste generation and processing
The article deals with the formation and processing of construction waste resulting from the activities of construction organizations. Every year there is a growth in the volume of construction products, which leads, among other things, to an increase in the volume of generated waste. The aim of this scientific research is to study the preconditions of sustainable development of construction enterprises in the Republic of Moldova in the context of waste management. As a hypothesis, it was assumed that the scale of formation and processing of construction waste affects the profitability of contractors. The initial information for the research was the data characterizing the activity of the construction enterprises of the Republic of Moldova for the last 6 years. Methods of economic analysis and methods of correlation regression were used as research methods. The results of the correlation analysis showed that 99.27% of the profitability of sales of construction enterprises depends on the factors reflecting different aspects of waste formation and management, which makes it possible to directly create prerequisites for long-term and efficient management of construction waste
Conceptual reframing of the socialization process from the mentoring activity perspective
The article analyzes the contemporary reflections that refer to the socialization process accompanying and engaging man as an individual and as a species. Starting from the hypothesis, according to which the individual is not a human person from birth, but becomes one, and this transformation takes place when the individual is integrated into the socialization process. The purpose of our research is to avoid, within the analyzed theories, the heterogeneous elements by capturing what is common, and essential. This would open the way to a reconceptualization of the socialization process in a unitary, essentialist framework from an interdisciplinary perspective. The applied research methods: phenomenological, hermeneutic, and sociological (interactionist) have allowed us to singularize our research and highlight the fact that coming together in a methodological unit is complementary, allowing the interdisciplinary explanation of the socialization process. Thus, from a pedagogical perspective, socialization is closely related to mentoring activity, which ensures convergence and creates opportunities for the individual's adaptation to new contexts. At the same time, mentoring and socialization represent emerging elements that offer possibilities to the individual for the development of a successful career. Through the mentoring activity, the individual is supported and encouraged to find the strength to overcome and improve his performance, develop various skills, and become a fully integrated being in society
NEXUS BETWEEN MUSIC, HUMAN SOUL AND PERSONALITY FORMATION: CONTEXTS FROM A NIGERIAN PERSPECTIVE
Music is an important element in almost all societies of the world. Music is played almost everywhere that there is human endeavour. People opt to listen to music that resonates with them and appeal to their inner senses. Each individual has their own unique taste for music and preference for certain kind of music. Music is something that everyone enjoys listening to as it refreshes the soul and keeps the human mind active. It also helps to reflect the kind of personality that an individual has formed, is forming, or is likely to form due to the repeated exposures to certain music genres. This paper therefore intends to establish connections among music, the human soul, and the formation of human personalities through the influence of music. It is hoped that an understanding of this can help to identify the strength of music on the human personality and to be consciously aware of the kind of music individuals intentionally and unintentionally get exposed to. The paper also explores music preferences from the context of Nigerian music listeners and its implications on the context of their social interactions and personality development
THE ROLE OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT IN DUAL EDUCATION
Professional training through dual education is considered to be one of the most successful forms to anticipate the demands of the labor market. Dual education is organized on the basis of a partnership between the educational institution and the economic entities that have the capacity to provide professional training through the dual system. The key document underlying the dual partnership in professional technical education is the Agreement on cooperation in dual education. Considering the fact that the Agreement is concluded between the technical professional education institution and the economic entities based on the provisions of the legislation, the main aspects related to the elaboration and perfecting of the Cooperation agreement in dual education will be highlighted in the article

Therefore, this study endeavours to identify the determinants of contraceptives use among married women in the age group (15-49) based on Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey data 2019, the case of Algeria in order to reveal the magnitude of the impact of socio-demographic and economic determinants on the use of contraceptives as well as to explain that based on the particularity of society. Furthermore, the descriptive analytical method was adopted as well as the technique of analysing ready-made statistical data. The results demonstrated the existence of a different effect between demographic, social, economic determinants and the use of contraceptives among married women aged (15-49 years) in Algeria
EMERGING MARKETS ECONOMIES SENSITIVITY TO US DOLLAR'S STRENGTH DURING RUSSIA-UKRAINE WAR
This paper aims to study the sensitivity of emerging markets economies (EMEs) to the US Dollar's strength during the Russian-Ukrainian war in the long and the short run, where Autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL) was used to analyze time series daily data in the period 2020-2023. We studied the impact of the US Dollar's strength on EMEs asset prices: EMEs currencies, EMEs bonds (US Dollar-denominated) and EMEs stocks, including the factor of the Russian-Ukrainian war as a dummy variable, as well as the effects of various economic factors: Federal Funds Rate, the US 10-year bond yield, commodity prices index and gold prices. The results showed that Russian-Ukrainian war has a significant positive impact on US Dollar's strength. In the other hand, both of them have significant negative impacts on EMEs asset prices, with varying degrees, where the aforementioned economic factors have asymmetric impacts. Moreover, EMEs stocks were the most Sensitive to Russian-Ukrainian war, US Dollar's strength and commodity prices, meanwhile EMEs bonds market were the least Sensitive
MICROFINANCE INSTITUTIONS IN TIMES OF ECONOMIC CRISIS. CASE OF REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA
The article explores the performance of microfinance institutions during economic disruptions, highlighting their crucial role in financial inclusion and entrepreneurship. Focusing on the Republic of Moldova between 2009-2023, the study uses data from national financial bodies to evaluate key metrics, including loan growth and gross domestic product rates. Results showcase the microfinance sector's consistent growth, directly linked to economic progress and increasing credit demand. Furthermore, the sector significantly boosted financial inclusion, evident from the growing number of beneficiaries and their loan sizes. Notably, microfinance institutions exhibited robust performance during economic crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine War, sustaining continuous growth even amidst local economic contractions. However, the study also points to certain limitations, suggesting a deeper look into the effects of regulatory measures and the promise of technology-driven innovations on the sector's future
Analiza comparativă a cernoziomurilor tipice din zona de nord a Moldovei după diferiți indicatori
The purpose of this presented paper is determining the main indicators of soil fertility of typical chernozems in the Northern part of Moldova, by the Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy method, used as a rapid and cost-effective analytical tool for the assessment and monitoring of their quality over time. The study was carried out in the fields of 10 districts in the northern area of Republic of Moldova. For the analysis of the agrophysical and agrochemical soil properties, a total of 16 soil profiles cultivated with different agricultural crops (winter wheat, corn, winter barley, sunflower, soybean, peas, sugar beet) and a soil profile from a fallow land were taken. Data on soil texture (clay, silt and sand fractions) do not show large differences between the sampling regions and the depth of the soil layer. On average, physical clay content is 53-64%, and fine clay content is 35-44%. The humus content varies between 3.48-4.85% in the arable soil layer and between 2.69-4.80% in the 25-50 cm sub-arable layer. The total nitrogen content in the investigated soils correlates with the humus content. The higher the humus content, the higher the total nitrogen content. Total N content ranges from 0.28% (chernozem under fallow) to 0.13% (chernozem grown with maize) in the 0-50 cm soil layer. The C:N ratio is equal to 10-11 in the 0-50 cm soil layer and 8-11 in the 50-100 cm layer. The pH values vary between 5.9-7.2 in the 0-50 cm layer and 6.8-8.1 in the 50-100 cm soil layer. Carbonates are accumulated throughout the soil profile. Comparing the results previously obtained on the typical chernozems under fallow land with the results obtained on the arable chernozems investigated in this study, showed that there is a tendency of the humus content decrease by about 2%, especially in the 0-50 cm soil layer, as a result of applied agricultural practices. Simultaneously, degradation processes are amplified, especially through erosion. In this context, the main issue is the need to monitor soil fertility to assess the impact of agricultural management applied by farmers
Цикадки переносчики фитоплазменного заболевания почернение древесины (Bois Noir) в Республике Молдова
Auchenorrhyncha species represent a significant group of insects inhabiting vineyards. Insect vectors of phytoplasmic diseases of grapevine attract particular attention. From 2018 to 2020, studies of the leafhopper fauna were conducted in industrial plantations of grapevines located in the central zone of the Republic of Moldova. Insect collecting was done with an entomological net and with yellow, sticky traps. The identification of leafhoppers was carried out using determinants according to morphological features. The presence of phytoplasma Bois noir in leafhoppers was determined by PCR molecular analysis. During the research process, 1733 leafhopper specimens were collected and 15 species were identified. As a result of testing 77 insect samples, two new vectors were identified in the grapevine plantations of the Republic of Moldova: Anaceratagallia ribauti (Ossiannilsson) and Reptalus quinquecostatus (Dufour), as well as the well-known vector of phytoplasma Bois noir: Hyalesthes obsoletus. Vector leafhoppers in vineyards and reservoir host plants represent a high risk of spread of phytoplasma disease Bois noir in the Republic of Moldova
