Model Of Land And Forest Rehabilitation Efforts In Amandit Sub Sub Watersheed
The increasing rate of deforestation leads to increased critical land in forestry, which leads to national critical lands. One of the areas that are critical of the critical land is the Sub-Sub Amandit of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. Efforts to rehabilitate forests and critical land can be made with approaches to empirical equation modeling, spatial land modeling and land cover simulation. Formulation of forest and land rehabilitation (RHL) model in a watershed should consider the problem of land criticality (TKL) and socioeconomic aspects. Formulation of the model refers to data obtained through the process of observation and interview. The result of the research before the simulation was done TKL there were 5 classes, that is: Not Critical (TK) 20,51 Ha, Critical Potential (PK) 18.786,44 Ha, Rather Critical (AK) 20.947,31 Ha, Critical (K) 10.062,31 Ha and Very Critical (SK) 105.60 Ha. The value of TP 0.88, (TP <1), means that the carrying capacity of the land can still accommodate more farmers. DASE value 41.64, means support for RHL activities very strong. Extensive model of RHL efforts in Amandite Upper Sub Watershed 15.193.52 Ha and the middle Section 15,922.37 Ha. In addition, there was also a decrease in the TKL as a result of simulation of land cover on RHL model above, where there were 5 TKL classes changed into 3 TKL classes, that is TK 20,51 Ha, PK 30,624,51 Ha and AK 19.27781 Ha.

Analisis getaran untuk memprediksi batas kecepatan flutter dengan model seksional menggunakan metode ARMA
Jembatan bentang panjang mempunyai karakteristik utama yaitu panjang jembatan lebih dari 125 m. Jembatan bentang panjang biasanya dibangun untuk menyebrangi sungai, laut, atau selat. Keamanan jembatan bentang panjang sangat penting karena terletak pada tempat terbuka yang memungkinkan adanya angin dengan kecepatan tinggi, oleh karena itu pada struktur jembatan bentang panjang,
angin dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada struktur jembatan tersebut karena pengaruh angin dapat menyebabkan masalah keamanan dan pelayanan. Hal tersebut bahkan dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan pada seluruh struktur jembatan karena sifat flesibel dari strukturnya.
Flutter salah satu dari beberapa gejala penting untuk dipertimbangkan selama perencanaan jembatan bentang panjang. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui batas kecepatan flutter pada jembatan bentang panjang dengan sectional model test yaitu sebuah metode pengujian yang hanya mengambil segmen tertentu atau potongan dari jembatan sebenarnya dengan skala 1:25
s.d. 1:100 dan menggunakan pegas dengan dimensi dan kekakuan tertentu sebagai menyangga model jembatan. Pengujian ini dilakukan di dalam wind tunnel kecepatan angin rendah. Data-data yang didapat dari uji terowongan angin diolah dengan metode ARMA (autoregressive moving
average) yaitu metode untuk memprediksi batas kecepatan flutter yang diperhitungkan melalui MATLAB. Diharapkan pada pengujian ini dapat menentukan batas kecepatan flutter pada model jembatan dan menganalisanya.

Problems and Challenges in the Implementation of Inclusive Education in Indonesia
The education service that separated students with disabilities from the mainstream education, is seen as against human rights. This resulted in denial of some basic rights of students with disabilities in education. The notion of inclusive education has shed a light of hope for better education service for students with disabilities. Indonesia officially recognized inclusive education in 2003.This paper intends to examine the problems encountered in the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia. Some 238 participants involved in the issue were interviewed.
Results indicate that the progress of inclusive education in Indonesia is still sluggish due to limited resources,
knowledge and skills required for successful implementation of inclusive education. Attitudinal barriers were identified as the most hurtful experiences among students with special need while teachers’ self-confidence in practicing inclusive education was also still low.

PERANCANGAN ALAT PENGUKURAN KONSTANTA DISOSIASI ASAM
Abstrak - Fenomena pemanasan global telah memicu terjadinya perubahan iklim di dunia. Tingginya
konsentrasi gas rumah kaca seperti gas karbon dioksida (CO2) di atmosfer menjadi penyebab utama
terjadinya pemanasan global. Absorpsi CO2 menggunakan absorben alkanolamin merupakan salah satu
proses yang dapat diterapkan untuk post-combustion capture. Teknologi ini merupakan teknologi yang
sudah terbukti efektif dan masih kompetitif untuk dikembangkan di masa depan. Pemodelan matematis
kesetimbangan uap-cair antara CO2 dengan larutan alkanolamin diperlukan dalam perancangan kolom
absorber dan stripper. Dalam penyelesaian model matematis ini, salah satu parameter yang dibutuhkan
adalah konstanta disosiasi asam (pKa). Sampai saat ini, data konstanta disosiasi asam untuk larutan
alkanolamin yang tersedia di literatur masih sangat terbatas, sehingga diperlukan pengukuran konstanta
disosiasi asam ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alat percobaan untuk mengukur konstanta
disosiasi asam pada suhu tertentu. Selanjutnya alat percobaan tersebut divalidasi dengan pengukuran
nilai pKa asam asetat. Dari hasil percobaan diperoleh nilai pKa asam asetat sebesar 4,698 pada suhu 27
°C. Hasil ini cukup sesuai dengan pKa asam asetat dari literatur yaitu 4,756 pada suhu 25 °C.
Perbandingan antara pKa dari percobaan terhadap pKa dari literatur memberikan deviasi sebesar
1,21%.

Abstract - The global warming phenomenon has led to world climate change caused by the high
concentrations of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere. CO2 absorption
using alkanolamine is one of the processes that can be applied to post-combustion capture. This
technology has been effectively proven and seems to remain competitive in the future. The VLE modeling
for the CO2-alkanolamine-H2O system is required in designing absorber and stripper columns. One of the
parameters required to solve the model is the acid dissociation constant (pKa). Since the pKa values of
alkanolamines are limited in the literature, the measurement of these values is therefore required. This
study aims to design an experimental set-up to measure the pKa values at a given temperature. The set-up
was validated by measuring the pKa value of acetic acid. It was found that the pKa value of acetic acid
was 4.698 at 27 °C. The result is in a good agreement with the value obtained from the literature which is
4,756 at 25 °C. The comparison between those two values gives a deviation of 1.21%.

THE EFFECT OF PERIAPICAL RADIOGRAPHY X-RAY RADIATION ON PLATELETS, LEUKOCYTE, HEMOGLOBIN AND MEAN CORPUSCULAR VOLUME (MCV) IN MICE (Mus musculus)
Periapical radiographs are intraoral radiographs that can provide clearer and more detailed information about the teeth and surrounding tissue. Based on the recommendations of the International Actomic Energy Agency (IEIA) and the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency (BAPATEN), the dose level for intraoral dental examination is 7 mGy. X-ray radiation produced by periapical radiographs can cause cell damage in the body, which one of the cells that is damaged is hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to prove a decrease in thrombocytes (platelets), leukocytes, hemoglobin count and the value of Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) in mice (Mus musculus) due to X-ray radiation periapical radiographs. Method: This study was a true experimental design with a post test only with control group design that was given 1, 7, and 10 times the exposure of periapical radiographs of X-ray radiation in the treatment group then compared to the untreated control group. The measurement of the dose absorbed by the mouse in this study was carried out using dosimeters, and after 24 hours the treatment was given, it is then calculated the number of mouse leukocytes by using a hematology analyzer. Results: The results showed a decrease in blood in the first exposure group, which are platelets 713 x103sell / μL, leukocytes 7.61 × 103 / μL, hemoglobin 13.71 g / dL, and MCV 52.967 fl. The decrease in the 7-exposure group was platelets 699.5x103sell / μL, leukocytes 6.03 × 103 / μL, hemoglobin 12.81 g / dL, and MCV 52.167 fl. The decrease in the 10-exposure group was platelets 688,833 x103sell / μL, leukocytes 5,20 × 103 / μL, hemoglobin 12,06 g / dL, and MCV 51,483 fl. Thus, it can be concluded that the decrease in number that occurs in mouse is still within the normal limits.

MENURUNKAN FREKUENSI BREAKDOWN LOW POWER PADA UNIT WA500-3 KOMATSU DI PT KALIMANTAN PRIMA PERSADA SITE PORT SUNGAI PUTING
Suatu perusahaan tambang batu bara memiliki beberapa unit utama seperti hal nya Wheel Loader WA500-3 Komatsu sehingga selalu dijaga phycical avaibility (PA) untuk kelancaran operasional. Khususnya sistem bahan bakar, selalu diutamakan sistem maintenance, sumber bahan bakar dan operasionalnya. Di PT Kalimantan Prima Persada site Port Sungai Puting selama bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2013 didapatkan nilai PA Departemen Plant tercapai 91% namun PA Section A2B terendah yaitu mencapai 89%. Di ketahui bahwa unit WA500-3 adalah paling rendah PA nya yaitu hingga 84% di bulan April dikarena temuan brekadown terbanyak adalah engine low power hingga 24 kali temuan yang lebih sering disebabkan fuel kontaminan air hingga 12 kali temuan. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan di sisi maintenance dan struktur unit serta sumber bahan bakar sehingga didapatkan data selama bulan Juni sampai September 2013 ditemukan unit breakdown dikarenakan fuel kontaminan air sebanyak 2 kali dan breakdown karena low power sebanyak 5 kali saja. Hal ini meningkatkan PA unit WA500-3 meningkat sampai 93% di bulan September 2013 dan PA A2B pun ikut meningkat hingga 92% di bulan September 2013.

REKAYASA BICULTURE RUMPUT LAUT DAN TERIPANG DI PERAIRAN TELUK TAMIANG KALIMANTAN SELATAN
The objectives of the research is : (1) Search is apllied technology of biculture of sea weed and sea cucumber to increase of productivity and oplimatization of marine culture; (2) Know of culture method of sea weed (Eucheuma cottonii) is very good for its growth and (3) Know of optimalize density of sea cucumber (Holothuria scabra) is very good for its growth.
Location of the research is Teluk Tamiyang village, Kotabaru district, South of Kalimantan Province. The research was carried out in 14 weeks (3.5 moths), from Juni to September 2006. The research applied experemental design of Completely Random Design (CRD) 2 x 2 and 3 replications. First factor is aquaculture methods (M) with 2 degree is M1 = Long line method and M2 = Off bottom method, and second factor is sea cucumber density (P) with 2 degree is P1 = 10 ind/m2 and P2 = 20 ind/m2.
The research results was : (1) daily growth of sea weed was 17.53 – 19.26 %, which was quickly growth catagori; (2) weight relative growth of sea cucumber was 108.15 – 118.25 % and survival rate was 89.0 – 95.3 %; (3) Analyzed of statistic showed aquaculture method factor was significant to growth of sea weed, which off bottom method than better long line method, but not significant to growth and survival rate of sea cucumber; (4) Density factor of sea cucumber was not significant to growth of sea weed and growth and survival rate of sea cucumber; (5) Biculture of sea weed and sea cucumber was not opposite, so than better monoculture and (6) Site location quality and water quality of Teluk Tamiyang was good and ideal to biculture of sea weed and sea cucumber
INVESTIGATION OF B. BASSIANA PERSISTENCE AND VIRULENCE FACTOR AGAINST P. XYLOSTELLA OF PEATLAND IN CENTRAL KALIMANTAN
Abstract - Biological control using Beauveria bassiana has very low conidial virulence and persistence.
This research aims to study the virulence and persistence factors of B. bassiana against Plutella xylostella,
which was isolated from peatland in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. There were four isolates of B.
bassiana (B1M3T3S2, B1P1T1S1, B1M3T3S1, and B2P3T3S1), which were arranged in a Complete
Randomized Design. Virulence was tested on P. xylostella larvae. Mortality of larvae was observed.
Persistence was determined by the calculation of conidia numbers after UV irradiation. Conidia
numbers were calculated after inoculation. The virulence test results showed that B1M3T3S2, the
isolate with a conidia concentration of 108 conidia/mL, caused the highest mortality in P. xylostella
larvae. The persistence test showed that B1M3T3S2 had the densest spore and highest growth rate.
B1M3T3S2, an indigenous isolate, was the best isolate as a biological control agent of P. xylostella
