Kontribusi Persepsi Terhadap Budaya Organisasi Pada Prestasi Kerja
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi pada prestasi kerja karyawan sebuah stasiun televisi di Yogyakarta. Sebanyak 112 orang ikut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian Mi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi dan dokumentasi penilaian prestasi kerja kw awan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi dengan prestasi kerja. Koefisien korelasi yang ditunjukkan termasuk rendah, tetapi masih memiliki makna. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa sumbangan variabel persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi pada prestasi kerja sekitar 6%. Berdasarkan kategorisasi tiap variabel diketahui bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap budaya organisasi cukup positif, dan prestasi kerjanya cenderung tinggi

much disagreement as to the effectiveness of different approaches for presenting vocabulary items.
Moreover, learning grammar is often perceived as a tedious and laborious process. In this report I
would like to examine some traditional techniques and compare them with the use of language
games for grammar presentation and revision, in order to determine whether they are successful
in presenting and revising grammar than other methods.From my teaching experience I have
noticed how enthusiastic students are about practicing language by means of games. I believe that
the grammar games are not only fun but they help students learn without a conscious analysis or
understanding of the learning process while they acquire communicative competence as second
language users

largest cement producer companies in making investment decisions. Data used is secondary data
which is financial report in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Data was used to calculate financial
performance and then proceed to statistics test to measure influence. Statistics tests used in this
study are Normality Test, and t test. The results showed that the financial performance of PT
Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk better than the PT Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk. Therefore, the
best choice for investors is to buy shares of PT Semen Gresik. Further result demonstrated that the
effect of total assets on ROA is significant, Average total activities didn’t show significant effect
on ROI, neither the average total capital on ROE

about Service Oriented Architecture which is a mix of WEB Service Architecture, Business
Planning, and Returns the significantly of Invesment value and the high level of costumer
satisfaction. In the other side, It will also discuss the concept of excellent services as one of
the milestones to be achived by a public institution to gain recognition as an institution “Clean
Governance”. In the end of this paper we will be presented architecture-based Health Service

system generates fair play and avoids human error on soccer match.
It will be very useful to help referee work. The system runs through
sensor, image processing, and final decision. Sensor as object reader will
activate the camera at many angles. Combining Circle Hough Transform
(CHT) with real-rime Color Ball Tracking produces a progressive method
to process ball detection. The referees use collaboration tool to get the
information. Hence, the referees can be collaborated each other to decide
a goal on the match better
