Get PDFАннотация Концепция превентивной дипломатии основывается на факте, который известен всем хорошо. Лучше и легче предотвратить возникновение конфликта, чем потом бороться с ее последствиями. Успешно реализованная превентивная дипломатия позволяет перейти от неустойчивой эскалационной динамики конфликтной ситуации к динамике деэскалации и сдерживания конфликта. Необходимо учитывать, что данный процесс является результатом решений и действий трёх категорий субъектов: конфликтных сторон (кто непосредственно задействован в конфликте); субъектов которые пытаются повлиять на решения конфликтных сторон посредством превентивной дипломатии, направляя их в сторону ненасильственного решения конфликта; и других субъектов, которые так или иначе связаны задействованы в конфликте или же имеют влияние на конфликтные стороны
PROJECT-BASED CURRICULUM FOR INTERNET OF THINGS ONLINE COURSE
Get PDFAbstract. Nowadays, the applications of the Internet of Things (IoT) are getting popular and the number of internet connecting devices are increasing very fast. Many IoT courses are being taught in educational universities. However, the curriculum of the courses does not answer to the requirements of the industry and market, and students have not enough knowledge if they are getting the course online, where there is no offline lab work. Project based curriculum for online IoT courses is developed and grades of the student projects are compared with the knowledge of the students before project implementation. The comparison results are promising and future works are discussed

Lesson Study is a professional teacher development model that aims to improve the teaching and learning process. Based on the practice of lesson study, this paper proposes a model for developing pedagogical knowledge and improving teaching. Recent research has suggested that effective professional learning would last forever. This necessitates a daily examination of the teachers. It is becoming increasingly important for teachers to mutually observe and jointly reflect on classroom practices in order to develop such a community. STEMMING OF KAZAKH LANGUAGE
Get PDFNowadays natural language processing is widely used. For instance, it can be used to translate text, in search engines systems, text topic identification. Such applications require preprocessing of text. It should be done, because preprocessing of text can influence on system accuracy. Text preprocessing can be done by several ways. One approach is identifying root of word. Advantage of identifying root of word is that it can save memory of computer, because repeated roots will be saved one time. This paper describes stemming systems, which can identify root of word. In literature review part authors reviewed to stemming algorithms, which can identify roots of words of Russian, Uzbek, Turkish languages. Then authors proposed stemming system, which can identify root of word of Kazakh language. In current paper authors describe how their system works. To test the system words from various parts of speech were entered. Proposed system can identify roots of noun, verb, adjective, numeral words. The system response can be seen in table 1. Pictures below show what kinds of suffixes, endings can be concatenated with root of word of Kazakh language. However not all combinations are shown in pictures. In conclusion part advices for how to develop stemming system are written
Development of methods, algorithms of machine learning for Kazakh speech recognition
No full textAutomatic speech recognition system is on its way to reach its full potential mainly because of the significance of the field and rapid growth of the speech data. However, the growth of speech recognition for low-resourced languages like Kazakh is not observed, since there is not enough data and there is no automated tool for data collection. All existing speech recognition models for Kazakh language are based on datasets that were collected locally and manually, which makes these datasets private and inaccessible for other researchers to use them. Manual speech data collection requires a lot of time and effort, which may not match the quality requirements. Low quality speech data may ultimately affect the performance of speech recognition model considerably.
This research work focuses on two important steps of building reliable automatic speech recognition system for Kazakh language – 1) construction of automated speech data collection system, 2) application of transfer learning to recurrent neural network. Automatic data collection system is based on a website, which perfectly segments the audio data and separates these audio files with corresponding transcriptions by speakers. As a result system produced around 100 hours of speech data, which in terms of structure is suitable for neural network to train. Transfer learning technique is based on Russian speech recognition model, which transfers all weights to the neural network that built for Kazakh language. Using transfer learning multilingual Automatic speech recognition model was obtained, which outperforms the simple LSTM based model by 32% and BiLSTM model by 24% (in terms of Label Error Rate)
