CHEATING RECOGNITION IN PAPER EXAMS USING CV
Get PDFAbstract. With the shift from exams to electronic examinations, to pen and paper (paper exams), concerns were raised about whether this would make cheating easier. Cheating and academic dishonesty have always been disturbing practice in an academic setting, it kills the creativity of a student. Roughly speaking all teachers meet a high rate of academic dishonesty among their students. This article explores how teachers and students perceive differences in the ease of cheating during written exams, especially paper exams. Nowadays we have control systems that detect cheating and abnormal behaviors during exams. Despite early controls determining cheating during the checking of exam papers is also a great idea. Manually checking each work will take up most of the time and energy, which is also difficult to identify plagiarism. That’s why the paper gives using Computer Vision to optimize checking paper exams and detect cheating levels among students

Get PDFAbstract The Self-Employed Women’s Association is almost globally acclaimed for its work in organizing women in India’s unorganised sector. Women get exploited in several ways in their unorganised work environment. In 1972 the Self-Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) in India was formed by Ela Bhat in Gujarat. SEWA is a trade union and movement for women in the informal economy. It has succeeded in empowering thousands of women in the unorganised sector. SEWA has 16 state wings all around the country, in Kerala SEWA has a state wing. They are working in Kerala since 1983. They try to work among the women workers in unorganised sector. SEWA Kerala includes 5 sectors of women workers in the unorganised sector they are domestic workers, reed workers, fish vendors, street vendors and home based workers. Domestic sector is one of the working sectors of SEWA in Kerala. SMSS is the project for organizing women domestic workers under the SEWA movement in Kerala

Because of it, people meet with huge problem - to process and get the most important parts from them. Thus, there is become a need on its clear and cost-effective summarization. Main goal of text summarization is to generate concise and accurate summary from input documents. In recent years, text summarization become one of the most topical subject in tech sphere. Big Tech companies like Facebook, Google, and Microsoft understood the importance of automatic summarization technologies, and not long ago published their results called BART, PEGASUS and ProphetNet respectively. This works showed the best results on various datasets with different sizes. The main idea behind this paper is to compare and analyze those models in terms of speed, accuracy, accessibility and other characteristics. In the next work, the results of the research are planned to be applied on Russian and Kazakh language datasets
EXPLORING THE CASE OF ONLINE LEARNING: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

This article aims to describe the difficulties the master students faced during education in distance and attempts to describe the solutions undertaken to solve them at one of the private universities in Kazakhstan. To identify the problems and solutions the researchers used a questionnaire consisting of closed and open-ended questions and semi-structured interview. The findings showed that the most important difficulties were: time management; demotivation; adaptation to online learning; technical issues; internet connection problems. Also, various strategies were identified that master students tried to apply to solve and avoid these problems. Some of the most effective ones were: peer support; using a laptop instead of a smartphone; getting the recordings of the lessons; improvement of ICT skills and asking support from online instructors

No full textAbstract.The given article is devoted to considering difficulties in teaching the English word order in higher educational institutions caused by interference of students’ mother tongue on the basis of comparing the influence of different grammatical systems of source languages on acquisition of a target language. The research begins with analysis of peculiarities of word order in three languages belonging to different language groups and language families (Kazakh, Dutch and English) aiming to compare their impact on mistakes students in Kazakhstan and the Netherlands may make while learning English as a foreign language. In addition, the author comes up with several tips to teach word order in a sentence for English language teachers in Kazakhstani higher institutions

No full textАбстракт Статья посвящена исследованию прав и основных свобод человека, имеющие риск быть нарушенными при обязательной дактилоскопической регистрации. В рамках исследования автором затрагиваются такие проблемные аспекты, как, во-первых, полнота содержания цели дактилоскопической регистрации, закреплённая в ст. 5 ЗРК «О дактилоскопической и геномной регистрации», во-вторых, права человека, имеющие риск быть нарушенными при обязательной дактилоскопической регистрации. Целью данной статьи выступает формирование комплекса путей, обеспечивающий баланс между реализацией обязательной дактилоскопической регистрации и соблюдением прав и основных свобод человека в Республике Казахстан. Итоговой результат исследования представляет собой рекомендацию по внесению изменения в ст. 5 ЗРК «О дактилоскопической и геномной регистрации» и теоретический материал, раскрывающий критерии законного ограничения прав на защиту данных, неприкосновенность частной жизни и свободу передвижения
