Диссертациялық жұмыстың көлемі: 84 бет, 7 кесте, 27 сурет, зерттеу барысында 56 әдебиет қаралды. Диссертациялық жұмыстың бірінші бөлімінде тақырыпты ашу мақсатында публицистикалық стиль және оның теориялық негіздеріне тоқталдық. Тіл біліміндегі публицистикалық стильдің зерттелуі мен бөлінісін қарастырдық. Публицистикалық стильдегі сөз жанрларының прагматикалық аспектісі анықталып, публицистикалық стильдің мектеп бағдарламаларындағы көрінісі нақтыланды. Диссертациялық жұмыстың екінші бөлімінде бірінші тараудағы тұжырымдарға сүйене отырып, публицистикалық стильдің жанрлық түрлерін меңгертудің әдістемелік негіздері анықталды. Публицистикалық стильдің жанрлық түрлерін меңгертудің педагогикалық негізі мен оқушыларға публицистикалық стильдің жанрлық түрлерін меңгертудің тиімді әдістәсілдері қарастырылды. FAST AND RELATIVELY ACCURATE SENTIMENT ANALYSIS FOR THE KAZAKH LANGUAGE
No full textAbstract This paper constructs a fast and accurate sentiment analysis model for the Kazakh language. The main method for text classification is based on TF-IDF-based tokens trained with Logistic Regression. The processing and modeling stages are fully implemented in the PySpark framework. The proposed method has shown an accuracy level of 82% on an evenly distributed test dataset. As a byproduct of the work, we have collected a list of words in the Kazakh language that could signal the negativity/positivity of the given review
Performance appraisal of employees of Shevron company contractors in the sphere of HR activity
No full textOne of the most crucial instruments is performance appraisal to evaluate the employee performance. It has a long history as it has been studied and implemented during the last century. There are several synonyms to the term “Performance Appraisal” such as performance review, performance evaluation, etc. The Kazakhstani oil and gas business serves as the study's background. The economy of the country has been growing due to producing and exporting natural resources, mainly oil and gas. Given the importance of the oil and gas industry for the economy of Kazakhstan, it is highly urgent that the organizational performance of companies in the oil and gas sector are effective. The purpose of this study is to look into the elements that determine employee satisfaction with the performance appraisal system, as well as the impact of satisfaction on employee performance effectiveness. This study is expected to have contributions in several aspects, particularly contribution in theoretical, methodological and practical aspects. The study's research methodology is a survey design. As performance appraisal is conducted to improve work efficiency, the survey design is used to collect data for examining how the employee happiness with performance reviews affects employee performance. The survey is cross-sectional, that is the data will be collected at one point in time. The form of data collection will be an Internet survey as it will be convenient to administer the survey online. The target population in the study is employees of contractors of Chevron Company. The sample size will include 100 employees randomly chosen from the contractors of Chevron Company, both male and female within the age range of 18 years and above

The quarantine measures introduced in the first half of 2020 have had an impact on the country's economy. In particular, it has had a significant impact on the success of small and medium-sized businesses. RECOGNITION OF BASIC HAND GESTURES ON A HORIZONTAL SURFACE USING A SINGLE CAMERA
Get PDFAbstract The horizontal hand gesture recognition is an innovative, cheaper way for human-computer interaction. Currently, most researchers work with sensors, devices for hand gesture recognition, which require more resources. Instead, the presented horizontal method for hand gesture signal recognition by frames. A key element of this work is the research of a recognition algorithm using only single camera. In the presented framework, the hand detection works as a converting BGR image to RGB before processing. Then, the palm and fingers are segmented so as to detect and recognize the fingers. There are handedness and hand landmarks on the image as a result of a hand detection. Each point of landmark has coordination x, y, z values. There is comparing algorithm of points to recognize hand gesture by fingers. The model has been implemented getting landmark values on a data set of hand images, which collected from video frames. In the presented framework, the hand detection works with computer vision (CV) algorithms, in general MediaPipe as a converting blue, green, red (BGR) image to red, green, blue (RGB) before processing. There are handedness and hand landmarks on the image as a result of a hand detection. Each point of the landmark has coordination x, y, z values. The performance of the method highly depends on the result of hand detection on horizontal surface and collected dataset
Classification of Scientific Documents in the Kazakh Language Using Deep Neural Networks and a Fusion of Images and Text
Get PDFThe rapid development of natural language processing and deep learning techniques has boosted the performance of related algorithms in several linguistic and text mining tasks. Consequently, applications such as opinion mining, fake news detection or document classification that assign documents to predefined categories have significantly benefited from pre-trained language models, word or sentence embeddings, linguistic corpora, knowledge graphs and other resources that are in abundance for the more popular languages (e.g., English, Chinese, etc.). Less represented languages, such as the Kazakh language, balkan languages, etc., still lack the necessary linguistic resources and thus the performance of the respective methods is still low. In this work, we develop a model that classifies scientific papers written in the Kazakh language using both text and image information and demonstrate that this fusion of information can be beneficial for cases of languages that have limited resources for machine learning models’ training. With this fusion, we improve the classification accuracy by 4.4499% compared to the models that use only text or only image information. The successful use of the proposed method in scientific documents’ classification paves the way for more complex classification models and more application in other domains such as news classification, sentiment analysis, etc., in the Kazakh language
