Effects of HRM practices on employee job burnout: mediation models: The case of “DOC Co.LTD” employees
Get PDFThe purpose of the research paper is to recognize the significance of HRM practices with mediator Affective commitment and their influence on employee job burnout among the factory workers. This paper was examined on five variables as Job autonomy, Training and development, Job security, Affective commitment and Job burnout. This study took a quantitative method in order to accomplish this goal. A convenient sampling was used, and a survey questionnaire with five - point likert scale, closed-ended questions was formed. Employees were given 52 questionnaires, and 41 valid responses were received. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences was used to analyze the data (SPSS). Regression and Correlation test techniques were used to determine the results. The study's most important results suggest a significantly negative relationship between HRM practices and employee job burnout. The findings of this research may be very useful for Factory companies in order to reduce job burnout among their employees and promoting that significant contribution to the organization's success as well as the employee's personal success
Strategic responses of regional economic organizations to the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative: the cases of ASEAN, EAEU, and EU
Get PDFThe aim of this paper is to undertake a systematic comparative analysis of how regional economic organizations (REOs) in the wider Eurasian region have strategically responded to the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative. The theoretical framework is based on the external actorness literature, comparative regionalism, and foreign policy analysis. The analysis links the distinctive features of the REOs to the shape and impact of their strategic responses to the Belt and Road Initiative. At the same time, it shows the extent to which REOs play a functional role vis-à-vis their member states and large firms in a macro-regional strategic context
Log analysis for cyber attack detection and classification using Apache Spark and Python
No full textThe IT infrastructure of lots of companies have increased from several to hundreds and thousands of servers over the past decades, in turn the digital footprints have risen. Digital footprints consist of access logs that include information about specific events, for instance, IP address of the user, timestamp when the event occurred and hostile activity that can affect the network. IT companies mostly used the architecture of Apache Hadoop that is based on MapReduce to analyze the access log files of the companies. These access log files contain confidential information which is related to security of servers, as for it these companies are seeking for the architecture which can analyze the access logs in real time. In order to transcend these limitations of Apache Hadoop, in this paper are given efficient architectures such as streaming based Apache Spark which can analyze both batch-based and real time data

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF STANDARD DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF ISO, CEN AND NATIONAL STANDARD OF KAZAKHSTAN

As the number of places where standardization is used increases day by day, there is a need for analyzing the standard developing organizations. Nowadays there exists many organizations that develop standards. The process of development may differ from organization to organization. Our lives are safer, easier, more comfortable, and more efficient with the help of standards. Standards can be classified into three categories: international standards, regional and national standards. There are a small number of research examining various standard developing organizations by categories. So, the main aim of this paper is to provide a comparative analysis of the standard development process in three different categories as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), and the national standard developed by Kazakhstan to improve standard development quality and efficiency in Kazakhstan. This was also established during a survey in which 15 secondary school teachers from Almaty took part, where it was revealed that teachers find the use of these technologies convenient and productive
User Experience (UX) based on Data Visualization
Get PDFIt is critical to build tools to study data in an environment where data is rapidly being gathered and utilized. Visualizing the data may help with this. The usefulness and efficiency of such informational visualizations are often examined, but hedonic elements such as sheer delight and aesthetic beauty are typically overlooked. These characteristics are included in the idea of user experience (UX), which is a good predictor of a user’s overall rating of an information visualization. However, since the discipline is very new and has diverse definitions, there are many different approaches to measure UX. The goal of this exploratory study was to see whether the CUE (elements of user experience) paradigm and its measurement tool, meCUB, are adequate for assessing the UX for data visualization. This study looked at the user experience of information visualizations with minor differences in terms of animation features to investigate whether UX metrics might explain user preferences. Small differences in the experiment couldn’t be seen by using the meCUE technique, hence descriptive study seems to be more appropriate in this case. Because the meCUE method failed to pick up on even the smallest differences in the trial, descriptive study seems to be the better option in this case. The findings demonstrate the subjective nature of UX and highlight the need of defining a user group. The findings also show that rather of depending just on a user’s self-report, UX assessment should include research interpretation and objectivity

Education in Kazakhstan is a system that cannot exist without interaction with other areas of activity and the state represented by state institutions. The role of education at the current stage of Kazakhstan's development is determined by the tasks of its transition to a democratic and legal state, to a market, the need to overcome the dangerous points of the country lagging behind present world trends in economic and social development.. The lack of own financial resources in educational institutions has a not positive impact on the development of the material base and the quality of training of specialists, causes an outflow of the most gifted part of the scientific and pedagogical staff, reduces the level of social and economic development of the region, its competitiveness in the world market. In modern conditions, when the financing of educational institutions is carried out only on current expenditure items, regional and local authorities should take on part of the concerns about the development of the education system in the region and increase in the students number and children in educational institutions
Nonlinear modeling of COVID-19 and the significance of testing: the case of Kazakhstan
Get PDFIt has been more than two years since the world faced a global pandemic of COVID-19, which affected the global economy negatively and took many human lives. This paper considers the extended susceptible-exposed-infectious-recovered (SEIR) model and finds out whether it is effective for the government of Kazakhstan to conduct massive free PCR testing of the exposed population. To this end, we constructed a new mathematical model and the government cost function that incorporates the hospital cost for the COVID-19 treatment and the cost of PCR testing. To address the above-mentioned objectives, we constructed nonlinear differential equations for our epidemic model and numerically solved them. Furthermore, the government’s cost was modeled as a function that depends on the rate of PCR tests. The findings of the numerical analysis show that the government’s cost is minimized if the exposed individuals were tested for the disease as often as possible. Moreover, testing both susceptible and exposed individuals is not beneficial in terms of the economic cost
