Get PDFИсходя из геополитического и экономического положения Казахстана, а также его истории, миграционные вопросы всегда были важны для страны. Проблема миграции - это не та проблема, с которой мы совершенно незнакомы; на самом деле мы сталкивались с ней много раз на протяжении всей нашей истории как государства. Но их надо было назвать как-то иначе. Многие казахи были вынуждены эмигрировать в начале советской эпохи, потому что такие факторы, как преследование казахской элиты, принудительная коллективизация и массовый голод, не позволяли им жить в мире, поэтому они были вынуждены покинуть свою родину и эмигрировать в соседние страны. С другой стороны, миллионы людей были изгнаны из других частей Советского Союза, наводнив Казахстан (в основном этнические группы крымских татар, чеченцев, немцев и т. д.). Этот метод все еще находится в стадии разработки, хотя и не является обязательным. Однако ясно, что люди делают это потому, что их жизнь не ладится. Automatic Language Identification from Audio Signals using LSTM-RNN
Get PDFThe objective of this study is to develop an efficient Language Identification (LID) system using Long Short-Term Memory Recurrent Neural Networks applied to audio signals. Two experiments were conducted to validate the proposed approach. The experimental results demonstrated exceptional performance, with an accuracy of 98% and 97.6% on the test sets of the first and second experiments, respectively. The models were trained and tested using audio recordings in English, Russian, Turkish, Kyrgyz, and Kazakh languages. These findings suggest that the proposed LID system is highly effective and can be used in various real-world applications

Get PDFThe primary objective of the dissertation work was to extend and combine the hypothetical and useful information picked up in the learning procedure, and use them to research recommendation systems, in order to simplify the search for supervisors and students in areas of interest . To accomplish this objective, data was collected from different universities supervisors of Kazakhstan in the field of Information Technology. The object of study is to develop a system of recommendations based on the data of supervisors. As a result of the dissertation work, a research was conducted among clustering algorithms. The peculiarity and reliability of the obtained results is justified by the correlation between the rules of accepted standards of programming, consistency with the claims of and general the development environment and the technologies that were used

Get PDFPurpose: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between specific factors like and asset returns within the banking industry of Kazakhstan. The Capital adequacy ratio is a metric that assesses the proportion of a financial institution's capital to its assets, with the aim of evaluating its capacity to meet its obligations. Because our country's banking sector is one of economy’s strongest features, it is widely known that banks use the capital adequacy ratio to maintain the abundant capital holdings on hand when taking risky exposures into ongoing operations. Study covers the period 2013-2020 containing information about 38 banks of Kazakhstan, author hopes that the studies will give clear evidence of the correlation between capital adequacy, operational expense ratio, interest rates spread and cashasset ratio to return on assets of commercial bank in Kazakhstan. It will rely on secondary data derived from National Bank of Kazakhstan reports. Relevance: The capacity of a corporation to enhance its is indicative of its efficacy and productivity in administering its balance sheet to generate earnings. Conversely, a reduced ROA implies that there exists potential for the enterprise to effectuate enhancements. The study's findings will enable the management team to optimize revenue and improve its allocation. Key methodological aspects: The study was conducted using a descriptive and quantitative approach. The data were analyzed by using econometric techniques in this study: the fixed effects model and the random models. Summary of Key Findings: The findings suggest that capital adequacy and operating costs exhibit a positive correlation with asset returns and possess a statistically significant association. Conversely, interest rates and cash-asset ratio demonstrate a negative correlation with return on assets. Key conclusion: Managers can assess internal performance and detect and correct potential flaws in the company's investments. Having a better understanding of relations between the characteristics makes it easier to achieve success with financial procedures and make the business more profitable and sustainable

Данное исследование анализирует две казахстанские образовательные стипендиальные программы, предназначенные для получения международного образования, и вклад их выпускников в национальное развитие своей страны. Наши данные свидетельствуют о том, что стипендиальные программы «Болашак» и Назарбаев Университета играют важную роль в развитии местных талантов. Выпускники данных стипендиальных программ участвуют в совершенствовании систем и практик на своих рабочих местах, тем самым способствуя более широким позитивным социальным и экономическим изменениям в стране. С другой стороны, ограниченные возможности трудоустройства в некоторых секторах экономики, очень низкие зарплаты и негативная, слишком бюрократическая культура ограничивают вклад выпускников стипендиальных программ в общее благо. Мы считаем, что невозможность использовать полученные знания и навыки выпускниками, получившими международное образование, связана с низкими темпами экономического развития и существенным отставанием от развития человеческого капитала. Наши выводы подчеркивают критическую важность развития экономики в тандеме с развитием человеческого капитала, чтобы максимизировать пользу стипендиальных программ
ANALYSIS OF THE KAZAKH CYBER TOURNAMENTS PLATFORM “PINGER.KZ”

Despite the remarkable successes of the e-athletes from Kazakhstan in a worldwide arena, there is a lack of statistical data on the local cybersport. Therefore, the research was conducted to provide prospective researchers in fields like gamification, eSport and media with actual data. The given scientific paper uses the data collected and analysed from the largest cyber tournament platform in Kazakhstan “Pinger.kz”. The analysed information is about tournaments that took place since the website launched in 2019 to 2021. The libraries of Python for data analysis as BeautifulSoup, requests, matplotlib and Apache tools were used. The aim of the work is to collect and make data analysis for future research. The paper identifies the most popular games among kazakh players in order to use this data in the research on gamification. Parsed data results show the development of the local cybersport and confirm worldwide trends
