Совершенствование позиционирования медицинской организации на рынке услуг на примере городской поликлиники № 10 города Астана
Get PDFВведение: Необходимо понимать, что в последние годы первичная медикосанитарная помощь (ПМСП) вновь стала важной стратегией, как для улучшения здоровья населения, так и для повышения эффективности, оперативности и результативности систем здравоохранения. Улучшение позиционирования медицинской организации на рынке услуг предполагает разработку и реализацию стратегий, направленных на выделение уникальных качеств и преимуществ, которые делают медицинскую организацию привлекательным для всех основных стейкхолдеров в условиях конкурентной среды. Этот процесс не ограничивается только медицинскими аспектами, но также включает в себя вопросы маркетинга, имиджа, и взаимодействия с обществом. Цель исследования: разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию позиционирования поликлиники на рынке медицинских услуг. Методы: В данном исследовании с целью анализа предоставленных услуг и финансово-экономических показателей были изучены статистические данные, извлеченные из учетно-отчетной документации Государственной коммунальное предприятие на праве хозяйственного ведения «Городская поликлиника №10» г. Астаны за период 2021-2023гг. Также для осуществления цели нами была проведена выгрузка данных из медицинских информационных систем медицинской организации. Была проведена выкипировка данных и записей из медицинских систем организации за 2021-2023 гг. Использовались следующие методы: извлечение данных, статистический метод, анализ, сравнительный анализ. Результаты: Проведенный анализ обращений, отзывов т анкет для обратной связи, для изучения влияние коммуникативных навыков медицинских работников на формирование бренда поликлиники, показал, что по итогам 12 месяцев 2023 года было зарегистрировано - 87,2% положительных отзывов. С 1 января по 23 февраля 2024 года среди всех зарегистрированных отзывов - 73,2% положительных отзывов. В 2022 году по сравнению с 2021 годом благодарностей от пациентов выросло на 63%, а в 2023 году данный показатель вырос на 2,5 раза. По результатам анкетирования было определено, что на 10 баллов оценили уровень удовлетворенности качеством оказания медицинской помощи в 2023 году – 51 пациент (42,1%), в 2024 году – 84 пациента (30,3%). Заключения: В целом, полученные результаты исследования свидетельствуют о необходимости системного подхода к управлению и развитию медицинских организаций с учетом финансовых, клиентоориентированных и организационных аспектов
Study of the transformation of Kazakh language speech into text data
Get PDFThe transformation of speech into text data is a key component in the development of modern language technologies and artificial intelligence. Despite significant advances in this field, support for languages with unique grammatical and phonetic characteristics, such as Kazakh, remains a challenge. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing method of converting speech in the Kazakh language into text and evaluate their effectiveness. The research methodology includes the analysis of the VOSK model for speech transformation in the Kazakh language. An experimental study is being conducted based on the KazakhTTS dataset using machine learning and natural language processing methods. The results of the experiment, presented as an indicator of the error rate in the word (WER), showed that VOSK big and VOSK small have almost the same indicators (51% and 53% respectively). It was also noted that there are limitations in recognizing word endings and that some errors occur during speech recognition. The discussion of the results highlights the potential of the model and points to the need for further improvement and training in working with more diverse data. In conclusion, the key conclusions are outlined, as well as potential directions for further research in the field of Kazakh speech recognition
Determinants of employee engagement and their effect on employee performance
Get PDFThis study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on employee engagement and performance in second-tier banks in East Kazakhstan. Guided by research questions on how transformational leadership affects employee engagement and performance, and the mediating role of engagement. Data from 36 valid observations were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that transformational leadership significantly enhances employee engagement, and higher employee engagement improves performance. Unexpectedly, transformational leadership has a negative direct effect on performance. Employee engagement fully mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and performance. This study contributes to the literature by elucidating the complex relationships between leadership, engagement, and performance, and offers practical insights for improving leadership practices in banks. Организация бизнес-инкубатора в рамках коммерциализации стартапов в медицинском вузе
No full textВведение: Медицинские инновации играют ключевую роль в улучшении качества здравоохранения, что подтверждается значительным ростом глобального рынка медицинских технологий. Внедрение цифровых технологий, таких как телемедицина и носимые медицинские устройства, значительно увеличилось, подчеркивая необходимость создания структур, поддерживающих инновационные стартапы в медицине. Бизнес-инкубаторы способствуют экономическому росту, помогая новым предприятиям преодолевать недостаток управленческого опыта и возможности привлечения капитала на ранней стадии, что особенно важно для стартапов в медицине. Цель: Основной проблемой является недостаточная поддержка и сложности коммерциализации медицинских стартапов в Казахстане. Целью данного исследования является разработка рекомендаций по созданию и функционированию бизнес-инкубатора в медицинском вузе для успешной коммерциализации медицинских стартапов. Методы: Исследование опирается на анализ текущего состояния бизнес инкубаторов в Казахстане, определение потенциала медицинского вуза для разработки стартап-проектов, а также разработку методологических рекомендаций по поддержке и монетизации медицинского бизнес-инкубатора. В качестве методов использованы SWOT-анализ, опросы и интервью с участниками медицинского бизнес-инкубатора, а также кейс-стади на примере создания медицинского бизнес-инкубатора в Казахском Национальном Медицинском Университете им. С.Д. Асфендиярова. Результаты: За неделю было собрано 137 заявок на участие в инкубационной программе. После тщательного отбора было принято решение включить в программу 59 проектов, из которых 57 реально приняли участие в инкубации. Успешно завершили программу 25 проектов, при этом у 3 стартапов были зафиксированы первые продажи и один стартап привлек инвестиции в размере 1 млн тенге. До запуска бизнес-инкубатора в КазНМУ им. С. Д. Асфендиярова целевой показатель составлял 1 стартап в год. Однако после открытия инкубатора этот показатель увеличился в 25 раз, что свидетельствует о значительном росте и успешной реализации инновационных проектов в рамках университета. Это подтверждает высокую эффективность инкубационной программы и её важную роль в поддержке стартапов и стимулировании их развития. Заключение: В результате проведенного исследования были разработаны конкретные рекомендации по созданию и функционированию бизнес-инкубатора в медицинском вузе, что способствовало значительному увеличению числа успешных стартапов и их коммерциализации. Это подтверждает высокую эффективность инкубационной программы и её важную роль в стимулировании инновационного развития и поддержке предпринимательства в медицине

EFL Teachers’ Perceptions of Linguo-coaching
No full textThe purpose of this study is to explore EFL teachers’ perceptions of linguo-coaching as an approach to teaching adult learners in Kazakhstan, focusing on its advantages and challenges. The study involved 11 EFL teachers working at universities, private language schools, and as independent tutors. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews to gather in-depth insights into the participants’ experiences and reflections. Data were analyzed thematically to address the research questions. The findings indicate that linguo-coaching offers significant benefits, including enhanced learner autonomy, motivation, and personalized learning. Participants highlighted the effectiveness of tools such as the GROW Model and the language wheel in facilitating goal-setting and reflective practices, fostering self-directed learning among adult learners. However, challenges such as limited teacher training, institutional constraints, and resource limitations were also identified. Teachers emphasized the need for professional development programs to equip them with the competencies necessary for implementing linguo-coaching effectively. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on linguo-coaching by providing insights into its application in the EFL context of Kazakhstan. It highlights the potential of linguo-coaching to transform traditional language teaching methodologies while addressing barriers to its integration. The findings have implications for educators, policymakers, and researchers seeking to modernize language teaching practices. Future research could expand on this study by including learner perspectives and exploring the longterm impact of linguo-coaching on language proficiency
Exporing Human Resource Management Practices in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
Get PDFThis dissertation examines the personnel policy of "Saparzhay-Astana" LLP, a representative SME in Kazakhstan, amidst the broader context of evolving HRM practices within small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The study identifies key challenges in the organization's HRM, impacting both operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Central to the research is a comprehensive analysis of current HRM practices at "Saparzhay-Astana" LLP, emphasizing strengths in personnel planning and corporate culture, while highlighting deficiencies in personnel promotion, motivation systems, and recruitment processes. These findings underscore the critical need for tailored HRM strategies that address the unique organizational dynamics of SMEs in Kazakhstan. Based on the analysis, strategic recommendations are proposed to enhance the personnel policy of "Saparzhay-Astana" LLP. These include the establishment of a robust personnel reserve, restructuring of incentive systems to encompass both material and intangible rewards, implementation of structured career planning frameworks, and introduction of mentoring programs. These initiatives aim to optimize workforce management, foster employee development, and mitigate turnover risks, thereby ensuring sustainable organizational growth. The research contributes to both theoretical and practical dimensions of HRM literature by providing insights into the complexities of personnel management in Kazakhstani SMEs. By bridging empirical findings with strategic recommendations, this study offers a framework for improving HRM practices not only within "Saparzhay-Astana" LLP but also for similar organizations facing comparable challenges globally

Оценка системы внутреннего контроля качества медицинской помощи на уровне ПМСП
Get PDFЦель исследования – определить современную и эффективную модель, позволяющую улучшить внутренний контроль качества оказываемой медицинской помощи на уровне первичной медико-социальной помощи (ПМСП) Методология: проведен литературный обзор в зарубежных источниках, в котором была обнаружена современная модель Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), позволяющая увеличить уровень пациент-ориентированной медицинской помощи. Оригинальность / ценность исследования заключается в том, что с использованием новых моделей повышения контроля качества медицинской помощи в здравоохранении на уровне ПМСП, таких как PDSA, возможно сосредоточение на наиболее важных элементах, которые способствуют возникновению проблем в оказании медицинской помощи, и, соответственно, их дальнейшему устранению. Результаты исследования. Использование данной модели в организациях здравоохранения позволяет найти большое количество способов по управлению системой качественного обслуживания для удовлетворения потребностей пациентов. Этот подход также помогает поставщикам медицинских услуг сократить потерии дисбаланс в процессах обслуживания населения. Практическая значимость исследования. Данная модель позволяет улучшить качество работы медицинской организации, повысив удовлетворенность и лояльность пациентов
