Pancasila dan toleransi pada tradisi keagamaan masyarakat Yogyakarta
Artikel ini mengkaji tentang nilai-nilai toleransi keagamaan yang muncul dalam masyarakat sinkretis Girikarto dan puritanis Kotabaru Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil objek penelitian Masyarakat Budha dan Islam di wilayah Girikarto serta Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (HKBP) dan Yayasan Masjid Syuhada Kotabaru Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian empirik ini dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan observasi lapangan secara langsung dalam kehidupan keluarga, sosial, dan keagamaan masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah antropologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toleransi merupakan konsep keagamaan yang berbaur dengan pluralitas tradisi Jawa (Hindu-Budha, animisme, dinamisme, dan Islam) yang membentuk ide, nilai, tradisi, sistem sosial sebagai satu kesadaran hidup damai dan rukun di antara masyarakat, khususnya Yogyakarta. Kemajemukan menjadi suatu keniscayaan. Pancasila diyakini merupakan filosofi dan ideologi yang mempersatukan kemajemukan itu. Pancasila merupakan kristalisasi nilai-nilai budaya yang tumbuh dan berkembang dalam kehidupan keagamaan masyarakat. Toleransi merupakan pemaduan nilai agama dan budaya yang dipegang teguh dengan baik.

This article studies on religious tolerance values that emerge in syncretism society Girikarto and puritanism one in Kotabaru Yogyakarta. This research takes the object on Girikarto Buddhism and Muslim, and Huria Batak Protestant (HKBP) and Syuhada mosque foundation, Kotabaru Yogyakarta. This empirical method is applied by deep interview and immediate observation of social and religious reality. The approach used in anthropology. The result of the research shows that tolerance is a religious concept that interacts with Javanese plurality traditions (Hinduism-Buddhism, animism, dynamism, and Islam) that create ideas, values, traditions, the social system as awareness to live peacefully among society, especially in Yogyakarta. Pengembangan Modul Elektronik Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek untuk Siswa Kelas XI Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak dengan Model Four-D
This article aims to explain the feasibility of an electronic-based Making Object Oriented Program with Class learning module. This study uses an R&D (Research and Development) approach with the Four-D development model. The research population was Grade XI Software Engineering Students of SMK Negeri 1 Rembang Purbalingga. The results showed that each aspect included in the category was very feasible with the average score obtained in the aspect of self-instruction was 3.10, the stand alone aspect was 3.33, the adaptive aspect was 3, the user friendly aspect was 3, the aspect of content eligibility was 3 and the aspect of language has an average of 3.14. Overall material experts show that the material in this module is in the very feasible category with a mean of 3.10 and the percentage of material quality is 77.38%. From these results, it can be stated that this electronic module has fulfilled the characteristics of self-instruction, stand alone, adaptive and user friendly that are appropriate in terms of content and language, so that it can be used in learning
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Status Gizi Bayi Berbasis Android
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Aplikasi Status Gizi Bayi Berbasis Android yang mempermudah petugas kesehatan dalam menentukan status gizi bayi. Proses pembuatan dilakukan menggunakan Android Studio. Fitur dalam Android Studio yang dimanfaatkan adalah fitur TextView, fitur Radiogroup dan fitur Button. Input dalam aplikasi terdiri dari lima macam yaitu usia, berat badan, panjang bayi, lingkar kepala memanfaatkan fitur TextView sedangkan input jenis kelamin menggunakan fitur Radiogroup. Aplikasi memiliki dua tombol yaitu tombol hitung dan tombol reset. Tombol hitung berfungsi untuk memulai proses pemeriksaan dan tombol reset berfungsi untuk menghapus semua input yang dilakukan oleh pengguna sebelumnya sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan pemeriksaan status gizi bayi berikutnya. Output dari aplikasi adalah dibawah normal, normal, dan diatas normal sesuai Standar Pengukuran Status Gizi Bayi dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Hasil testing aplikasi menunjukkan output sesuai dengan Standar Pengukuran Status Gizi Bayi dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Namun untuk pengembangan aplikasi masih perlu dilakukan pengembangan yaitu tampilan yang terlalu sederhana dan aplikasi dapat dilengkapi menu login untuk mengetahui perkembangan bayi secara berkala
Perangkat Penentu Kualitas Beras Ditinjau dari Kadar Air dan Berat Butir Menir Berbasis Arduino Uno
Determining the quality of rice is something that must be done to maintain the quality of rice produced by farmers. Quality determinants used for this process can be relied on for rice properly and efficiently. Determination of air content using soil moisture sensor yl-69 and determination of grain weight using a load cell sensor that emits with an Arduino UNO microcontroller as a device controller device. System making method consists of needs, analytic requirements, block diagrams, system design, manufacturing tools, testing tools and tools. The test results show that the determinant of rice quality in terms of good air and weight with errors in the readings of soil moisture sensor yl-69 is 1.522% and the error in load cell reading is 0.431%. The performance of this rice quality assessment device shows that the device can function properly in terms of the sensor\u27s working measurement, the device for determining rice quality and the performance of all components in the device can run well
Kinerja dari Prototipe Robot Visual Pengumpul Sampah Perairan dengan Remote Control menggunakan Telemetri
The making of prototype robot waste water collection aims to know the performance itself. The prototype of the Aquatic Waste Collection Robot is designed to float and clean trash in remote controlled waters. The main control drives a series of DC brushless motors to drive while the MG995 servo motor drives a rudder or defender. The device is also equipped with a camera as a medium to see the condition of the robot directly or in real time which will be displayed on the monitor screen. The camera and screen are connected to a telemetry circuit consisting of a transmitter and receiver with a frequency of 5.8 GHz, and a Li-Po battery as a source of robot power supply. The results of prototype testing of water garbage collection robots have been carried out in Embung Langensari Yogyakarta with a depth of 2-3 meters and an area of 5890 m2, the robot can go with a maximum speed of 0.3 m / s with or without the garbage load. Pengembangan Media Berbasis Mind map untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa pada Pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Video
Learning achievement determined by acceptance of students\u27 understanding of learning material. Therefore, a media that makes it easy for students to receive learning materials is needed. This research aims to create an interactive learning media with mind map concept in Video Processing subject. Method used in this research was research and development with 5 steps, (1) problem and potency analysis, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) design improvement. Media\u27s advisability, which had developed, in percentage are 89% from media expert, 92% from material expert, 85% by users (limited) and 87% from users (expanded). It can be concluded that the design of learning media is very appropriate . The benefits of the learning media are: (1) interactive and fun, (2) equipped with videos tutorial, (3) equipped with exercises which able to scored and able to see the correct answers
The effectiveness and constraints of learning in polytechnic education
This study is aimed at finding out: (1) the level of effectiveness of the teaching implementation at a polytechnic education institution viewed from the interrelatedness of the components of context, input, process, and product, and (2) the constraints in the teaching implementation at the institution. This study used the Contex Input Process Product (CIPP) model from Stufflebeam. The data were collected using a questionnaire, interview guide, and related docu-ments. The subjects of the evaluation were the students, lecturers, and the top management staff of the departments at the polytechnic. The data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. The effectiveness of the learning program is determined based on the results of the prototype verification in the Glickman quadrant. The results of the analysis show that the teaching program implementation at the polytechnic viewed from the inter-relatedness of context, input, process, and product is considered effective enough. The constraints in the implementation of teaching at the polytechnic are in teaching planning, implementation of semester teaching plans, curriculum, and infrastructure as well as facilities. Those constraints create other barriers to the achievement of learning outcomes, both academic and non-academic
Analysis of science process skills in physics education students
This study aims to analyze students\u27 science process skills on specific heat material by reviewing two aspects of basic science process skills indicators (observation and classification), and two indicators of integrated science process skills (identifying variables and making hypotheses). This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. In this study, the sample used was 35 students of physics education of batch 2018 who were randomly selected. The assessment instrument used was the science process skills observation sheet with the skill score used in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the study show that the students\u27 mastery of basic science process skills on the observation indicator is 65% in the good category, 30% in the high category, and 10% in the category of not good to low, whereas, the classification indicators obtained are 54.3% and 37.1% of students have mastered classification skills in both good and high categories. The remaining 8.6% are classified in the not good category. For the mastery of integrated science process skills in the variable identification indicator, 60% of them are in the good category and 14.3% in the high category. The rest are in the category of not good and low. For the indicators of skills in making hypotheses, 65.7% and 14.3% are in the good and high categories. It proves that physics education students have mastery of science process skills that are in the good category
Learning outcome of mathematics and science: Features of Indonesian madrasah students
This study aims to analyze the learning outcome of mathematics and sciences in the Indonesian National Examination from 2015 to 2018 of MTs (Islamic secondary school). The results of the analysis are used as the basis for making alternative policy as a possible way to improve the quality of mathematics and science learning. With the sample size of 360, 371 MTs students in East Java, the achievement was measured by using 40 multiple choice questions with each having four answer options. Split-plot and latent profile analysis of the data show that there was a consistent decrease in the achievement of mathematics and sciences of the moderate group of MTs from 2015 to 2018 with a dramatic drop in mathematics and tendency to drop for science. The fundamental implication of these findings is that there is a need for learning innovations to improve mathematics and science learning outcomes for 21st century learning. The findings can also provide data support for decision making for the revision of the mathematics and science curriculum and can be further used as empirical evidence for the developed countries in finding ways to improve the quality of mathematics and science learning outcomes for 21st century learning, in particular, to assist the developing countries such as Indonesia
The implementation of attitude assessment in Curriculum 2013 at elementary schools
This study is aimed at describing the implementation of attitude assessment conducted by teachers starting from the assessment planning, implementation, results processing, its utilization, and the follow-up. This study employed a qualitative and quantitative method. The subject was elementary school teachers in Bekasi city who had taught in classes applying Curriculum 2013. The data were collected using questionnaires and focus group discussions. The result shows that the implementation of attitude assessment had not been done optimally because of teachers\u27 lack of understanding. Besides, too many techniques of attitude assessment cause teachers to need a lot of time to learn and conduct the assessment. In Curriculum 2013, students\u27 involvement is emphasized, yet most students were quite passive in class, and there was no dynamic and active discussion in the learning process. It means teachers need to apply different methods to encourage students to be more active. Lastly, the utilization and follow-up of the assessment results were not optimal. Some recommendations that can be proposed are: (1) schools are hoped to be able to provide independent training for the implementation of assessment in Curriculum 2013; (2) mandatory attitude assessment required to be done by each subject teacher is observation, while other required assessments are done by the classroom teacher; (3) variables in attitude assessment needs to be completed and clearly stated especially in social aspects (KI-2), which are accepting and responding; (4) there should be a detailed description of attitude assessment in students\u27 reports
