Self-perceived gender identity and inclusive education: An approach to trans childhoods and adolescence in mexican educational spaces
In the educational system, the recognition of inclusive education based on respect for sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions is temporary. In Mexico, school spaces have been characterized by being infested with discriminatory practices against sexual dissident populations. This is mainly due to the fact that the foundations of the education system are built from cisgenderism and heteronomatization. This work seeks to approach the barriers that trans children and adolescents face in the educational field, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for inclusion. To this end, the study is presented from the exercise of the right to self-perceived gender identity permeated by the right to non-discrimination based on age, passing through the right to education and culminating with the perspective and prospective of the right to inclusive education of trans childhoods and adolescence in Mexico
Peace education as initial training content for the psychopedagogue
Introducing the contents of peace education in the initial training of educational psychologists is a necessity today if we take into account the social reality and the model of the professional we aspire to train. The use of scientific research methods such as analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, transition from the concrete to the abstract, systemic-structural, historical-logical, observation, interview, documentary review and percentage analysis allowed us to obtain information about the potentialities that emanate of the different disciplines and subjects to be able to design a theoretical-methodological conception that allows these contents to be introduced

Availability of retracted Covid-19 papers on Internet research-sharing platforms
Introduction: this paper investigated the availability of retracted/with Expression of Concern Covid-19 papers on research-sharing platforms.
Methods: from the “Retraction Watch” (RW) list of Covid-19 retracted/with Expressions of Concern (EoC) papers, all articles pertaining to Covid-19 treatment were selected. After their identification, paper titles and authors were searched on the platforms: Research Gate and Academia (Academia.com). In case a retracted or EoC paper was identified as available, the presence of a warning note was ascertained (either as an attached note or as a direct warning on the paper). The citations that these papers received were then identified on the Google Scholar platform, and classified as prior to retraction date/posterior to retraction date.
Results: at first, a total of 44 papers were selected from the RW list. Out of these, 18 full papers could be obtained in the analyzed platforms (15 retractions, 3 EoCs). Fourteen of the identified papers concerned dubious, ineffective or “alternative” treatments. The most common countries of origin were India and Egypt. The median number of Google Scholar post-retraction citations was 29,5 and the mean 42,9 (range: 0 - 128).
Conclusion: research-sharing platforms should implement mechanisms to prevent non reliable research to be made available in the
Diagnosis of the erudition presented by neurosurgeons in acupuncture and its related techniques
Introduction: Natural and Traditional Medicine is defined by the World Health Organization as the sum total of knowledge, skills and practices based on the theories, beliefs and experiences of different cultures, whether explainable or not, used to maintain health, prevent, diagnose, improve or treat physical and mental diseases. Psychological and Social Factors Associated with Condom Use in MSM
Condom use has been recognized as one of the most effective strategies to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). However, its inconsistent use in key populations, such as Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), has posed a significant public health challenge. Several studies have indicated that psychological, social and behavioral factors influence the adoption of this protective measure.DevelopmentIt has been identified that HIV risk perception played a crucial role in condom use. Many MSM underestimated their vulnerability, which led them to engage in unprotected sex, especially with casual partners. Also, lack of sexual assertiveness prevented some individuals from negotiating condom use with their partners. In addition, sexual sensation seeking influenced decision making, as certain MSM prioritized immediate arousal over STI prevention.Another determining factor was the use of psychoactive substances, such as alcohol and other recreational drugs, which affected judgment and decision-making in sexual contexts. Chemsex, a practice that combined drug use with sexual activity, was particularly associated with an increased risk of HIV transmission
Enhancing Clinical Decision Support Systems with Big Data and AI in Medical Informatics
By allowing real-time diagnostics, predictive analytics, and automated therapy recommendations, the combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data into Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) has changed healthcare decision-making. While AI-driven models use machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and natural language processing (NLP) to improve diagnosis accuracy and clinical efficiency, traditional rule-based CDSS suffered constraints in managing complex and dynamic patient data. With an overall increase of over 30% in predictive performance, this research assesses the efficacy of AI-powered CDSS against conventional rule-based models by showing notable accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score improvement. Streaming data processing, edge artificial intelligence, and federated learning further help real-time decision-making to guarantee scalable AI-based interventions. Widespread use depends on the difficulties of data security, model interpretability, and interoperability being overcome. This research highlights the potential, challenges, and future directions of AI-driven CDSS in improving evidence-based, data-driven, and personalized healthcare solutions
