No full textThe paper reviewed two hypotheses, namely, (H1) that within the concept of political propaganda activities in Montenegro and promotional practices recognize some of the universal characteristics of modern political propaganda and (H2) that the specificity of the political propaganda activities at the time of the newly created political pluralism in Montenegro is derived from the fact that political entities operate in an atmosphere of war environment and in conditions marked by a substantial superiority of one political party, as well as the role and importance of one dominant political entity that has been exercising power for decades. The topic of this paper is the political life of Montenegro from 1989 to 2010. A particular feature of this period is the fact that one political party (Democratic Party of Socialists) managed to hold power so long, in conditions of party pluralism, unstable and war-affected environment, deep ideological, political, social and ethnic divisions in the society, and intense international pressure.Prispevek obravnava politično življenje Črne gore med letoma 1990 in 2010. Posebnost tega obdobja je, da se je ena politična stranka (Demokratična partija socialistov) v razmerah strankarskega pluralizma, nestabilnem in od vojne prizadetem okolju, globokih ideoloških, političnih, etničnih in družbenih delitvah in ob mednarodnih pritiskih uspela ves obravnavani čas obdržati na oblasti

No full textOn the basis of a detailed description of the judicial inquest into the murder of Jedrt Murn, the innkeeper from Trnava (a town situated by the main trade route Vienna-Trieste), which occurred on the night of July 5, 1840, the author deals with the phenomenon of making foreigners the scapegoat. Although the inquest provided almost conclusive evidence that Jedrt Murn was murdered by her husband Franc, suspicion fell on Italian bricklayers working at that time on the construction of a textile factory in the nearby town of Prebold. The suspicious community, whose fate it was to till the fields, wasted no time in branding these workers as vagrants and rogues, and by seeking in this way, also found scapegoats among them on which they vented their anger at every unpleasant occurrence."V noči s 5. na 6. tega meseca je bila Jedrt Murn, najemnica gostilne ob glavni cesti v občini Trnava, umorjena z več vbodi.... " To sporočilo, ki bi ga lahko prebrali tudi v današnjem Delu, je gospoščinsko sodišče v Preboldu 28. julija 1840 poslalo okrajnim gosposkam Novi klošter, Žovnek. Novo Celje, Laško in Ojstrica. Dokument, ki nosi številko 39 in je del sodnih spisov v preiskavi zoper italijanskega zidarja Antonia dell\u27 Aquo, nas seznani z verjetno najzanimivejšim primerom, kar se jih je znašlo pred "kriminalnimi sodniki" naštetih gospoščin. Daje nam osnovno informacijo o zadevi, ki je sodne mline zaposlovala celi dve leti. Če hočemo vso stvar čim natančneje "podoživeti", moramo svoje potovanje v "ozadje zločina" začeti vsaj dan pred usodnim dogodkom

No full textBecause of the very different information which can be obtained from professional and other publications, the aim of the article is to verify scientifically the founding date of one of the oldest sports clubs in Ljubljana, to establish its role in the period before the First World War, and to do the same for the beginnings af ice hockey in Slovenia. The author carries out a comparative analysis of already known data and available historical sources, and based on his findings, proposes a new thesis on the establishment of Ljubljana\u27s Sport Club and the beginnings of ice hockey in Slovenia.Glede na različne podatke, ki se pojavljajo v strokovni in laični literaturi, je namen razprave znanstveno preveriti datiranja o ustanovitvi enega starejših ljubljanskih klubov in njegovi vlogi v času do prve svetovne vojne ter isto o pričetkih igranja hokeja na ledu na Slovenskem. S primerjalno analizo že znanih podatkov in razporožljivih virov smo postavili novo paradigmo o ustanovitvi Ljubljanskega športnega kluba in pričetkih igranja hokeja na ledu na Slovenskem
