Full text linkEven with today's scientific and technological progress, humanity is faced with such an unsolvable problem as extreme poverty and hardship. Poverty has been named as the first out of the top 10 global challenges by the United Nations in 2024. About 10% of the world population still remains in extreme poverty. More than 600 million people consume less than 2 ნაკლებს მოიხმარს დღეში. მიუხედავად იმისა,რომ ცალკეულმა ქვეყნებმა შთამბეჭდავ ეკონომიკურ ზრდას მიაღწიეს,სიღარიბის სრული დაძლევა მაინც ვერ მოხერხდა.
კვლევა ეხება სიღარიბის გამომწვევ ძირითად მიზეზებს და ამ მიზეზებიდან გამომდინარე იმ ღონისძიებებს რამაც სიღარიბის დაძლევაში გადამწყვეტი როლი უნდა ითამაშოს.
შეთავაზებულია რეკომენდაციები, რომელთა გატარება მნიშვნელოვნად შეარბილებს სიღარიბის გავლენას კეთილდღეობაზე და შექმნის წინაპირობას მყარი სახელმწიფო ინსტიტუტების პირობებში დაიგეგმოს და გატარდეს ის მიზნობრივი პროგრამები რომლებიც შეამცირებს მოსახლეობის ცალკეულ ფენებს შორის სოციალურ დისბალანს და აღმოფხვრის უკიდურეს სიღარიბეს საზოგადოებაში

Full text linkThe recent global processes have created crisis problems from an ecological and environmental point of view. Climate change, ecosystem destruction, environmental pollution, drinking water shortage, ethno-conflicts, etc. put on the agenda the need for people to relax and get healthy, which in turn implies the rapid and accelerated development of ecotourism. Our country has all conditions for development in this regard. To make reasonable and purposeful use of existing resources and opportunities, to complete infrastructure projects and to promote the country are crucial. Full text linkThe nicknames of the village Idumala, Aspindza district is very interesting in terms of structure and semantics. Despite the village is small nicknames given there is quite diversified. They are named according to different features, which can be grouped as given after physical characteristics, physical disability, distinguished feature or character, names are given due to frequently used word by a person, according to other persons’ or their own utterance, because of resemblance with a film actor or any other person, hair or face color, profession, due to irregular speech, addiction to something and sometimes because of the nickname of the ancestor. Study of nicknames is very important for onomastic sciences. The village Idumala has not been studied from this prospective before. We will be able to introduce onomasticons of the village residents to the larger society, as considering that it is quite useful and very important for the linguists and other persons concerned with the subject. Accordingly, the work has a certain theoretical value. Currently, study of the nicknames with certain history is quite significant as it provides the information. The paper describes the modern selection criteria for the business valuation. In particular, the condition of the costs and its methods are focused, the advantages and disadvantages of the applied approache and its methods are explained.
The paper lists the conditions, which defines the necessity of use of the cost-based approach of the business valuation and the necessity for appliance of its methods

Full text linkThe article reads and studies 200-years practice of the history of Economics on the Global Economic Crisis, describing the reasons, similarities and differences, size, coverage area, duration and nature of the crises consistently. The crises being emerged during 20th and in the first half of the 21st centuries are highlighted, including The Great Depression and the Crisis of Pandemics. Those crises changed the scientific and public paradigm of the politics despite the interval of 100 years between them, that there is the need for active intervention by the state in the economics. The positive role of three well-known crises including of 1929-1933, of 1970s and the pandemics of 2019, is analyzed and it proved that the crisis is the best way to find out the best opportunities.
The conclusion formulates the key phenomena of the crisis, which takes place based on the nature of cyclic development in the economics and highlights that the delayed responses from the governments on those phenomena due to different problems supports to deepening of the crisis

The third generation curriculum offers a serious challenge. The authors of the 7th and 8th grade textbooks of basic level Georgian as a second language coped with this task. We can say that the material to be read/listened to or specially created for the student is meaningful and selected taking into account the age characteristics.
