Le rôle de la Programmation multi-objectif lexicographique dans le processus décisionnel : étude de cas à ABRAS: The role of lexicographic goals programming in the decision-making process : case study at ABRAS
Get PDFThe purpose of this article is to demonstrate the role and contribution of multi-objectiveprogramming in decision-making process. Thus we carried out a case study within the Algeriancompany ABRAS of ABRASIFS PRODUCTS where we applied the method of multi-objective linearprogramming on data for the year 2020. This method is considered to be one of the techniques thatoccupies an important place within the quantitative approach, given the great success it hasachieved in terms of the number of problems dealt with, especially in the analysis and solvingmultiple, simultaneous and conflicting decision problems. The first results show that the Companywill not be able to achieve at the same time, all the objectives initially established, but it has thepossibility of achieving the highest priority objectives. As it has the possibility to revise its prioritypolicy if necessary.L’objet de cette article vise à démontrer le rôle et l’apport de la programmation multi-objectif dansle processus décisionnel. Ainsi nous avons effectué une étude de cas au sein de l’Entreprisealgérienne ABRAS de PRODUITS ABRASIFS où nous avons appliqués la méthode de laprogrammation linéaire multi-objectif sur les données de l’année 2020. Cette méthode estconsidérée comme l’une des techniques qui occupe une place importante au sein de l’approchequantitative et ce, compte tenu du grand succès qu’elle a réalisé en matière de nombre deproblèmes traités, surtout en l’analyse et la résolution des problèmes de décision multiples,simultanés et conflictuelles. Les premiers résultats attestent que l’Entreprise ne pourras pasréaliser à la fois tous les objectifs initialement établis, mais elle a la possibilité de réaliser lesobjectifs les plus prioritaires, ou bien de revoir sa politique de priorité si nécessaire

No full textThis study seeks to highlight the role of digital transformation in achieving sustainable competitive advantage in public banking by referring to the case of the National Bank of Algeria (BNA). Attaining such advantage became a prerequisite for the continuity of any bank, especially in light of technological innovation and the information revolution that the banking sector experienced lately; known as the process of digital transformation. The study relied on the deductive method when it comes to the theoretical part, and the inductive method in the practical part.The results showed that Algeria is continuously working on developing communications and internet infrastructure in order to allow banks to operate online at higher levels. It also notes that the National Bank of Algeria has provided several digital services as per the needs and requirements of its clients. Generally speaking, the bank is keen on keeping up with the technological innovations of the banking sector, and making good use of opportunities—local or international—in order to attain a sustainable competitive advantage. It remains, however, unable to provide world-class levels of digital services. We also provide some suggestions and recommendations that could allow Algerian public banks access to a smoother digital transformation, and support the adoption of novel mechanisms compatible with the banking environment of our age

Various recent studies have dealt with the causal relationship between the epidemic, mobility and transportation, and based on that we decided to study the long-term causal relationship between the covid-19 epidemic and exports outside hydrocarbons on the one hand and imports on the other hand;By applying the VAR model by studying long-term causation and short-term causation to reveal the complementary causal relationship between non-hydrocarbon exports and the number of people infected with the COVID-19 epidemic and between the latter and imports, we found that there is a long-term causal relationship thanks to the Toda-Yamamoto test based on the number of corona infections and non-hydrocarbon exports and the lack of There is a causal relationship between COVID-19 with imports, and a short-run causal relationship from non-hydrocarbon exports and COVID-19 thanks to the Granger causality test

No full textThe aim of this paper is to test the validity of Wagner’s Law versus keynesian hypothesis in Algeriafrom 1962-2016 by taking into account the effect of the structural changes. To this end, we useARDL bounds testing approach to cointegration and VECM Granger causality test. The resultsindicate the existence of cointegration between the variables in presence of structural changes anda lack of cointegration relationship in the presence of structural changes.The findings furtherdemonstrate income –elasticity is greater than unity whereas the VECM Granger causality testindicates the existence of unidirectional causality from GDP to government consumption spendingin both long and short term. Thus, these results support the validity of Wagner’s Law in long term.The validity of Wagner’s Law against keynesian hypothesis implies that the fiscal policy in Algeriais subject to rising income and is not a mere tool to achieving growth
