Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to examine how comprehensive quality management has affected the level of service and happiness of patients at Libya\u27s Tripoli Medical Center. Additionally, we will examine the effect on satisfaction that is indirect. In light of relevant prior research, a questionnaire was designed to gather information from the study population in order to accomplish the study\u27s stated goal. Three hundred ninety-one people, comprising 391 employees and 391 patients, from Libya\u27s Tripoli Medical Center made up the study sample. According to statistical research, the quality of health services has a statistically significant impact on the relationship between total quality management and customer satisfaction at Libya\u27s Tripoli Medical Center. Consistently using the tenets of total quality management—which center on the customer, his wants and needs, and the significance of quickly fixing any issues that may emerge—is the most crucial recommendation among the study\u27s several recommendations. To improve and develop the quality of health services, overall quality management includes supporting senior management, focusing on consumers, and continuously improving internal procedures and processes.

Get PDFThe aim of this article is to shed light on the incubators’ performance:« Business incubators and support centers » in supporting SMEs/SMIs (case of eastern Algeria). The survey covered 04 business incubators and support centers out of the 06, covering eastern Algeria. It concerns: Batna, Khenchela, Mila and Oum el Bouaghui. The choice of these cities is not fortuitous. These are the only cities that gather both business incubators and support centers in the East. Semi directive interviews were carried out with incubator managers. Interview analysis allowed the highlight of all the constraints and malfunctions identified during the investigation and that impeded local support structure activity « business incubators and support centers » in SMEs/SMIs creation and development in the eastern cities, specifically their implantation far from the cities, thus discouraging project promoters from moving, the drastic lack of financial means hindering their work, the level of training of these incubators being inappropriate with the training in Management and entrepreneurship that the incubatees really nee

The study, based on the error correction parameter, concluded that a shock in trade facilitation indicators by one unit will last its impact on the value of total exports for a maximum period of approximately 07 years and 11 months until it returns to its equilibrium and normal position, meaning that the impact of trade facilitation indicators in Algeria on the value of its total exports is very slow, and the results reached according to the joint integration test confirm the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between trade facilitation indicators and Algerian exports, which means Improving soft and hard trade facilitation indicators in the long run will increase the value of total exports

Get PDFThis research paper aims to show the reality of the productive sectors’ contribution to achieving economic diversification during the period 2000 and 2020 and their role in abandoning the monolithic economy by studying economic diversification indicators on one hand, and using the Herfindahl-Hirschman index to measure the degree of economic diversification on the other. We relied on official statistical data from various government agencies to conclude that the Algerian Economy is monolithic. We found very few and weak indications in some secondary indicators of the trend towards economic diversification, particularly between 2015 and 2002. In this context, Algeria can apply a set of means and mechanisms linked to all productive sectors to achieve full economic diversification

No full textThe purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Digital Health on public health protection against the COVID-19 pandemic via public health awareness and public health behavioral changes as mediating factors in Algeria. Where the applied aspect was dropped on the Multi-Service Clinic “Mukhtari Al Arabi, Nedroma " and to collect the data we used as a tool for study where it was based on 52 questionnaires and after analysis of data using PLS-Smart program.The main findings revealed that the use of Digital Health had a significant positive influence on public health protection against COVID-19 as a pandemic. public health behavioral changes significantly acted as partial mediators in this relationship. Therefore, a better understanding of the effects of the use of Digital Health interventions on public health protection against COVID-19 while taking public health awareness into account as mediator should be helpful when developing any health promotion strategy plan

No full textThrough this study, we aim to know the impact and type of relationship between domesticinflation, represented by the relative change in the consumer price index and imported inflation,represented by the relative change in import prices in addition to real GDP and real exchange rate,the monetary policy index represented by the monetary supply in its broad sense, and the financialpolicy represented by petroleum taxation, and in standard we used the method of self-regressionwith distributed slows (ARDL). Where the results of the tests of the root of the unit showed that allvariables are stable at the first difference except the variable real exchange rate stable at the level,as showed that there is a structural shift in inflation and imported inflation 1997, 2017 respectively,and the results of the estimate showed the importance of the huge imported in explaining the rate ofinflation in the long and short term, and also showed the existence of a direct relationship betweendomestic inflation and both the supply, the petroleum tax, and the opposite relationship betweenreal output and the real exchange rate.
