Wastewater Purification By Nanofiltration Technology
No full textThe removal of two different heavy metals in aqueous solutions was investigated with polyamide nanofiltration membrane, the results show that the rejection of iron ions is total (100%). Depending of the experimental condition the retention of copper are varied from 82% to 94%.It was observed that the pH has no influence in the iron rejection. The rejection of ions by nanofiltration is done by Donnan effect (electrostatic repulsion) and counter-ion volume effect (steric exclusion)
The role of Court of Auditors and Legal Auditor in reducing financial corruption in public and private companies (Field study)
Get PDFThis study aims to highlight the aspects and forms of financial corruption and its effects on public institutions and public and private economic companies, and to clarify the laws and organizations developed to combat it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical aspect, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to actors in the field of public accounting and auditing, as the study sample included 62 individuals. The study concluded that financial corruption does not occur in institutions except in a collusive manner between several individuals and it is discovered only by specialists, and the Court of Auditors is considered an effective tool for preserving public money in non-profit public institutions and organizations, especially after expanding its supervisory powers and areas of intervention, while the legal auditor is considered an auxiliary of justice in economic enterprises, because he is obligated to declare to the public prosecutor the misdemeanor acts he discovers While performing his duties, and thus contributes to limiting the spread of the crime of financial corruption in companies and organizations he controls.
 
Bitcoin Price Prediction with Random Forest Technique using Python

A Random Forest model, which attributes the right currency margin inforecasting, was designed using Python. The prices fluctuations were examined by variousmeasures such as the root mean square error (RMSE), the mean absolute error (MAE), the meanabsolute percentage error (MAPE), and R2. Internal Marketing and its Impact on Organizational Loyalty Case study of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company - Mascara Branch-
Get PDFThis study aims to demonstrate the impact of internal marketing with its dimensions (Training, Motivation, Managerial Support, Empowerment, and Internal Communication), as an independent variable, on organizational loyalty, as a dependent variable, among the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company -Mascara Branch. We designed a questionnaire for this purpose and diffused 30 copies among administrative employees in the studied company. We used the SPSS program for the analysis and the hypotheses testing. The study’s main results indicate a positive effect of internal marketing with its different dimensions on the organizational loyalty of the studied company’s employees, besides a correlation between the two variables

No full textCompetition among international universities has increased the demand for enrollment of students in various universities of higher education that offer different programs in the field of higher education, especially those that offer postgraduate programs. This study aims to investigate a new concept in terms of marketing mix of higher education through the assignment of students\u27 choices for foreign universities. We presented the conceptual model of the study, which was tested by the SEM method. This study was conducted among 140 Algerian students wishing to study in a foreign university following the experimental approach. Higher education policies\u27 role in developing innovative high-tech projects at universities – a study of sample of Algerian universities
No full textThe purpose of the study is to highlight the role of higher education policies in the development of innovative projects with high technology, as a fundamental and essential component of the university. This has been investigated through a field study in which a questionnaire was administered to a sample of Algerian universities. In order to accomplish this, we attempted to address the subject\u27s dimensions, beginning with a clarification of the conceptual framework of the study, exposing the policies of higher education at the university as well as innovative high-tech projects, and concluding with the study of a sample of Algerian universities.After statistical analysis of the primary data collected via this questionnaire using statistical tools and tests such as the correlation coefficient, Cronbach\u27s alpha coefficient, the hypothetical mean test, and multiple variance with the SPSS 22 program, the following results were determined: Despite the statistically significant effect of higher education policies on the development and establishment of high-tech innovative projects at the Algerian University, we concluded that higher education policies do not contribute sufficiently to the development and establishment of high-tech innovative projects

The study found that the rapid changes in the competitive environment affect the Algerian economic institution, and hinder its growth, continuity, and achievement of outstanding performance and this appears in the decisions taken to improve performance. Which necessitates the need to adopt modern and advanced management methods, the most prominent of which is strategic planning, which is a basic requirement to achieve the objectives of the economic institution, as it works to link it with its surroundings, which helps it choose the appropriate strategies to deal with the changes and complexities of the environment

Investments in the ports of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries contribute to diversifying exports of goods, services, and tourism. However, the oil and gas sector remains the backbone of these economies, as port investments help develop the economies of coastal nations located along seas and oceans. Therefore, maritime trade exchanges and tourism activities are among the key drivers of the national economy, with increased investments in ports enhancing commercial and tourist maritime activities. Ports serve various functions, including receiving and exporting oil and gas containers, transporting diverse goods, and serving individuals. Historically, ports in the Arabian Gulf region have invested in importing and exporting goods from countries like China and India. Thus, the development of ports plays a pivotal role in boosting trade and tourism activities by increasing investments in modernizing port infrastructure. Additionally, ports provide necessary services to incoming and outgoing ships, including tourist vessels, such as loading and unloading using advanced equipment, which saves time and enhances efficiency..
