The Role of Soft Leadership in Achieving the Strategic Objectives of theEconomic Institution: An Applied Study of a Sample of Economic Institutions in M\u27sila
Get PDFThis study aimed to shed light on soft leadership in its dimensions (vision, emotional intelligence, and communication) as a new leadership style, and to show its role in achieving the strategic Objectives of a sample of active economic institutions in M\u27sila, Algeria. To achieve the goal, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of data collection. It was distributed to an intentional sample of (108) workers from different administrative levels. The results of the theoretical study showed that the application of the soft leadership style will create the appropriate work environment to achieve the desired strategic objectives of the institution. The results of the practical study also showed that there is a strong and positive correlation and effect relationship with statistical significance at the approved significance level (α≤0.05). between soft leadership and strategic Objectives. In the light of these results, the study recommended adopting the soft leadership style and enhancing its dimensions in the organizational environment because of its effective role in achieving the strategic objectives of the economic institutions under study

Modernization of local communities in Algeria - a diagnostic study

Examen des alternatives possibles à la gestion des réserves de change par la Banque d’Algérie: Examination of possible alternatives to the management of foreign exchange reserves by the Bank of Algeria
Get PDFAlgeria\u27s management of foreign exchange reserves is prudent, investing them in sovereign bonds and US dollars. In our study, we examine possible alternatives to this management approach. We begin with a descriptive study of the characteristics of foreign exchange reserve management in Algeria. Then, through Benchmarking with a sample of sovereign wealth funds, known as commodity funds and described as transparent, we study the option of creating a sovereign wealth fund. Finally, by Benchmarking with a sample of countries comparable to Algeria, we have highlighted the benefits they have derived. We concluded from the first Benchmarking that, by creating a sovereign wealth fund, Algeria would have earned more than the investment returns on its reserves, and from the second Benchmarking that Norway, with its successful diversification strategy, is the paragon of the sample studie

L’INNOVATION, UNE STRATEGIE D’ACTEUR DANS UN ENVIRONNEMENT DIFFICILE : Cas des entreprises de l’électronique en Algérie
Get PDFCet article vise à appréhender la question d’innovation dans les entreprises de l’industrie de l’électronique comme stratégie sous-tendue par un environnement difficile ne favorisant pas l’innovation. L’innovation, à première vue, semble être beaucoup plus des ‘’solutions’’ apportées à des problèmes de produit, de procédé, d’organisation que l’entreprise rencontre. Deux dimensions sont à la base de la problématique du présent article. La première consiste à connaître la réalité de l’innovation. Quant à la seconde consiste à appréhender l’action d’innover de l’entreprise sous l’angle de l’approche ou de la théorie de l’acteur. En conséquence, les résultats obtenus font montre, entre autres, que : 1) le marché de l’électronique des entreprises enquêtées est essentiellement national, 2) les entreprises enquêtées vivent une situation de défi permanent au regard de la nature de l’environnement dans lequel elles sont insérées, 3) le développement et la promotion de l’innovation se réalisent dans des conditions environnementales difficiles

This paper is to highlight the role of economic modeling methods in supply chain management of an Algerian industrial firm (NAFTAL), using one of the lot-sizing models depending on the empirical methodology based mainly on the application of the theoretical model in the Naftal Corporation, which enabled us to plan the various objectives and operations of this very important function.
 
أثر تطبيق استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق على خلق القيمة المبتكرة-دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية- : The impact of applying Blue Ocean Strategy on creating innovative value -A practical study on a simple of Algerian firms-
No full textThis study aims to determine the impact of the application of Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) on creating innovative value in a sample of Algerian firms. Based on stratified random sampling method, the study questionnaire was randomly distributed to 186 firms targeting one pivotal representative from each one. After retrieval and review, 117 forms were analyzed via SPSS V25. The results showed that the sample applies BOS to a high degree, but the multiple linear regression test showed that it contributed to creating innovative value by only 48.31%. It was found that its impact on value creation for both the firm and the customer was weak. These results were explained by giving less importance to the dimension of exclusion and innovation compared to reducing and increasing. The study concludes with a set of recommendations to a better apply for BOS, which can enhance innovating value to both of firm and customer.

It is a retrospective evaluation of a program that spanned from 2010 to 2014.This retrospective evaluation focuses on the proximity and integrated rural development projects (PIRDP) which constitute the privileged tool for implementing the national policy for agricultural and rural renewal.The used indicators during this assessment concern physical and financial balances, unifying themes, efficiency, relevance and consistency.Cette contribution vise à évaluer la stratégie de développement rural adoptée dans la wilaya de Djelfa. No full textThis study aims to analyze the impact of small and medium enterprises on reducing the problem of unemployment in Libya, where the study used the descriptive analytical method by designing a questionnaire form distributed to a sample of (51) small and medium enterprises in the municipality of Sirte in the industrial, agricultural, commercial, and service fields. The study concluded that small and medium-sized enterprises have an effective impact on reducing the problem of unemployment, as they contributed to the decrease in the intensity of orientation to government jobs, thus attracting unemployed young people, as well as those with university qualifications, and not attracting highly qualified people. Service projects are at the top of the list of projects. The study also showed that most of the owners of these projects have university and higher qualifications. The study recommended the need for the state to give special importance to these projects by supporting and financing those projects
