أثر مؤشرات الحوكمة على حصة الضرائب البيئية من إجمالي الإيرادات الضريبية في فرنسا دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج ARDL خلال الفترة (2002-2022) : The impact of governance indicators on Share of environmental taxes in total tax revenues in France, an econometric study using the ARDL model during the period (2002-2022)
The study aims to evaluate how governance indicators affect environmental taxes in France from 2002 to 2022, using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) method. The findings suggest a long-term relationship between governance indicators and SETR, indicating that RQ, PV, and VA indices have a negative impact, while RL and GE indices have a positive effect. However, the CC index does not significantly influence SETR. In the short term: RL, RQ, and VA indices negatively affect SETR, while PV and CC indices have a positive impact. Interestingly, the GE index doesn\u27t seem to affect SETR significantly. Additionally, diagnostic tests confirm the reliability of the model used in the study.

The fourth presents the possible role of geographical location in diversifying sources of income in the Libyan economy, and a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: that Libya’s geographical location gives it a competitive advantage that enables it to diversify its sources of income; By establishing and activating free economic zones on its northern coast and southern borders, however, the achievement of these desired goals by these areas is weak as a result of the weak infrastructure represented by the dilapidated road network, the undeveloped banking system, and the weak communications network. Therefore, to activate the contribution of the geographical location in diversifying the sources of income in Libyan Economy The research recommended developing infrastructure projects and accelerating the establishment of free zones.

We used the proposed model to evaluate the engagement of Alegerian Qatari steel (AQS) in social and environmental dimensions, and determine the nature of the corresponding fit. We concluded that the group adopts three strategies: (1) irresponsible strategy (secondary) with irresponsible fit, (2) implicit strategy (away from the core of business) with legal fit, and (3) two explicit strategies (temporary and principal) with proactive fit. In th end, we advanced some recommendations hoping that improve the status quo of the studied company; as mitigating the severity of the irresponsible strategy (lobbying to reduce apprenticeship’s cots), diversifying talents’ sources, and adopting the KPIs issued by the World Steel Association (WSA).

This paper aims to measure and analyze the relationship and sensitivity that can arise between the budget stock and the money supply in the Algerian economy during the period (1970-2020) based on the scenarios technique extracted from the VAR model, The study reached the following results: The budget stock for the past two and three years affects the monetary mass significantly and inversely , as the size of the effect reached -0.51, -0.35 respectively. On the other hand, the monetary mass for the past year (for the two and four years late) also affects the budget stock significantly and inversely (positively), as the size of the effect reached -0.62 (0.86, 1.01 respectively ). The results of the different scenarios confirm the inverse relationship between the two variables during the forecast period (2021-2030), as the decrease ( increase) of the budget deficit by 10% will lead to a raising ( decrease) of the mony supply compared with baseline level to reach 24853.21 (24106.1) billion dinars in 2030. As for raising (reducing) the size of the monetary mass by 15%, it will contribute to reducing (raising) the budget stock compared to the baseline level, reaching -1766.07(-93.12) on average during the forecast period
