The impact generated by artificial intelligence (AI) on companies radically transforms current business dynamics. In this work, we sought to identify the benefits of the implementation of this revolutionary technology in companies. Its development and execution achieves notable improvements in operational efficiency, decision making, continuous innovation and service personalization, the latter being a crucial factor for customer satisfaction. The article refers to how in a competitive and changing environment, dairy companies need to implement effective strategies to ensure their growth and sustainability, emerging as a crucial factor for the business success of the sector. In this same scenario, strategic thinking implies the ability to analyze the environment, identify opportunities and threats, and formulate action plans to achieve long-term objectives. This research focused on a quantitative, field, non-experimental methodology. Descriptive statistics were used to tabulate the information; the results of the study reveal a strong commitment of the company to identify market opportunities and reinforce its competitive strengths. Corporate Social Responsibility of university, business and state: cooperation strategies
Introduction: the objective of the research is to propose strategies for inter-institutional cooperation between the university, business, and state, framed in corporate social responsibility, to generate opportunities for access to higher education for students of the Dreams Project of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar).Method: the research is qualitative and designed using grounded theory. First, a documentary review was conducted, and then an interview was conducted with fourteen key informants, whose responses were analyzed using the Atlas IT program.Results: four categories of University Social Responsibility were found: organizational impact, cognitive impact, educational impact, and social impact. The results show a panorama where universities in the region are making significant efforts on several fronts of Corporate Social Responsibility, but still face considerable challenges. The need for better articulation between universities, government, and the private sector is a recurring theme, as is the urgency of making their contributions to society more visible. In addition, strengthening ethical teaching and promoting a more effective corporate citizenship stand out as key areas for improvement.Conclusions: corporate Social Responsibility can play a crucial role in strengthening partnerships between these actors by providing a framework for collaboration based on common social and economic development objectives. Implementing cooperation strategies that integrate Corporate Social Responsibility allows the creation of synergies between universities, businesses, and states and optimizes available resources
Decision-making styles developed by commercial enterprises in the municipality of Barrancas
The objective of this research was to explain the decision-making styles developed by the commercial enterprises of Barrancas, La Guajira. It was based on the positivist paradigm, with a descriptive non-experimental design. The population included seven commercial enterprises registered in the Chamber of Commerce, with 11 informant units. A survey with a validated and highly reliable instrument was used. The most commonly used decision-making styles are analytical and managerial, probably influenced by the search for the greatest benefit for the organization. The research concludes that the analytical style predominates, in which managers evaluate different contexts, focus on uncertain situations and clearly analyze alternatives. This approach is characterized by information gathering and consideration of multiple scenarios before making decision
Professional performance of the graduate in optometry and optics in the calculation and adaptation of contact lenses
Introduction: the appearance, evolution and development of contact lenses brought with it a therapeutic method to correct refractive error, treat corneal ectasias and improve the patient s visual quality, thereby improving the profesional performance of the graduate in Optometry and Optics in this area it constitutes an aspect of singular importance within the medical sciences.
Objetive: define profesional performance of graduates in Optometry and Optics in the calculation and adaptation of contact lenses.
Method: a search was carried out in the Google Academic/ Scholar PUBMED, SciELO Public Health, SciELo Cuba engines. In the search strategy, the terms were used: profesional performance, contact lenses, quality of health services. A bibliographic review of 43 articles related to the topic under investigation was carried out.
Results: we work to train a profesional with scientific mastery who responds to social needs, without abandoning the humanistic conception, since contemporary times demand a high leve lof performance, with the purpose of providing better care to patients visual problems.

The Importance of Research in the Face of New Economic-Accounting Dynamics: A Review of Academic Content
The aim of this study was to perform a content analysis of Scopus on the importance of research on economic-accounting trends using bibliometric methods, between 2000 and 2024. Information from 826 documents selected from Scopus during the years 2000 and 2024 was analyzed. The indicators were acquired from the selected papers using English keywords (economic-accounting AND trends AND importance AND research). According to the results from 2019 to 2023, there was a peak in scientific production (n=372; 45 %). Moreover, of all the countries evaluated, the United States ranked first (16,6 %; n=172), the source Journal of Cleaner Production had 9 papers published with 625 citations, while Schaltegger, S. was the author with the highest number of citations (47; n=3 publications). In conclusion, since 2004 there has been an exponential growth in the number of research on the importance of economic-accounting trends, with 71 % of articles published, mainly in the area of business, management and accounting (22 %), highlighting the relevance of the topic in relation to the institutions involved, the collaboration of authors and the accessibility of bibliographic sources. This paper focused on identifying the importance of strategic alliances for the achievement of profitability in companies of the coal sector in the department of La Guajira. It used a descriptive approach with a non-experimental and cross-sectional field design. The population included thirteen managers, surveyed through a population census. A structured survey with Likert scale was used for data collection and descriptive statistics for analysis.
