Удосконалений метод виявлення неправдивої інформації
No full textUnder the conditions of the rapid development of the global information society, the widespread use of information and communication technologies in all spheres of life, the problem of information security acquires special importance. Technology, a double-edged sword in this battle, also has the potential to solve the problem. Fact-checking algorithms, while imperfect, can act as sentinels by flagging suspicious content. Transparency and collaboration between platforms, researchers and independent fact-checkers are critical to improving these tools and ensuring responsible use. However, technology alone cannot win this war. The battlefield goes beyond algorithms and code, reaching into the very fabric of our societies. Current methods of detecting false information take into account only the content of the data source, that is, the data itself, without paying attention to the context of the data. Taking into account that data is becoming more complex, it is becoming more and more, it becomes important to develop and improve algorithms and methods for detecting false information, taking into account the modern features of information dissemination. Therefore, the purpose of the work is to develop an improved method of detecting false information based on the synergy of the proposed additional methods. The improvement of the method consists in the synergy of the five components. Each of which has the ability to detect false information with some probability. It is the synergy and combinatorics of these methods that improve the overall method and detect false information with greater efficiency than existing methods.
Keywords: false information, method, synergy, distribution, termination, algorithm.За умов швидкого розвитку глобального інформаційного суспільства, широкого використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у всіх сферах життя особливе значення набуває проблема інформаційної безпеки. Технології - двосічний меч у цій битві - також мають потенціал для вирішення проблеми. Алгоритми перевірки фактів, хоч і недосконалі, можуть діяти як вартові, позначаючи підозрілий контент. Прозорість і співпраця між платформами, дослідниками та незалежними фактчекерами мають вирішальне значення для вдосконалення цих інструментів і забезпечення відповідального застосування. Однак самі по собі технології не можуть виграти цю війну. Поле бою виходить за межі алгоритмів і коду, сягаючи самої тканини наших суспільств. Сучасні методи виявлення неправдивої інформації враховують лише вміст джерела даних, тобто самих даних, не звертаючи уваги на контекст даних. Беручи до уваги, що дані стають складнішими, їх стає все більше та більше, стає важливим розробка та удосконалення алгоритмів та методів виявлення неправдивої інформації з урахуванням сучасних особливості розповсюдження інформації. Тому метою роботи є розробка удосконаленого методу виявлення неправдивої інформації на основі синергії запропонованих додаткових методів. Удосконалення методу полягає у синергії п’яті складових. Кожна з котрих має можливість виявляти неправдиву інформації з де якою ймовірністю. Саме синергія та комбінаторика цих методів дає удосконалення загального методу та виявляти неправдиву інформації з більший ефективністю ніж існуючи методи.

Дослідження потенційних уразливостей роутерів CISCO до зовнішніх ін’єкцій
No full textThe article is devoted to the analysis and assessment of the security of Cisco network routers in the context of external injections. External injections are attacks that consist in introducing malicious code or data into the system through external sources. Previous research and information about the vulnerabilities of Cisco routers indicate serious threats to the security of these devices. Several researchers and cybersecurity professionals have already discovered and documented different types of attacks and vulnerabilities that can be used to attack Cisco routers. These studies provide important context for understanding potential security threats to Cisco routers and help identify areas that require further research and security measures. The article examines in detail the potential threats and vulnerabilities to which Cisco routers are exposed, and a systematic analysis of the results of research aimed at identifying these vulnerabilities is carried out. Brute-force attack on the TACACS+ protocol and hacking of Cisco routers using SYNful Knock are discussed in detail. A conclusion was made regarding the possibility of preventing potential vulnerabilities of Cisco routers to external injections. The results of the study emphasize the need for constant monitoring and improvement of the security of networks that use Cisco routers. External injections can lead to serious consequences, including loss of data confidentiality, violation of integrity and availability of network resources. The research and practical recommendations provided in this article can serve as a basis for further measures to ensure security and protection against external injections in networks using Cisco routers.

Зовнішні ін’єкції - це атаки, які полягають у введенні шкідливого коду або даних в систему через зовнішні джерела. Попередні дослідження та інформація щодо уразливостей роутерів Cisco свідчать про серйозні загрози для безпеки цих пристроїв. Деякі дослідники та кібербезпекові спеціалісти вже виявили та документували різні типи атак та уразливостей, які можуть використовуватися для атак на роутери Cisco. Ці дослідження надають важливий контекст для розуміння потенційних загроз безпеці роутерів Cisco та допомагають виявити області, які потребують подальших досліджень та заходів забезпечення безпеки. В статті докладно розглядаються потенційні загрози та уразливості, яким піддаються роутери Cisco, і проводиться систематичний аналіз результатів досліджень, спрямованих на виявлення цих уразливостей. Детально розглянуті Брут-форс атака на протокол TACACS+ та зламування роутерів Cisco за допомогою SYNful Knock. Зроблено висновок щодо можливості запобігання потенційним уразливостям роутерів Cisco до зовнішніх ін’єкцій. Результати дослідження підкреслюють необхідність постійного моніторингу та підвищення безпеки мереж, які використовують роутери Cisco. Зовнішні ін’єкції можуть призвести до серйозних наслідків, включаючи втрату конфіденційності даних, порушення цілісності та доступність мережевих ресурсів. Дослідження та практичні рекомендації, надані в цій статті, можуть слугувати як основа для подальших заходів забезпечення безпеки та захисту від зовнішніх ін’єкцій у мережах, що використовують роутери Cisco.

Метод підвищення захисту особистих даних за рахунок синтезу резильєнтних віртуальних спільнот
No full textIn the modern information environment, virtual communities play an important role in ensuring the exchange of information, knowledge and ideas, promoting social interaction and the development of digital platforms. Their success depends on the ability to adapt to changing conditions, maintain stability and functionality, which makes the issue of resilience of such communities particularly relevant. The development of scientifically based methods for increasing the resilience of virtual communities is an important task that requires an interdisciplinary approach. This study focuses on the analysis of key factors that determine the resilience of virtual communities in social Internet services. In particular, the role of technological innovations, inclusiveness, management practices and the influence of external and internal factors is considered. Special attention is paid to the integration of automated tools and manual moderation methods that ensure effective management of user behavior, content control and support for positive community dynamics. The study emphasizes the importance of an inclusive approach that involves the active involvement of different social groups to ensure diversity and harmonious development of virtual environments. The prospects for using the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to monitor, analyze and support a healthy ecosystem of virtual communities are analyzed. The proposed recommendations are aimed at increasing the efficiency of community functioning through active user involvement, the creation of innovative management practices and the implementation of technological solutions to ensure stability and resilience to challenges.

Їхній успіх залежить від здатності адаптуватися до змінних умов, зберігати стабільність і функціональність, що робить питання резильєнтності таких спільнот особливо актуальним. Розробка науково обґрунтованих методів підвищення резильєнтності віртуальних спільнот є важливим завданням, яке вимагає міждисциплінарного підходу. Дане дослідження зосереджене на аналізі ключових факторів, які визначають стійкість віртуальних спільнот у соціальних інтернет-сервісах. Зокрема, розглянуто роль технологічних інновацій, інклюзивності, управлінських практик та впливу зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів. Окрему увагу приділено інтеграції автоматизованих інструментів і ручних методів модерації, що забезпечують ефективне управління поведінкою користувачів, контролювання контенту та підтримку позитивної динаміки спільноти. У ході дослідження акцентується на важливості інклюзивного підходу, що передбачає активне залучення різних соціальних груп для забезпечення різноманітності та гармонійного розвитку віртуальних середовищ. Проаналізовано перспективи використання новітніх технологій, таких як штучний інтелект, для моніторингу, аналізу та підтримки здорової екосистеми віртуальних спільнот. Запропоновані рекомендації орієнтовані на підвищення ефективності функціонування спільнот шляхом активного залучення користувачів, створення інноваційних управлінських практик та впровадження технологічних рішень для забезпечення стабільності і стійкості до викликів.

No full textBased on the systematization of modern communicative theories and researches, it has been proven that the concept of «social communication» expresses the unilinear orientation of the information influence of any subject on the object, while feedback or the objectʼs reaction to the influence is not mandatory.Mass communication as a type of social communication occurs on the scale of the entire society, it should be considered as a powerful tool, a means of implementing state policy and an important condition for social development and organization.In a post-industrial society, civil communication is an important way of influencing peopleʼs consciousness, beliefs and behavior (formation of public opinion, public relations) in the form of participation in the implementation of state policy (consultations with public organizations and public control). The current stage of the development of society is associated with a significant spread of information and communication technologies, which contribute to the use of civil communication as a strategic resource for the democratization of the public administration system. In its essence, civil communication can be considered as the information exchange of citizens in the process of interpersonal communication and solidarity communication with public non-governmental organizations and state structures on issues of assessing the state, expressing and protecting human and citizen rights.

По своїй суті громадянську комунікацію можна розглядати як інформаційний обмін громадян в процесі міжособистісного спілкування та солідарного звʼязку з громадськими недержавними організаціями та державними структурами з питань оцінки стану, вираження та захисту прав людини та громадянина.

No full textThe importance and relevance of studying the topic of the development of wireless technical means of transmission is obvious even with a superficial survey of the prevalence of transponders in modern devices and concepts, such as, for example, the concept of a "smart" house. Despite the fact that the development of transmission technologies reaches a significant level, the loads on information transmission channels are constantly expanding, so the development of existing and research into new ways of transmitting radio waves are relevant and noticeable. The rapid development of information communication technologies and the increasing need for fast and reliable data exchange have led to the urgency of researching modern means of wireless information transmission. Wireless networks are necessary to provide communication between free devices and remote users. Research in this area allows to expand knowledge about modern wireless technologies, their principle of operation, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the possibilities of application in various fields, such as telecommunications, medicine, transport and others. The study will also help identify some security and privacy issues in wireless networks and develop effective measures to protect them. This is especially important in the context of a decrease in the number of cyberattacks and crimes related to information system security breaches. It is necessary to conduct research on such technologies for their further development. Thus, the research of modern means of wireless information transmission is an important and topical topic that plays an important role in the development of information communication technologies and information protection. The mentioned facts and circumstances indicate the importance of conducting research and the possible positive result of the impact on widespread technical devices.
Keywords: wireless information transmission system, radio signal pattern.Важливість та актуальність опрацювання тематики розвитку бездротових технічних засобів передачі є очевидною навіть при поверхневому огляді розповсюдженості трансподерів в сучасних пристроях та концепціях, такі як, наприклад, концепція “розумного” будинку. Дивлячись на те, що розвиток технологій передачі досяг істотного рівня, навантаження на канали трансляції інформації постійно збільшується, тож розвиток існуючих і дослідження нових способів передачі радіохвиль являється актуальним і важливим, а відкриття в цій галузі можуть сприяти науковому прогресу. Швидкий розвиток технологій інформаційного зв’язку та зростаюча потреба в швидкому та надійному обміні даними зумовили актуальність дослідження сучасних засобів бездротової передачі інформації. Бездротові мережі є необхідними для забезпечення зв’язку між різними пристроями та віддаленими користувачами. Дослідження в цій області дозволить розширити знання про сучасні бездротові технології, їх принцип роботи, переваги та недоліки, а також можливості застосування в різних галузях, таких як телекомунікації, медицина, транспорт та інші. Дослідження також допоможе виявити потенційні проблеми безпеки та конфіденційності в бездротових мережах та розробити ефективні заходи їх захисту. Це особливо важливо в умовах зростаючої кількості кібератак та злочинів, пов’язаних зі злому безпеки інформаційних систем. Таким чином, дослідження сучасних засобів бездротової передачі інформації є важливою та актуальною темою, яка відіграє важливу роль у розвитку технологій інформаційного зв’язку та захисту інформації.

No full textThe transformational changes taking place in the state management of education are analyzed, and it is shown how they affect the state policy in the field of education management. It is analyzed how this contributes to the transition to the state-public character of education management and the autonomy of educational institutions and how it contributes to the development of organizational and legal forms of educational institutions. Thus, this necessitates the solution of such issues as the administrative and legal regulation of educational relations, the creation and development on the basis of the newest educational model in Ukrainian society of the educational policy strategy, which is a basic part of the state social policy. Since the development of the field of education is a determining condition for the functioning of any state, the issue of forming the state education policy is of important and strategic importance for the development of the state, ensuring scientific and technological progress and economic growth. Education acts as a basis that contributes to the constant development of science, culture, standards of public life and society. Formation and reproduction of human resources is impossible without education. That is why the policy in the field of education must be balanced and justified, otherwise the disorder in this field will pose a threat to the security of the state, society, and the individual, because a decrease in the educational level of the population leads to a decrease in the quality of human resources and the intellectual potential of society in general. The key idea of the article is that the future of the prosperous state of Ukraine largely depends on the development of national education.The study of the current state of state policy in the field of education and the prospects for its reform in order to improve quality can be used for further scientific research on this issue, for compiling manuals on the theory and practice of decision-making, public administration, management in the field of education.It is shown that the state policy in the field of education is the basis of the national policy with a comprehensive comprehensive system of measures of state institutions regarding purposeful management of the educational sphere, in order to improve the efficiency of its functioning and its prestige and importance in society.

Показано, як це сприяє переходу до державно-громадського характеру керування освітою й автономності закладів освіти та як це сприяє розвитку організаційно-правових форм установ освіти. Таким чином, це зумовлює необхідність у вирішенні таких питань, як адміністративно-правове врегулювання освітніх відносин, створення та розробка на базі новітньої освітньої моделі в українському суспільстві стратегії освітньої політики, яка є базовою частиною державної соціальної політики. Зрозуміло, що формування та відтворення людських ресурсів неможливе без освіти. Саме тому політика в галузі освіти має бути виваженою та обґрунтованою, інакше – безлад у цій сфері становитиме загрозу безпеці держави, суспільству, особистості, адже зниження освітнього рівня населення веде до зниження якості людських ресурсів та інтелектуального потенціалу суспільства загалом. Ключова ідея статті полягає в тому, що майбутнє процвітаючої держави України у великій мірі залежить від розвитку національної освіти.

Get PDFThe article is devoted to the expediency of using information and communication technologies in enterprise management. The company's management must be provided with the necessary and objective information about the company's activities and individual areas of activity with sufficient detail. There should be an integration of information that comes to the enterprise from different sources and has a planning, accounting and non-accounting nature [1]. This requirement means separating information from different sources and excluding the possibility of its duplication. The information system should be rational (efficient), that is, the costs of collecting, storing and using data should be minimal" [1]. Obtaining information is not the ultimate goal of the enterprise. Its goal, as a rule, is profit maximization. In other words, an effectively built system of management information is a closed system that allows the enterprise to achieve its goals thanks to accessible, structured, timely, objective and complete information. Thus, information is an important strategic management resource. The lack of necessary information can create uncertainty, which can lead to ineffective management decisions. In other words, effective corporate governance requires a complex integrated management system that combines all aspects of management, accounting, analysis and control. And this concerns not only the creation of technical tasks, but also the creation of management systems and the selection and implementation of information systems at enterprises.

Іншими словами, ефективно побудована система управлінської інформації - це замкнута система, яка дозволяє підприємству досягати своїх цілей завдяки доступній, структурованій, своєчасній, об'єктивній та повній інформації.Таким чином, інформація є важливим стратегічним управлінським ресурсом. Відсутність необхідної інформації може створити невизначеність, що може призвести до прийняття неефективних управлінських рішень. Іншими словами, для ефективного корпоративного управління необхідна комплексна інтегрована система управління, яка об'єднує всі аспекти менеджменту, обліку, аналізу та контролю. І це стосується не тільки створення технічних завдань, а й створення систем управління та вибору і впровадження інформаційних систем на підприємствах.

In this framework, enterprises take accountability for their environmental impacts and take measures to preserve it.Companies that align their operations with the principles of the green office utilize resources and energy more efficiently, reduce waste volumes within office spaces, and enhance their reputati on with consumers, clients, and partners.The principles of the "green office" are directed towards making office activities more environmentally responsible, diminishing negative impacts on the environment, and promoting sustainable development.Key principles of the "green office" concept include energy efficiency, social responsibility, the use of renewable energy sources, efficient water usage, emission reduction, promotion of sustainable transportation, and eco-friendly office management.Implementing the "green office" concept requires financial, infrastructural, human, and other resources for the successful adoption of green practices, following several sequential stages.Additionally, there are several potential barriers that may complicate the implementation of the green office concept in the enterprise: high implementation costs, lack of awareness and support from the staff, technical limitations, insufficient understanding of the benefits, bureaucratic obstacles, fear of change, uncertainty of standards, and short-term thinking.Overcoming these barriers may require the enterprise to adopt a specific strategy, an effective communication plan, and engage with employees to ensure support and understanding of the benefits of the "green office" concept at all levels.Implementing the green office concept is a crucial step for the enterprise, as it brings numerous advantages and positive outcomes for both the business itself and the environment. It enables businesses to actively participate in sustainable development, create a positive internal and external image, and contribute to the establishment of a more resilient and environmentally responsible business environment.
