The Impact of Job Burnout and the Moderating Role of Mindfulness on Auditors\u27 Turnover Intention: A Case Study of Independent Audit Firms in Vietnam

This study aims to test a psychological model that explains the internal factors driving the turnover intention of auditors in Vietnam, with a particular emphasis on the multi-component impact of job burnout and the moderating role of mindfulness. Data were collected through a quantitative survey of 318 auditors and subsequently analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and multi-group analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that emotional exhaustion and cynicism are the most powerful predictors of turnover intention, whereas reduced personal accomplishment has no significant impact. The most significant finding is the selective moderating role of mindfulness: it acts as an effective protective factor, weakening the impact of emotional exhaustion and reduced accomplishment, yet it demonstrates no significant moderating role in the face of established cynicism. These findings carry important practical implications, suggesting that individual-level interventions such as mindfulness training are most effective when applied preventively; once burnout has transformed into entrenched cynicism, organizational-level solutions aimed at improving the work environment and rebuilding trust become imperative. The novelty of this research lies in shifting the analytical focus to internal psychological processes within the Vietnamese context and, more importantly, by identifying cynicism as a boundary condition for the effectiveness of mindfulness, the study adds a crucial nuance to the theory of personal resources, challenging the view of mindfulness as a universally effective solution

Introduction: This paper explores the contributions of Felicia Hemans to nature writing and eco-spirituality within the Romantic literary tradition. By examining key poems such as "The Forest Sanctuary" and "The Graves of a Household," the study reveals how Hemans uses natural landscapes not only as aesthetic elements but as spaces for spiritual reflection, personal meditation, and moral guidance. Her work reflects an early awareness of the ethical relationship between humans and the environment, aligning her with emerging ecological consciousness in Romanticism.Method: This study employs a textual analysis approach to closely read and interpret selected poems by Felicia Hemans, with a focus on how she emphasizes nature and eco-spiritual themes.Result: The paper also situates Hemans’ poetry within the broader context of Romantic eco-spirituality, comparing her contributions to those of her male contemporaries like William Wordsworth and Percy Bysshe Shelley. Conclusion: Through this analysis, Hemans’ distinct voice in the eco-spiritual tradition is highlighted, showing how her vision of nature anticipates modern eco-critical concerns and ethical environmental stewardshi

Two Channel Model of Illegal Sexual Purchase Intention in Halal Destination

Introduction: west Sumatra has little scholarly work on sexual purchase behavior, and social taboo suppresses inquiry. Policy makers lack an empirical base and must rely on assumption rather than local evidence. This study fills that gap with destination specific data from a prohibition context. We model intention through two parallel routes: temptation and moral disengagement. Intermediaries elevate anonymity and access, while enforcement and local tolerance shape accountability and norms. The results identify policy and hospitality levers that reduce opportunity structures, strengthen community norms, and protect public and visitor welfare without harm to the visitor experience. Methods: a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 361 adult visitors in West Sumatra, recruited through intercept-to-online procedures with strict ethical safeguards. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), focusing on indirect effects through dual mediators and testing the robustness of channel-specific associations. Results: anonymity and intermediaries increased temptation. Strong legal enforcement lowered moral disengagement, and local tolerance raised it. Each mediator predicted intention. All four hypothesized indirect paths received support. The model explained 38 percent of variance in intention and passed predictive checks. Additional tests confirmed separation of the affective and cognitive routes. Conclusions: the intention to purchase illegal sexual services in prohibition contexts is shaped by dual psychological pathways. Effective deterrence requires interventions that simultaneously constrain anonymity and intermediary access while reinforcing norm-based accountability and legal certainty, thus targeting both affective and cognitive mechanisms of demand

Evaluation of the efficacy of thermonebulization with glutaraldehyde in the disinfection of surfaces in the San Francisco market in the city of Riobamba, Ecuador

Introduction: t hermal fogging with glutaraldehyde is an effective technique for disinfecting surfaces in crowded places such as markets. Glutaraldehyde is a biocide effective against bacteria, viruses and fungi, including resistant pathogens such as bacterial spores and mycobacteria. The use of glutaraldehyde by thermonebulization disperses the biocide in a fine mist, allowing access to hard-to-clean areas, which is essential in busy environments such as markets. The technique offers wide and efficient coverage, reaching areas that manual methods may miss. Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of glutaraldehyde thermonebulization in surface disinfection. Methods: the methodology addresses the problem through a detailed evaluation of the reduction of pathogenic microorganisms on treated surfaces. Specific microbiological techniques are employed to isolate and quantify different types of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, using differentiated culture media: blood agar, eosin methylene blue agar (EMB) and Sabouraud agar. This approach allows a thorough understanding of the efficacy of glutaraldehyde by analyzing both the spectrum of microorganisms affected and the magnitude of the reduction in microbial load. Results: microbial growth in surface tests and biological indicators will be evaluated in the survival of microorganisms. Absence of growth indicates effective disinfection. In the Adequate distribution it is confirmed that the chemical indicators show a uniform distribution of glutaraldehyd

Mobbing is a global concern, despite the efforts of organizations and political laws implemented by governments to combat it. The objective of this study was to establish the association between mobbing and work performance in workers of a Peruvian municipality. The study was of a basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive-correlational level with cross-sectional cut. The sample consisted of 56 workers. Survey and observation techniques were used, which were applied by means of the “Cisneros Scale” questionnaire and the “Work Performance Scale” checklist. Among the findings, it was found that the level of mobbing was low, in agreement with what was expressed by 76.8%. The level of job performance was medium, as reported by 53.6%, and the dimensions of mobbing are associated with job performance, in this sense there is an association between mobbing and job performance since the significance level was less than 0.05. This research highlights the importance of adopting proactive measures to ensure a safe, healthy and productive work environment, which contributes not only to the individual well-being of workers, but also to the overall success and effectiveness of the organizatio

Impacts of UC-MSCS on the quality of sperm in asthenoteratozoospermia

Introduction: Male infertility is caused by the condition of male partners, characterized by abnormal sperm shape and decreased motility, called asthenoteratozoospermia. Since active ingredients can regulate biological activity, secretory products from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have recently become objects of interest as drugs. Methods: The study hypothesis is that UC-MSC secretome impacts sperm quality in asthenoteratozoospermia-affected males depending on the parameters of sperm quality, antioxidant enzyme activity, and ROS concentration. The following sperm quality parameters were assessed, viability, intermotility, ultrastructure, SOD, 8OHdG, and catalase. Results: Altogether, findings highlight that the stem MSC secretome isolated from the umbilical cord enhances the quality of sperm and will enhance fertility when applied in the process. It also decreases the concentration of biochemical markers of oxidative stress during the sperm preparation process. For example, it leads to a decrease in OHdG and an increase in SOD. Discussion: The results imply that MSC secretome may be an important therapeutic factor in reproductive health and reduced oxidative stress. According to the data, MSC secretome is likely an anti-oxidative treatment for enhancing the reproductive syste
