الأمر الذي يبعث علي طلبه شديد من قبل من حرم هذه النعمة العظيمة إلا وهي نعمة الأبوة ، ورغم التقدم التقني المتطور في حل هذه الإشكالية من تلقيح صناعي بشقية الداخلي والخارجي إلا أن النسب المرجوه كانت دون المستوي المطلوب ، بمعني نسب لا ترتقي إلي تحقيق أمال كل أم وكل أب حرم هذه النعمة الربانية.
إلا أن توجه العلماء إلي فتح أمال جديدة لكل محروم من الإنجاب باستخدام تقنية متطورة تعرف بالاستنساخ ،أعطاء أمل جديد لكل محرم أن يجدد رغبته في تحقيق هذه الرغبة كي تكتمل سعادته ،ويستشعر بقيمة حياته في هذه الدنيا الفانية .Reproduction is one of the fundamental requirements of human nature and a crucial aspect of building families in all societies worldwide. Consequently, those deprived of the blessing of parenthood yearn for it intensely. Despite the advanced technological progress in addressing this issue through methods such as internal and external artificial insemination, the desired success rates have often fallen short of expectations. In other words, the achieved rates have not fulfilled the aspirations of every mother and father who have been deprived of this divine blessing.
However, scientists have pursued new avenues of hope for those unable to conceive by utilizing an advanced technique known as cloning. This offers a fresh ray of hope for every individual deprived of parenthood, rekindling their desire to fulfill this longing and experience the completeness of their happiness. They can now grasp the value of their lives within this transient world

No full textتتناول هذه الدراسة النباتات والحيوانات في إقليم كيرينايكا (برقة) خلال العصر اليوناني. يتميز الإقليم بموقعه الممتاز ومناخ البحر الأبيض المتوسط الذي يتيح موسم الإنبات الطويل والمواسم الثلاثة للحصاد. يحتوي الإقليم على مراعي وحشائش خصبة تدعم تربية المواشي وحياة الحيوانات البرية. تركز الدراسة على أنواع النباتات المزروعة والحبوب مثل القمح والشعير، وأنواع الفواكه المتواجدة في المنطقة مثل التفاح والإجاص والرمان والتوت والفراولة. تعتبر هذه الدراسة مصدرًا قيمًا لفهم البيئة الطبيعية والاقتصاد الزراعي في كيرينايكا خلال العصر اليوناني.This research focuses on the plants and animals in the region of Cyrenaica (Barqah) during the Greek era. The region is characterized by its excellent location and the Mediterranean climate, which provides a long growing season and three harvest seasons. The region is rich in fertile pastures and grasslands that support livestock farming and the habitat of wildlife. The study highlights the cultivated plant species and crops such as wheat and barley, as well as the types of fruits found in the area, including apples, pears, pomegranates, berries, and strawberries. This research serves as a valuable source for understanding the natural environment and agricultural economy in Cyrenaica during the Greek era

No full textتناولت هذه الدراسة بالتحليل والمناقشة أثر إدارة مخاطر السيولة والائتمان ورأس المال على درجة الأمان المصرفي في المصرف التجاري الوطني من خلال تحليل البيانات المالية لمتغيرات الدراسة خلال الفترة من (2004 – 2010)، وذلك باستخدام تحليل الانحدار عن طريق استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي Minitab.
وقد أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين مخاطر السيولة ودرجة الأمان المصرفي من جهة، وعلاقة عكسية بين مخاطر الائتمان ومخاطر رأس المال مع درجة الأمان المصرفي في المصرف التجاري الوطني.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تدعيم الأمان المصرفي بإيجاد نوع من التوازن مع المخاطر المصرفية المختلفة، وضرورة تدعيم وإعادة هيكلة رأس المال في المصرف التجاري الوطني باعتباره الداعم الأساسي للامان المصرفي.This study analyzes and discusses the impact of liquidity, credit, and capital risk management on banking safety level in the National Commercial Bank. It utilizes regression analysis on financial data variables from the period of 2004 to 2010, using the statistical analysis software Minitab.The study reveals a direct relationship between liquidity risks and banking safety level, while indicating an inverse relationship between credit risks and capital risks with banking safety level in the National Commercial Bank.The study recommends the necessity of strengthening banking safety by achieving a balance with various banking risks. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of reinforcing and restructuring capital in the National Commercial Bank as the primary support for banking safety

هذه الدراسة تعكس تقدم المجتمعات المتقدمة في توفير البرامج والخدمات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتجاوز الحواجز التربوية والتعليمية التي يواجهها هؤلاء الأفراد. تعد التربية الخاصة من العلوم التربوية المتطورة التي تهتم بتلبية احتياجات هذه الفئة غير العادية وتوفير البرامج التربوية والعلاجية الفعالة لتطويرهم وتعليمهم.This study aims to shed light on the care and inclusion of individuals with special needs within the Islamic educational perspective. The Islamic vision and prophetic guidance regarding this matter are analyzed, showcasing the Prophet\u27s care and efforts in integrating individuals with special needs into society and alleviating their struggles. Different types of disabilities are addressed, along with Islam\u27s stance towards them and the practices of the righteous predecessors in caring for individuals with special needs.This study reflects the progress of advanced societies in providing programs and services for individuals with special needs, surpassing the educational and instructional barriers they face. Coping Strategies for Parents of Physically Disabled Children.
Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير وجود طفل معاق حركياً في الأسرة من خلال مقارنة مستويات الضغوط النفسية وأساليب المواجهة بين مجموعتين من الآباء والأمهات: آباء وأمهات الأطفال المعاقين حركياً وآباء وأمهات الأطفال غير المعاقين. تألفت العينة من 60 أباً وأماً، حيث كان هناك 30 والداً في كل مجموعة. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الضغوط النفسية باكوك و ونغ (Peacock & Wong) لتقييم مستويات الضغوط، واستبيان فولكمان و لازاروس (Folkman & Lazarus) لقياس أساليب المواجهة. أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستويات الضغوط بين آباء وأمهات الأطفال المعاقين حركياً مقارنةً بأولياء الأطفال غير المعاقين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توجد اختلافات معتبرة في أساليب المواجهة، حيث أظهر آباء وأمهات الأطفال غير المعاقين آليات مواجهة أفضل. كانت المتوسطات لدرجات آباء وأمهات الأطفال المعاقين حركياً 93.3، بينما كانت المتوسطات لدرجات آباء وأمهات الأطفال غير المعاقين 49.3. تستنتج هذه الدراسة أن آباء وأمهات الأطفال غير المعاقين يظهرون أساليب مواجهة أكثر فعالية مقارنةً بآباء وأمهات الأطفال المعاقين حركياً.This study aimed to explore the impact of having a disabled child within the family by comparing the levels of psychological stress and coping strategies between two groups of parents: parents of physically disabled children and parents of non-disabled children. The sample consisted of 60 parents, with 30 parents in each group. The study utilized the Peacock & Wong Stress Scale to assess stress levels and the Folkman & Lazarus Coping Questionnaire to measure coping strategies. The results revealed higher levels of stress among parents of physically disabled children compared to parents of non-disabled children. Additionally, significant differences were found in coping strategies, with parents of non-disabled children demonstrating better coping mechanisms. The average scores for parents of disabled children were 93.3, while the average scores for parents of non-disabled children were 49.3. This study concludes that parents of non-disabled children exhibit more effective coping strategies compared to parents of physically disabled children

No full textيعتبر اقليم برقة بفضل موقعه الجغرافي المميز حلقة وصل مهمة بين المشرق الاسلامي والمغرب الاسلامي، وهذا ما ممكنه من القيام بدور مهم في تاريخ الدولة الاسلامية، حيث ان العرب ابتداء من اقليم برقة تقدموا لفتح بقية بلدان المغرب حاملين معهم دينهم ولغتهم وثقافتهم فأعتبر لذلك اقليم برقة الباب الرئيسي لدخول الاسلام والعروبة الى هذه الاقاليم المغربية، كما ان مدنه كانت اخر محطات يعبرها الحجاج والتجار المغاربة والأفارق للتوجه نحو المشرق. ولكن رغم موقعه الجغرافي الفريد لم يفلح الاقليم من تكوين دولة موحدة مستقلة كالدول التي قامت في مصر وتونس في العصور الاسلامية المتعاقبة، بل على العكس من ذلك كان اقليم برقة دائما مرتبطا اداريا وسياسيا بمصر، وهذا الارتباط حرم الاقليم من لعب دور كبير في الدولة الاسلامية، كما حرمه من لفت انتباه المؤرخين الذين كانوا في العادة لا يهتمون الا لمصائر الدول والامارات وذلك لارتباط برقة في كثير من الاوقات بالإدارة المصرية في العهود التي سبقت الاسلام وحتى بعده، هذا الارتباط الذي لطالما القى بظلاله على هذه المنطقة معطلا لها وحارما لها من التقدم والازدهار.The Barqa region (Cyrenaica) is a crucial link between the Islamic East and West.
