Get PDFاستهدفت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على تدابير الحماية للشاهد في نظام روما الأساسي؛ بغية التعرف عليها وتحديد أبرز معوقاتها أثناء التنفيذ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف الرئيس تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للنصوص الواردة في النظام الاساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية والقواعد الاجرائية والإثبات المتعلقة بتدابير حماية للشاهد. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة احتواء النظام على تدابير متنوعة في طبيعتها لحماية الشاهد إلا إنها في حقيقة الأمر تعطي الاطمئنان المؤقت له، كما بينت الدراسة أنّ مسؤولية اتخاذ تدابير الحماية تقع على عاتق جميع أجهزة المحكمة والذي أفضى بدوره إلى تداخل وغموض في دور كل منها وكشف عن خلافات خصوصاً في الممارسات الأولى للمحكمة. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تحديد المسؤولية القيادية لإحدى أجهزة المحكمة باتخاذ تلك التدابيرThis study is to highlight measures of the protection of witnesses according to the Rome basic system. The descriptive analytical method was used in the provisions listed in the Statue of the International Criminal Court and procedural rules evidence related to a protection of the witness. One of the most important findings of the study was that a system contains various measures in nature to protect a witness, but these give him only temporary reassurance. This led to being interference and ambiguity in the role of each all them and reveals differences in the early practices of the court. Also, it presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity to define the leadership responsibility of a one of the tribunal’s organs to take these measures.

Get PDFهدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف مدى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة البيضاء لأبعاد القيادة الريادية، و تم استُخدم الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، و تكونت عينة البحث من (285) معلم و معلمة، و توصل البحث إلى أن مستوى ممارسة أبعاد القيادة الريادية كان مستوى متوسط. و أنهُ لا توجد فروق في ممارسة ابعاد القيادة الريادية تعزى إلى متغير نوع المبحوثين، بينما توجد فروق دالة احصائياً تُعزى إلى متغير المرحلة التعليمية في بُعدي المبادرة (الاستباقية) و المخاطرة.This research has aimed to know extent practice of dimensionality of entrepreneurial leadership by the principals of general education schools in the city of El-Beida, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, the research sample consisted of (285) male and female teachers. This research concluded to level of practicing the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership has an average level. And there are no differences -at the level (0,05=α)- in the practice of the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership due to the variable of the gender of respondents, while there are statistically significant differences -at the level (0,05=α)- attributed to the variable of the educational stage in the dimensions of initiative and risk.
