Aspirations collided with existing crises, creating a temporal gap between political liberation and the establishment of effective institutions. This study explores the intricate relationship between expectations, institutions, and time, emphasizing the need for effective management, planning, and communication to bridge the temporal gap and address the crisis of expectations. Geographical Study for Selecting a Site for Establishing an Air Port in Ajdabiya Region
Get PDFتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختيار موقع مناسب لإنشاء ميناء جوي في منطقة أجدابيا بليبيا. تم تحليل العوامل الجغرافية المختلفة وتقييم الظروف الجوية والتضاريسية والبيئية للمنطقة، بالإضافة إلى دراسة الحركة الجوية والاحتياجات اللوجستية للميناء الجوي. تم تحديد معايير محددة لاختيار الموقع المثلى، مع توضيح الفوائد المتوقعة والتحديات المحتملة لإنشاء الميناء الجوي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن منطقة أجدابيا تتوفر فيها الظروف الملائمة لإنشاء ميناء جوي، مما سيسهم في تعزيز النقل الجوي وتطوير الاقتصاد المحلي.This study aims to select a suitable location for the establishment of an airport in Ajdabiya region in Libya. Various geographical factors were analyzed, and the weather, terrain, and environmental conditions of the area were evaluated. Additionally, the air traffic and logistical requirements of the airport were studied. Specific criteria were identified for selecting the optimal site, along with an explanation of the expected benefits and potential challenges of establishing the airport. The study concludes that Ajdabiya region provides favorable conditions for the construction of an airport, which will contribute to the enhancement of air transportation and the development of the local economy

Get PDFإن التخلف ليس شيئا ناجزا خارجنا، وإنما هو سلوكنا اليومي الذي يترابط فيه ما هو اجتماعي- ثقافي، بما هو اجتماعي- نفسي، بما هو سياسي- اقتصادي، أي ما هو معرفي، إدراكي، تنظيمي، او عقائدي تربوي بيئي. فمن المعروف أن الإنسان "لا يتفهم الظواهر والأحداث إلا إذا ردها الى مواقف أو ارتباطات مألوفة لديه ليسلم بها ولابد من الانتباه أيضا إلى أن أبعاد التخلف في مجتمع معين، قد لا تكون كذلك في مجتمع آخر فيما يصاحبها من أعراض، أو ما يتزامن معها من أنماط إنتاجية او تنظيمية، أو ما يترتب عليها من ظواهر بنائية أو وظيفية أو جدلية... فكل بنية اجتماعية ثقافية تستجيب بطريقتها الفريدة النابعة من عبقريتها [مسيرتها التاريخية ] للتحديات التي تواجهها بحسب حجم ونوع التحدي. وبناء على أن جل العلل التي تكمن وراء السلوك الذي نقوم به تكونت خلال فترة مبكرة من تجاربنا، فلابد من الاهتمام بما هو عميق او تحت السطح، مثل مضامين التنشئة الاجتماعية، في أي مشروع لتجاوز او تكريس التخلف. وهذا يستدعي التركيز في هذا البحث على بعض الأبعاد الكامنة لهذه الظاهرة في البنية الاجتماعية الثقافية ، وتسليط الضوء على التخلف الثقافي كأسلوب حياة.Underdevelopment is not something that is accomplished outside of us, but rather it is our daily behavior in which what is social-cultural, what is social-psychological, what is political-economic, that is, what is cognitive, cognitive, organizational, or ideological, educational, and environmental. It is known that a person “does not understand phenomena and events unless he refers them to situations or associations that are familiar to him in order to acknowledge them.” It is also necessary to pay attention to the fact that the dimensions of backwardness in a certain society may not be the same in another society in terms of the symptoms that accompany them, or the patterns of production or production that coincide with them. Organizational, or consequent structural, functional, or dialectical phenomena. Every social-cultural structure responds in its own unique way, stemming from its genius [historical path], to the challenges it faces, according to the size and type of the challenge. The first section discusses the fundamentals of command in language and clarifies its form. The second section reviews the opinions of scholars and interpreters regarding the style of command. The third section focuses on analyzing the meanings of commands in Surah Al-Imran and highlighting its distinct rhetorical features. This study requires extensive effort in analyzing the verses and accurately studying the wording of the Quran. It enhances our understanding of the Quranic style and contributes to the analysis and interpretation of Surah Al-Imran

No full textتتناول هذه الدراسة اللغوية الحديثة نماذج التراكيب اللغوية للجملة الاسمية للشاعر حسن السوسي، وتستخدم المنهج التوليدي التحويلي كأساس للتحليل والوصف. تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح الأنماط البنائية للجملة الاسمية، وتطبيق هذه الأسس والقواعد في دراسة شعر السوسي وتحليله. تستعرض الدراسة الثورة العلمية في الدراسات اللغوية، بدءًا من اكتشاف اللغة السنسكريتية والتطورات التاريخية والمقارنة، وصولاً إلى العالم اللغوي دي سوسير والمنهج التوليدي التحويلي الذي أثبت نجاحه في دراسة اللغات الإنسانية بشكل عام وتطبيقه على اللغة العربية. تواجه الدراسة بعض التحديات، مثل ضخامة إنتاج الشاعر حسن السوسي، وصعوبة المنهج التوليدي التحويلي بسبب الترجمات غير الدقيقة ونقص الدراسات التطبيقية في اللغة العربية. تتألف الدراسة من مقدمة تشرح الأسباب والدراسات السابقة والصعوبات المواجهة، وتمهيد يعرض حياة الشاعر والمنهج التوليدي التحويلي، وفصلين يتناولان أنماط الجملة الاسمية البسيطة والمركبة، وخاتمة تلخص النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة. تساهم هذه الدراسة في إثراء اللغة العربية وتطويرها من خلال تطبيق المنهج التوليدي التحويلي على الشعر العربي المعاصر.This recent linguistic study examines the linguistic structures of nominal sentences in the poetry of the poet Hassan Al-Sousi. It employs the transformative generative approach as a basis for analysis and description. The study aims to clarify the structural patterns of nominal sentences and apply these principles and rules in studying and analyzing Al-Sousi\u27s poetry. The study reviews the scientific revolution in linguistic studies, starting from the discovery of the Sanskrit language and historical developments and comparisons, up to the linguist De Saussure and the transformative generative approach, which has proven successful in studying human languages in general and its application to the Arabic language. The study faces some challenges, such as the vast body of work produced by the poet Hassan Al-Sousi, and the difficulty of the transformative generative approach due to inaccurate translations and a lack of applied studies in the Arabic language. The study consists of an introduction that explains the reasons, previous studies, and challenges encountered. It includes a preface that presents the poet\u27s life and the transformative generative approach, followed by two chapters addressing the patterns of simple and compound nominal sentences. The conclusion summarizes the main findings of the study. This study contributes to enriching and developing the Arabic language through the application of the transformative generative approach to contemporary Arabic poetry

This branch focuses on studying youth issues and problems at both theoretical and applied levels, and it is considered a foundation for the advancement of any nation. Youth, in Arab society like any other society, represent a dynamic age group capable of work and activity. They possess enthusiasm, ambition, readiness to participate, and flexibility in dealing with the challenges of life in third-world countries. Youth are considered the pulse of the present and the rulers of the future, and individual youth effectiveness significantly impacts the effectiveness of any community. Attention must be directed towards the issues and problems of youth, as studying them is a social, economic, and political necessity to ensure the strength and cohesion of society. Arab youth face multiple problems, especially university students, and it is crucial to focus on understanding and addressing these problems to achieve societal progress and social care for youth. This research should serve as a reference for understanding the current situations faced by Arab youth, particularly their university-related issues

Get PDFأصبحت الدراسات المائية هدفًا رئيسيًا للعديد من المنظمات والمؤسسات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية في عصرنا الحديث، نظرًا لمحدودية الموارد المائية والتزايد السكاني السريع. وبالتالي، أصبحت مشكلة المياه أحد أبرز التحديات التي يواجهها مخططو المدن والمديرين الحضريين. لذا، تركز هذه الدراسة على التباين المكاني في استهلاك المياه المنزلية في مدينة البيضاء، خلال فصلي الشتاء والصيف، وتحديد المناطق السكنية التي تتمتع بوفرة مائية وتستهلك كميات مرتفعة من المياه، والمناطق التي تعاني من نقص في المياه وبالتالي يكون استهلاك المياه المنزلية منخفضًا في تلك المناطق. تهدف الدراسة أيضًا إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في هذا التباين المكاني، وما إذا كانت هناك عوامل تجعل بعض المناطق السكنية في ليبيا دون المعيار الأمثل في استهلاك المياه. تستند الدراسة إلى المصادر الأولية والثانوية، وتستخدم أدوات البحث المناسبة مثل الاستبانة والمقابلات وبرامج التحليل الإحصائي، وتهدف إلى تحقيق أهدافها من خلال تحليل وتفسير البيانات المجمعة.Water studies have become a primary focus for many local, regional, and global organizations and institutions in our modern era, due to limited water resources and rapid population growth. Consequently, the water issue has become one of the prominent challenges faced by urban planners and administrators. Therefore, this study focuses on the spatial variation in household water consumption in the city of Al Bayda, during the winter and summer seasons, and identifies residential areas that have abundant water supply and consume high quantities of water, as well as areas that suffer from water scarcity and consequently have low household water consumption. The study also aims to identify the factors influencing this spatial variation and whether there are factors that make certain residential areas in Libya fall below the optimal water consumption standard. The study relies on primary and secondary sources, and utilizes appropriate research tools such as surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis programs, aiming to achieve its objectives through analyzing and interpreting the collected data

Get PDFتتناول هذه المقالة فئة مجهولي النسب وتحاول دراسة مدى تكيف افراد هذه الشريحة مع المجتمع واندماجها معه. حددت عينة الدراسة في عشرة افراد فقط من فئة مجهولي النسب في مدينة البيضاء الذين يعيشون في اسر بديلة او مايعرف بالاسر الحاضنة. استعانت هذه الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي لبحث مشكلات الاندماج والتكيف الاجتماعي لمجهولي النسب في المجتمع الليبي، حيث تم وصف الحالة كما هي عن طريق المقابلات المقننة وغير المقننة. كما اتجهت هذه الدراسة أيضاً إلى استخدام منهج آخر مهم جداً إلا هو منهج دراسة الحالة وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى فهم أعمق لأبعاد الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة.This article examines the category of individuals with unknown lineage, exploring the extent of their adaptation and integration into society. The study focuses on a sample of only ten individuals from this category in the city of Elbeida, who reside in alternative families or what is known as foster families. Employing a descriptive research methodology, the study delves into the challenges of integration and social adaptation faced by individuals with unknown lineage in Libyan society. The case is described through structured and unstructured interviews. Additionally, the study incorporates the crucial method of case study to gain a deeper understanding of the dimensions of the phenomenon under investigation

Get PDFيهدف هذه البحث إلى إعطاء فكرة عامة عن المسارج الإغريقية والهللينستية والرومانية من خلال أجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مجموعة من المسارج الموجودة بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي؛ لإلقاء الضوء على أنواع المسارج، وتقنية أدواتها وخامتها، وأساليب صناعتها خلال العصر الإغريقي والهللينستي والروماني في متحف قورينا. اتبعنا المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل المنهج التاريخي في تحديد الفترة الزمنية التي ظهرت فيها المسارج في بلاد الإغريق وروما، بينما تمثل المنهج الأثري الوصفي في وصف شكل المسارج والرموز والصور التي وردت على سطحها، في حين تمثل المنهج التحليلي في تحليل الإشارات والصور والآراء التي توصل إليها الدارسون السابقون في هذا الموضوع.This research aims to provide a general idea about Greek, Hellenistic, and Roman amphitheaters through a practical study conducted on a group of amphitheaters found in social media platforms. The study sheds light on the types of amphitheaters, their tools and materials, and manufacturing methods during the Greek, Hellenistic, and Roman eras at the Cyrene Museum. We followed the historical descriptive-analytical method, where the historical method identified the time period in which amphitheaters appeared in Greece and Rome. The archaeological descriptive method described the shape of the amphitheatres, the symbols, and the images on their surface, while the analytical method analyzed the signs, images, and opinions reached by previous researchers in this field

Get PDFيروم هذا البحث إبراز شخصية من الشخصيات الليبية، والتي عاشت طوال حياتها في خدمة كتاب الله تعالى، وذلك من خلال كتاب من كتبه النافعة، وهو: (تأملات في فضل الصّلاة ومكانتها في القرآن والسّنة)، وبيّنتُ الجهود التي بذلها الشيخ في إبراز أهم شعيرة من شعائر الإسلام وأهميتها، فقد ذكرها الله تعالى ومشتقاتها في مائة موضع من القرآن الكريم، وذكر معانيها، فيجعل المُسلم يهتم بها، ودرستُ في هذا الكتاب مبحثًا واحدًا وهو ما يسميه العُلماء الوجوه والنظائر، من خلال دراسة الشيخ لِلفظة الصلاة وورودها في القرآن الكريم بلفظها، أو بألفاظ أخرى تدل عليها. وخَلُصَ البحث إلى أن الشيخ سُليمان الصّادق أحد علماء ليبيا الذين لهم باعٌ طويل في العلم؛ فله مؤلفات كثيرة نافعة، وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بإبراز جهود علماء ليبيا في جميع المجالات.This research aims to highlight a Libyan personality who lived throughout her life in the service of the Book of God Almighty, through one of his beneficial books, which is: (Reflections on the Virtues of Prayer and its Place in the Qur’an and the Sunnah). I demonstrated the efforts made by the Sheikh in highlighting the most important ritual of prayer. The rituals of Islam and their importance. God Almighty mentioned them and their derivatives in a hundred places in the Holy Qur’an, and mentioned their meanings, making the Muslim pay attention to them. In this book, I studied one topic, which is what scholars call faces and counterparts, through the Sheikh’s study of the word prayer and its occurrence in the Holy Qur’an with its wording, or With other words that indicate it. The research concluded that Sheikh Suleiman Al-Sadiq is one of the Libyan scholars who have a long history in science. He has many useful books, and the study recommended increasing attention to highlighting the efforts of Libyan scholars in all fields
