Get PDFThis article is part of the transformations currently experienced, regarding the traditional patriarchal role in raising children, moving towards the configuration of a co-parenting characterized by its progressive and active involvement of men and women in a similar way in the breeding. The study deals with a qualitative observation with a biographical design of four biparental nuclear families from urban sectors of the city of Chillán, which has used the Semi-structured Interview as an information gathering strategy, for the subsequent treatment of the data through the Content Analysis. The objectives of this study lead to the unveiling of the experience that these fathers and mothers manifest around the process of co-parenting.
The results show that, for the most part, parental communication is open, in addition, parental support is perceived as an emotional containment towards the couple, evidenced in various actions, to which is added cooperation in housework, care for the other and the way of communicating that allows making decisions to generate agreements in the upbringing of children, where balance is also sought within the differences.El presente artículo se encuadra en las transformaciones experimentadas en la actualidad, respecto al rol tradicional patriarcal en la crianza de los hijos/as, avanzando hacia la configuración de una coparentalidad caracterizada por su progresiva y activa implicación de hombres y mujeres de manera similar en la crianza. El estudio trata sobre una observación cualitativa con un diseño biográfico de cuatro familias nucleares biparentales de sectores urbanos de la ciudad de Chillán, que ha empleado como estrategia de recopilación de información la Entrevista Semiestructurada, para el posterior tratamiento de los datos mediante el Análisis de Contenidos. Los objetivos de este estudio conducen a la develación de la vivencia que manifiestan estos padres y madres en torno al proceso de coparentalidad. Los resultados muestran que, en su mayoría, la comunicación parental es abierta, además, el apoyo parental es percibido como una contención emocional hacia la pareja, evidenciada en diversas acciones, a lo que se suma la cooperación en labores domésticas, el cuidado por el/la otro/a y el modo de comunicarse que permite tomar decisiones para generar acuerdos en la crianza de los hijos/as, en donde se busca también el equilibrio dentro de las diferencias

Therefore, this study aims to locate the best CRM alternative for startups, with usability, scalability and robustness features that adapt to the needs of the business. Based on the information collected and the positioning of statistical tables such as Gathner\u27s and comparative tables, it is determined that one of the best CRM alternatives is Odoo in terms of usability, which is reinforced by the extensive and customized development aspect. This conclusion is reinforced by comparing different ERP/CRM alternatives. Likewise, Oddo offers robust software in the SaaS-based service, including Ease of Use and Business Orientation with startups.Las empresas intentan buscar nuevas soluciones tecnológicas para sustituir viejas estrategias o procedimientos e implantar nuevas tecnologías que les faciliten el trabajo bien los CRM han facilitado la vida a las empresas en términos de gestión empresarial, también han nacido problemas según el tamaño de la empresa. Por tanto, este estudio pretende ubicar la mejor alternativa de CRM para startup, con características de usabilidad, escalabilidad y robustez que se adapte a las necesidades del negocio. Basado en la información recolectada y el posicionamiento de los cuadros estadísticos como el de gathner y comparativos, se determina que una de las mejores alternativas de CRM es Odoo en cuanto a la usabilidad, esto es reforzado por el aspecto de desarrollo extensivo y personalizado. This approach not only offers greater robustness and scalability, but also introduces additional layers of protection through advanced tools such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and the adaptation of Zero-Trust architectures. Esta investigación se centra en la revisión documental de tecnologías de ciberseguridad, con el objetivo de identificar herramientas y prácticas que beneficien a las organizaciones a nivel global. La implementación de estrategias de ciberseguridad es esencial para construir un esquema de defensa robusto que proteja los activos digitales contra ataques externos, salvaguardando así información sensible que podría comprometer la estabilidad y reputación de las empresas. La migración de infraestructuras tecnológicas tradicionales, conocidas como plataformas locales (on-premises), hacia entornos de computación en la nube representa un cambio significativo en la forma de abordar la seguridad. Get PDFThe following work is an attempt to collect the negative idea of the woman that would be gestated during the Middle Ages, firstly, through source texts, but also through interpretive speculation of various documents. The central hypothesis is that the negative idea of the woman could be due to her link with the image that was held in the same period about the Devil. It is not about identification, but about a relationship or link between one and the other. To do this, 1) the theological-spiritual doctrine about the Devil as a representative figure of evil will be exposed, and then 2) expose some ideas about the relationship of the Devil with the female figure, from the biological to the psychological, from Creation and the Sin until the emergence of more elaborate theological reflections towards the end of the 13th century, to finally 3) delve into the anthropological aspect, linked more specifically to female sexuality and culminate with a critical reflection on female demonization.El siguiente trabajo es un intento por recoger la idea negativa de la mujer que se gestaría durante la Edad Media. En primer lugar, mediante textos y fuentes, pero también mediante la especulación interpretativa de diversos documentos. La hipótesis central es que la idea negativa de la mujer podría deberse a la vinculación de ésta con la imagen que se tenía en el mismo período acerca del Demonio. No se trata de una identificación, sino de una relación o vinculación de uno con el otro. Para ello 1) se expondrá la doctrina teológico-espiritual acerca del Demonio como figura representativa del mal, para luego 2) exponer algunas ideas acerca de la relación del Demonio con la figura femenina, desde lo biológico hasta lo psicológico, desde la Creación y el Pecado hasta el surgimiento de reflexiones teológicas más elaboradas hacia finales del siglo XIII, para finalmente 3) profundizar acerca del aspecto antropológico, vinculado más específicamente a la sexualidad femenina y culminar con una reflexión crítica sobre la demonización femenina

No full textWithin the framework of the practical problems of professional ethics in psychology, the objective is, on the one hand, to analyze the articulation between the correct statements on the regulated action, discovered in the theoretical plane of ethics, and their application in the action itself subject to categorically diverse elements and, on the other, to reflect on the type of knowledge that a competent agent must execute at the kairological moment of application. The hypothesis is that there is a primacy and a need to cultivate prudential knowledge in conjunction with knowledge of the regulations of action in order to achieve a certain competence that allows an adequate-regular application of the norm in the particular practical context of action. We will try to show, from the Aristotelian contributions, that this complex process is composed of knowing the norm (theoretical knowledge), acting competently with the case (experiential knowledge) and with oneself (prudential knowledge).En el marco de los problemas práxicos de la ética profesional de la psicología, el objetivo es por un lado, analizar la articulación entre los enunciados correctos sobre el obrar normado, descubiertos en el plano teórico de la ética, y su aplicación en el obrar mismo sometido a elementos categorialmente diversos y, por otro, reflexionar sobre el tipo de saber que un agente competente debe ejecutar en el momento kairológico de la aplicación. La hipótesis es que existe un primado y una necesidad de cultivar el saber prudencial en compañía del conocimiento de la normativa del obrar para lograr cierta competencia que permita una aplicación adecuada-regular de la norma en el contexto práctico particular de actuación. Intentaremos mostrar, desde los aportes aristotélicos, que este proceso complejo está compuesto por conocer la norma (saber teórico), actuar competentemente con el caso (saber experiencial) y con uno mismo (saber prudencial)
