On multiparametrized integral inequalities via generalized α-convexity on fractal set
This article explores integral inequalities within the framework of local fractional calculus, focusing on the class of generalized alpha-convex functions. It introduces a novel extension of the Hermite-Hadamard inequality and derives numerous fractal inequalities through a novel multiparameterized identity. The primary aim is to generalize existing inequalities, highlighting that previously established results can be obtained by setting specific parameters within the main inequalities. The validity of the derived results is demonstrated through an illustrative example, accompanied by 2D and 3D graphical representations. Lastly, the paper discusses potential practical applications of these findings
Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis in Children and Adolescents: A Multicenter Retrospective Study of Relapse and Outcome
Objectives: To evaluate the demographic, clinical, laboratory, and prognostic data of children with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis with respect to anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody status. Methods: Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis patients (n = 245) from 24 centers followed up between 2010 and 2022 were evaluated retrospectively. The short- and long-term outcome characteristics (disease severity and course, clinical relapse, and recovery rates) were assessed. Incomplete clinical recovery was defined as modified Rankin Score ≥1 or the presence of epilepsy. Univariant and multivariant analysis were performed for outcome characteristics. Results: The mean age at diagnosis was 6.3 ± 3.8 (0.5-17.7) years and the median follow-up was 22 (3-132) months. The outcome characteristics were evaluated in 180 of 245 patients (73.4%) with at least 12 months’ follow-up. Twenty-three patients (12.6%) relapsed. The multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed the following clinical parameters as predictors of relapse: sex, visual impairment, and ataxia at initial presentation. Incomplete clinical recovery (n = 42/180, 23.3%) was associated with the presence of seizures on admission and the need for an intensive care unit. Anti-MOG antibody positivity was not associated with an increased risk of relapse (25% vs 13.1%, P =.164) or incomplete clinical recovery (P =.511). Conclusion: The nationwide cohort presented further supports the typically monophasic nature of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, and a high rate of complete recovery. The presence of certain symptoms in the acute period may assist the clinician in estimating the outcome

The Effect of Beverage Type and Exposure Duration on Bond Strength Between Zirconia- Based CAD/CAM Ceramic and Resin Cement
This in vitro study aimed to evaluate the effects of beverages with different pH levels and various storage durations on the shear bond strength (SBS) of CAD-CAM zirconia bonded with dual-cure resin cement. A total of ninety specimens were prepared using CAD-CAM zirconia (Katana Zirconia, Kuraray, Japan) and a dual-cure resin cement (Panavia V5, Kuraray, Japan). The specimens were randomly divided into three groups according to the storage solution: distilled water, mineral water, and cola. Each group was further subdivided into three time intervals: 24 hours, 30 days, and 90 days (n=10 per subgroup). All specimens were stored at room temperature and exposed to the respective solution for 20 minutes daily. Shear bond strength testing was performed using a universal testing machine, and the results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA at a significance level of α=0.05. The statistical analysis revealed no significant effect of the type of beverage (p=0.114), storage time (p=0.214), or the interaction between them (p=0.433) on SBS values. Although the lowest bond strength was observed in specimens stored in cola for 90 days (11.95±3.32 MPa), this difference was not statistically significant. The highest value was recorded in the distilled water group at 24 hours (18.65±5.93 MPa). Within the limitations of this study, the type of beverage and exposure duration did not significantly affect the shear bond strength of the zirconia-resin cement interface. However, acidic beverages such as cola may demonstrate a trend toward decreased bond strength following prolonged exposure.</p

Küresel Finansal Krizin Ulusal ve Bölgesel Yakınlanma Sonuçları (2008): Türkiye ve AB Örneği
Yakınsama hipotezine göre, incelenen birimlerden (ülke, bölge, il, sektör vb.) göreli olarak daha düşük gelire sahip olanlar, zamanla daha yüksek bir büyüme performansıyla yüksek gelirli olanlara yakınsayacaktır. Bölgesel gelişme farklarının azaltılması, baştan itibaren Avrupa bütünleşmesinin temel önceliklerinden biri olmuştur ve tam üyelik öncesi aday ülkelerden de belirli iktisadi göstergeler bakımından AB ortalamasına olabildiğince yakınsamaları beklenmektedir. Finansal kriz, ana iktisadi değişkenlerde yüksek oranlı bozulmalar ile bölgeler ve ülkeler arasında gelişme düzeyi farklılıklarına sebep olmaktadır. 2007’den itibaren ABD’de başlayıp AB’ye yayılan küresel kriz, ulusal ve bölgesel ölçekte etkili olmuş; yakınsama bağlamında tartışmaya değer sonuçlar üretmiştir. Bu çalışmada, aday ülke statüsünde olan Türkiye’nin, AB üyesi ülkeler ile küresel finansal kriz sonrası yakınsama ilişkisi araştırılmış; küresel finansal krizin, görece düşük gelirli düzey-2 bölgeleri özelinde yakınsama bakımından bir fırsat olup olmadığı, makroekonomik göstergeler ışığında, 2004 - 2017 dönemi için analiz edilmiştir. Türkiye’nin kriz sürecinde AB’ye yakınsadığı; AB ve Türkiye’nin örneklemde yer alan 81 bölgesinden 26 bölgenin pozitif ve 18 bölgenin negatif yakınsadığı; 21 bölgenin pozitif ve 11 bölgenin negatif ıraksadığı; 5 bölgenin ise göreli konumunda kayda değer değişim olmadığı saptanmıştır.According to the convergence hypothesis, units (country, region, sector, etc.) with relatively lower incomes would converge to those with higher incomes. Reducing regional development disparities has been a key priority of European integration. Before full membership, candidate countries are expected to converge as much as possible to the EU average in terms of certain economic indicators. Financial crisis affects the differences in the level of income between regions and countries. The global crisis, which started in the USA and spread to the EU and the world as of 2007, was effective on national and regional scales; produced results worth discussing in the context of convergence. In the study, the convergence relationship between Türkiye and the EU member countries and their selected regions during the global financial crisis is investigated to see whether the global financial crisis is an opportunity for convergence in the relatively low-income level-2 regions. 81 regions of the EU and Türkiye for the period of 2004 - 2017 is used. Findings indicate that, Türkiye converged to the EU during the crisis. 26 regions converged positively and 18 negatively; 21 diverged positively and 11 negatively; there was no significant change in the relative position of 5 regions
Development of Fractional Newton-Type Inequalities Through Extended Integral Operators
This paper introduces a new class of Newton-type inequalities (NTIs) within the framework of extended fractional integral operators. This study begins by establishing a fundamental identity for generalized fractional Riemann–Liouville (FR-L) operators, which forms the basis for deriving various inequalities under different assumptions on the integrand. In particular, fractional counterparts of the classical (Formula presented.) and (Formula presented.) Simpson rules are obtained when the modulus of the first derivative is convex. The analysis is further extended to include functions that satisfy a Lipschitz condition or have bounded first derivatives. Moreover, an additional NTI is presented for functions of bounded variation, expressed in terms of their total variation. In all scenarios, the proposed results reduce to classical inequalities when the fractional parameters are specified accordingly, thus offering a unified perspective on numerical integration through fractional operators
Off-diagonal deformations of regular Schwarzschild black holes and general relativistic G. Perelman thermodynamics
We construct new classes of solutions describing generic off-diagonal deformations of regular Schwarzschild black holes (BHs) in general relativity (GR). Examples of such (primary) diagonal metrics reducing the Einstein equations to integrable systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations were studied in a recent work by Casadio et al. (Phys Rev D 111:064036, 2025). We develop and apply our anholonomic frame and connection deformations method, which allows us to generate new classes of target off-diagonal solutions. Ansatz that reduces the gravitational field equations to systems of (exactly or parametric) integrable systems of nonlinear partial differential equations are used. We find and analyze certain families of deformed regular BHs containing an off-diagonal de Sitter condensate encoding solitonic vacuum configurations, with possible deformations of horizons and/or gravitational polarizations of constants. We emphasize that general off-diagonal solutions do not involve certain hypersurface or holographic configurations. This means that the Bekenstein–Hawking thermodynamic paradigm is not applicable for characterizing the physical properties of such target regular solutions. We argue that the concept of G. Perelman’s entropy and relativistic geometric flow thermodynamics is more appropriate. Using nonlinear symmetries involving effective cosmological constants, we show how to compute thermodynamic variables for various classes of physically essential solutions in GR
