No full textTato práce se zaměřuje na formulaci návrhu inovace business modelu pro internetové potravinové supermarkety. Navrhovaný model reflektuje strategii Evropské Unie přechodu na cirkulární ekonomiku a jeho cílem je optimalizovat současný model online supermarketu pomocí nové strategie, která se zaměřuje na zlepšení front-end logistiky a hospodaření s obaly. Součástí práce je ověření navrženého modelu z pohledu internetového supermarketu prostřednictvím výpočtu s využitím dat z provedené komparativní analýzy a z pohledu spotřebitele prostřednictvím vyhodnocení dat z dotazníkového šetření.This thesis focuses on the formulation of a proposal for an innovation of a business model for online food supermarkets. The proposed model reflects the European Union's strategy for the transition to a circular economy and aims to optimize the current online supermarket model with a new strategy that focuses on improving front-end logistics and packaging management. Part of the thesis is the verification of the proposed model from the point of view of an online supermarket through a calculation using data from the comparative analysis and from the point of view of a consumer through the evaluation of data from a questionnaire survey

No full textTáto práca sa zaoberá komparatívnou analýzou migračnej politiky Nemecka a Francúzska so zameraním na vývoj, súčasné právne rámce a implementáciu pracovnej zložky Paktu o migrácii a azyle. V práci sú podrobne rozpracované historické východiská oboch krajín, prehľad legislatívnych nástrojov na podporu legálnej ekonomickej migrácie a špecifiká jednotlivých národných modelov. Pozornosť je venovaná aj implementácii reformovaných európskych smerníc, ich dopadu na prax a aktuálnym výzvam v oblasti uznávania kvalifikácií, integrácie migrantov a flexibility pracovného trhu. Výsledky komparácie poukazujú na rozdiely v prístupoch oboch krajín, vplyv národných tradícií a inštitucionálnych kapacít na úspešnosť migračných politík a význam európskej harmonizácie pre efektívne riadenie pracovnej migrácie.This thesis presents a comparative analysis of the migration policies of Germany and France, focusing on the development, current legal frameworks, and implementation of the labour component of the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum. The study elaborates on the historical context of both countries, provides an overview of legislative tools supporting legal economic migration, and explores the specificities of their national models. Special attention is given to the implementation of reformed European directives, their impact on practice, and current challenges related to the recognition of qualifications, migrant integration, and labour market flexibility. The findings highlight differences in national approaches, the influence of tradition and institutional capacity on the effectiveness of migration policies, and the importance of European harmonisation for efficient management of labour migration.Tato práce analyzuje vývoj a současný stav legislativních rámců ekonomické migrace v Německu a Francii se zaměřením na období po přijetí Paktu o migraci a azylu. Srovnává hlavní rozdíly v přístupu obou států k řízené pracovní migraci, systémům uznávání kvalifikací a integračním politikám. Práce se dále věnuje implementaci klíčových reforem na evropské úrovni, včetně reformy modré karty EU a programu Talent Partnerships, a hodnotí jejich dopad na pracovní trh a integraci migrantů ze třetích zemí. Součástí analýzy je také kritické zhodnocení hlavních výzev a omezení, které přetrvávají navzdory snaze o harmonizaci pravidel na úrovni Evropské unie
The impact of the exchange rate of the Czech koruna and the Swiss franc on competitiveness in international trade
No full textTématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení vlivu měnového kurzu české koruny a švýcarského franku na konkurenceschopnost v mezinárodním obchodu. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat vývoj měnových kurzů obou zemí, zanalyzovat jejich dopad na cenovou konkurenceschopnost a ověřit vliv na mezinárodní obchod. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. V první z nich je definován pojem konkurenceschopnost, způsoby jejího měření, měnový kurz a jeho varianty sloužící k zhodnocení cenové konkurenceschopnosti. Druhá, analytická část práce, se zaměřuje na vývoj měnových kurzů české koruny a švýcarského franku především ve zvoleném období 2010 až 2025. Analýza je provedena pomocí indikátorů jako jsou reálný kurz, reálný efektivní kurz či rovnovážná úroveň kurzu. V závěru druhé kapitoly je hodnocen i vztah mezi vývojem měnového kurzu a celkovou konkurenceschopností podle hodnocení mezinárodních institucí WEF a IMD.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the impact of the exchange rate of the Czech koruna and the Swiss franc on competitiveness in international trade. The main objective of the thesis is to compare the evolution of the exchange rates of the two countries, to analyse their impact on price competitiveness and to verify the effect on international trade. The thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first one defines the concept of competitiveness, its measurement methods, the exchange rate and its variants used to assess price competitiveness. The second, analytical part of the thesis, focuses on the development of the exchange rates of the Czech koruna and the Swiss franc, especially in the selected period from 2010 to 2025. The analysis is carried out using indicators such as the real exchange rate, the real effective exchange rate or the equilibrium level of the exchange rate. At the end of the second chapter, the relationship between exchange rate developments and overall competitiveness is evaluated based on the assessments of international institutions such as the WEF and IMD
Integration of Ukrainian refugees into the labour market in the Czech Republic
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací ukrajinských uprchlíků na trh práce v České republice v důsledku migrační vlny vyvolané ruskou invazí na Ukrajinu v roce 2022. Cílem práce je zhodnotit míru zapojení této skupiny do trhu práce v České republice a do české společnosti, definovat překážky jejich integrace, identifikovat socioekonomické dopady a posoudit potenciální přínosy pro českou ekonomiku. Výzkum kombinuje teoretický rámec migračních a integračních teorií s praktickými daty o demografii, vzdělání, zaměstnanosti, kulturní integraci a fiskálních aspektech ukrajinské migrace. Výsledky ukazují, že ukrajinští uprchlíci se ve velké míře zapojili do českého pracovního trhu, zejména v oblastech s nedostatkem pracovních sil, přesto však čelí bariérám jako jsou jazyková neznalost či neuznávání kvalifikace. Ekonomické zhodnocení naznačuje, že přínosy integrace převyšují náklady. Práce přináší doporučení pro zlepšení integračních politik, zejména v oblasti jazykového vzdělávání, uznávání kvalifikací a podpory kulturního začlenění.This bachelor thesis explores the integration of Ukrainian refugees into the Czech labour market in the context of the migration wave caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The aim of the thesis is to assess the degree of integration of this group into Czech labour market and society, define the barriers they face, identify the socio-economic impacts, and evaluate the potential benefits for the Czech economy. The research combines a theoretical framework of migration and integration theories with practical data on demographics, education, employment, cultural integration, and the fiscal aspects of Ukrainian migration. The findings show that a large portion of Ukrainian refugees have entered the Czech labour market, particularly in sectors facing labour shortages. However, challenges such as language barriers and non-recognition of qualifications persist. The economic analysis indicates that the benefits of integration outweigh the associated costs. The thesis provides recommendations for improving integration policies, especially in the areas of language education, recognition of qualifications, and support for cultural inclusion
Veřejná podpora inovací pro malé a střední podniky v České republice: zaměření na spolupráci mezi podniky a výzkumnými organizacemi a univerzitami
No full textTato práce zkoumá spolupráci mezi malými a středními podniky (MSP) a výzkumnými organizacemi v oblasti aplikovaného výzkumu a inovací. Jejím hlavním cílem je analyzovat podmínky pro takovou spolupráci, identifikovat hlavní překážky a navrhnout konkrétní opatření k jejich odstranění. Výzkum je založen na dvou hlavních složkách: na systematickém přehledu výstupů z grantově financovaných projektů MSP a výzkumných organizací a na kvalitativních rozhovorech se zástupci inovativních MSP. Jedním z klíčových výsledků práce je identifikace velmi omezeného počtu MSP zapojených do výzkumné spolupráce, spolu s přetrvávajícími problémy s převodem výsledků spolupráce do komercializace. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na roli patentů, přičemž zjištění naznačují, že jejich využití jako proxy pro výzkumnou a vývojovou činnost je ještě problematičtější, než se obecně uznává. Na základě poznatků z analýzy nabízí práce soubor cílených doporučení k posílení inovačního ekosystému České republiky.This thesis examines the cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and research organizations in applied research and innovation. Its primary aim is to analyze the conditions that enable or hinder such cooperation, identify major barriers, and propose concrete measures for their removal. The research is grounded in two main components: a systematic review of outputs from grant-funded SME–research organization projects, and qualitative interviews with representatives of innovative SMEs. One of the study's key results is that the number of SMEs engaging in research cooperation is very limited, alongside persistent challenges in translating collaborative outputs into commercial success. Particular focus is given to the role of patents, with findings indicating that their use as a proxy for R&D activity is even more problematic than commonly recognized. Drawing on insights from the analysis, the thesis offers a set of targeted recommendations to strengthen the Czech Republic's innovation ecosystem
How Czech and Benelux households invest: the role of savings and loans
No full textThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the financial situation and behaviour of households in the Czech Republic and the Benelux countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) between 2019 and 2023. The main objective is to identify the factors influencing households decision-making when choosing between savings and loans to finance assets. The work is based on the different economic and social conditions of the two regions, which shape specific approaches to income management. The theoretical part examines relevant theories related to income and the form of investment. The practical part focuses on the analysis of data on household income, savings and debt from available statistics. The analysis confirmed most of the hypotheses except at H5, where the hypothesis was partially confirmed.Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace finanční situace a chování domácností v České republice a státech Beneluxu (Belgie, Nizozemsko, Lucembursko) v letech 2019 až 2023. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující rozhodování domácností při volbě mezi úsporami a úvěry pro financování majetku. Práce vychází z rozdílných ekonomických a sociálních podmínek obou regionů, které utvářejí specifické přístupy k hospodaření s příjmy. Teoretická část zkoumá relevantní teorie vztahující se k příjmům a formě investic. Praktická část se soustředí na analýzu dat o příjmech, úsporách a zadlužení domácností z dostupných statistik. Analýza potvrdila většinu hypotéz až na H5, kde byla hypotéza částečně potvrzena

No full textThesis focuses on the design of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for improving the efficiency of IT processes in the enterprise sector. Currently, companies face challenges related to fragmented IT systems and insufficient standardization of metrics, which complicates strategic decision-making and the efficiency of IT services. The aim of this work is to create a universal system of metrics and KPIs that would support the improvement of IT processes and the effective measurement of their performance in various organizations, independently of specific technological platforms. This work combines literary research, comparative case studies, and qualitative research with IT managers from the Czech enterprise sector. The result is the design of metrics and KPIs that will enable companies to better strategic planning, a higher level of operational stability, and support for digital transformation. The proposed model is validated based on the recommendations of the expert literature and current practices in IT management. This work provides valuable tools for streamlining IT management and measuring its performance in various sectors of the Czech economy.Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh metrik a klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti (KPI) pro zlepšení efektivity IT procesů v enterprise sektoru. V současnosti podniky čelí výzvám spojeným s roztříštěnými IT systémy a nedostatečnou standardizací metrik, což komplikuje strategické rozhodování a efektivitu IT služeb. Cílem této práce je vytvořit univerzální systém metrik a KPI, který by podpořil zlepšení IT procesů a efektivní měření jejich výkonnosti v různých organizacích, nezávisle na specifických technologických platformách. Tato práce kombinuje literární rešerši, komparativní případové studie a kvalitativní výzkum s IT manažery z českého enterprise sektoru. Výsledkem je návrh metrik a KPI, které umožní podnikům lepší strategické plánování, vyšší úroveň provozní stability a podporu digitální transformace. Švarcsystem in the Czech environment
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou švarcsystému, tedy specifickou formou nelegálního zaměstnávání, která je maskována jako podnikání fyzické osoby. Tento jev se na území ČR rozšířil v 90. letech minulého století v souvislosti s politickými a ekonomickými změnami vzniklými po Sametové revoluci a dodnes vyvolává řadu právních, ekonomických i sociálních dopadů. Cílem práce je analyzovat tento fenomén a posoudit jeho dopady na jednotlivé aktéry. Práce využívá deskriptivní, komparativní a analytickou metodu. Vymezuje základní právní rámec pracovněprávních vztahů a podnikání, dále se zabývá samotným švarcsystémem a popisuje jeho historii, podstatu a motivaci pro jeho využívání. Pozornost je věnována i specifickým případům, jako je například role online platforem nebo postavení sportovců v pracovním právu. Závěrečné části práce se věnují dopadům a kontrolám švarcsystému. Práce reaguje na aktuální diskusi o podobě trhu práce a poskytuje ucelený pohled na tento druh nelegálního zaměstnávání.The thesis deals with the issue of the so-called "švarcsystem", a specific form of illegal employment disguised as self-employment. This phenomenon began to spread in the Czech Republic during the 1990s, in the wake of the political and economic transformations following the Velvet Revolution, and continues to generate a range of legal, economic, and social consequences. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this phenomenon and assess its impacts on various stakeholders, including workers, employers, and the state. The research draws on descriptive, comparative, and analytical methods. It first outlines the fundamental legal framework governing labor relations and business activities in the Czech Republic. It then delves into the "švarcsystem" itself, examining its origins, core characteristics, and the motivations behind its usage. Attention is given to specific cases such as the role of digital platforms in the gig economy and the legal status of professional athletes under labor law. The concluding sections of the thesis focus on the consequences of the "švarcsystem" and the mechanisms in place to monitor and control it. The thesis responds to the current debate on the future of the labor market and offers a comprehensive view of this form of illegal employment

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zhodnocení právního rámce platných právních předpisů týkajících se zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice, se zvláštním důrazem na občany postsovětských republik. Práce identifikuje veškerá relevantní pobytová oprávnění a zahrnuje jejich omezení a možnosti na trhu práce spolu s dalšími specifiky. V souvislosti s probíhajícím konfliktem na území Ukrajiny je rovněž záměrem vyhodnocení současné právní úpravy speciálního víza Dočasné ochrany a na základě jednání na české a evropské půdě předpokládat budoucí vývoj. Zároveň je zahrnut evropský aspekt na českou právní úpravu a související mezinárodní dohody. V neposlední řadě, v rámci praktické části, jsou navržena de lege ferenda doporučení pro zlepšení právní úpravy a praxe v oblasti zaměstnávání cizinců, vycházející mimo jiné z komparace s polskou právní úpravou této problematiky. Rovněž práce obsahuje kvantitativní analýzu statistických dat o cizincích z postsovětských států na českém trhu práce včetně nelegálního zaměstnávání. Práce je přínosná pro odbornou veřejnost, která má zájem o tématiku migraceThe thesis examines the framework of applicable legal regulations regarding the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, with a particular emphasis on citizens of post-Soviet republics. It identifies all relevant residence permits and includes their restrictions, opportunities in the labour market, and other specifics. In connection with the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the aim is also to evaluate the current legal framework of the Temporary Protection visa and, based on discussions at the Czech and European levels, predict future developments. Furthermore, the European perspective on Czech legal regulations and related international agreements is included. In addition, the practical part proposes de lege ferenda recommendations for improving legal regulations and practices in foreign employment, partly based on a comparison with Polish legislation on this issue. The thesis also contains a quantitative analysis of statistical data on foreigners from post-Soviet states in the Czech labour market, including illegal employment. Analysis and esign of a reporting solution for Vodafone
No full textThe thesis focuses on creating an integrated reporting solution for the campaign specialists team at Vodafone. Currently, campaign specialists face significant challenges when analyzing the customer base, which is crucial for planning and evaluating campaigns. The campaign specialists have access to a large number of reports, which are not aligned with each other for fast and effective decisionmaking. Major issues include unclear definitions across reports and the inability to combine dimensions for creating quick ad-hoc analyses. This situation leads to time-consuming efforts when retrieving the necessary information, which could be eliminated by creating an integrated report. One report that combines data from all key reports in one place with clear business definitions of metrics. The aim of the thesis is to create a reporting solution that unifies metric definitions and integrates existing reports. In the first phase of the work, requirements are gathered from campaign specialists and subsequently evaluated. The thesis then focuses on unifying metric definitions and business terms, which currently cause differing interpretations across various reports. This is followed by a technical design of the solution, an analysis of the available tools at Vodafone, examples of technical implementation in the form of data transformations for preparing the underlying tables, and the creation of a dashboard. The main outcome of the thesis is a dashboard that will serve as a unified overview of the prepaid customer base.Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření integrovaného reportingového řešení pro tým kampaňových specialistů ve společnosti Vodafone. V současnosti čelí kampaňoví specialisti významným výzvám při analýze zákaznické báze, která je klíčová pro plánování a vyhodnocování kampaní. Kampaňoví specialisti mají k dispozici velké množství reportů, které nejsou vzájemně sladěné pro rychlé a efektivní rozhodování. Velkými problémy jsou nejasné definice napříč reporty a nemožnost různě kombinovat dimenze pro vytvoření rychlých ad-hoc analýz. Tento stav vede k časové náročnosti při získávání potřebných informací, které by mohly být eliminovány vytvořením integrovaného reportu. Jeden report, který spojuje data všech klíčových reportů na jednom místě s jasnými byznysovými definicemi metrik. Cílem práce je vytvořit reportingové řešení, které sjednotí definice metrik a integruje stávající reporty. V první fázi práce jsou shromážděny požadavky od kampaňových specialistů a následně jsou vyhodnoceny. Poté se práce věnuje sjednocení definic metrik a byznysových pojmů, které v současnosti způsobují rozdílné interpretace mezi různými reporty. Následuje technický návrh řešení, analýza dostupných nástrojů ve Vodafone, ukázky technické realizace v podobě datových transformací pro přípravu podkladové tabulky, vytvoření dashboardu a detailní popis vytvořeného dashboardu. Hlavním výsledkem práce je dashboard, který bude sloužit jako jednotný přehled o zákaznické bázi předplacených karet
