No full textThis master’s thesis focuses on the application of the Due Diligence process to a sports organization, specifically FC Zbrojovka Brno, a.s., in the context of a potential merger or acquisition. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat klíčová rizika a příležitosti spojené s investicí do profesionálního fotbalového klubu a poskytnout komplexní obraz o jeho finanční, právní, sportovní a komerční situaci. Práce vychází z teoretického rámce Due Diligence v oblasti M&A transakcí, který je následně aplikován na specifika sportovního prostředí, jako jsou hodnota značky, sportovní výkonnost, struktura příjmů nebo vztahy s fanoušky a sponzory. Metodicky práce kombinuje analýzu účetních výkazů, přehled právních dokumentů a smluv, posouzení obchodního modelu a strategickou analýzu. Maximizing sponsorship deals for sports clubs & organizations through strategic marketing framework
No full textThis master's thesis aims to develop a strategic marketing framework for sports organizations to maximize sponsorship deals. It investigates how sponsorship practices are shaped and influence the strategic value of these relationships. The research employed a qualitative methodology, conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews with nineteen experts from sports entities and sponsoring companies. Data was analyzed using thematic coding. Key results highlight the critical importance of strategic alignment, individualized proposals, long-term partnerships, proactive outreach, diverse asset articulation, including digital & emotional value, and robust activation. The study concludes that effective sponsorship requires a holistic, relational approach, and it introduces the "Strategic Sponsorship Excellence Framework" to guide organizations.Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl vytvořit strategický marketingový rámec pro sportovní organizace s cílem maximalizovat sponzorské smlouvy. Zkoumá, jak jsou sponzorské praktiky formovány a jak ovlivňují strategickou hodnotu těchto vztahů. Výzkum využil kvalitativní metodologii a zahrnoval polo-strukturované hloubkové rozhovory s devatenácti odborníky ze sportovních subjektů a sponzorských společností. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematického kódování. Klíčové výsledky zdůrazňují zásadní význam strategického sladění, individualizovaných návrhů, dlouhodobých partnerství, proaktivního oslovování, různorodé artikulace aktiv, včetně digitální a emoční hodnoty, a důkladné aktivace. Studie dochází k závěru, že efektivní sponzoring vyžaduje komplexní, vztahově orientovaný přístup, a představuje rámec „Strategic Sponsorship Excellence Framework“, který má organizacím sloužit jako vodítko

Individual entrepreneurs have several options for keeping tax records, and currently, the use of accounting software like Money S3 is also available. The aim of this thesis is to introduce this program, including a practical demonstration of its use for maintaining tax records. Subsequently, the advantages and disadvantages of accounting software are also examined and evaluated. Based on the modules the program contains, Money S3 software is a suitable tool for self-employed people managing their tax records.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vedením daňové evidence v programu Money S3. Individuální podnikatelé mají možnost vést daňovou evidenci několika způsoby a v současné době se nabízí také využití účetních softwarů, jako je například Money S3. Cílem této práce je představení tohoto programu, včetně ukázky praktického využití pro vedení daňové evidence. Následně jsou také zkoumány a zhodnocovány výhody a nevýhody účetního softwaru. Na základě modulů, které program obsahuje, je software Money S3 vhodným nástrojem pro živnostníky vedoucí daňovou evidenci

No full textThe bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of accounting and reporting of crypto assets within the Czech accounting regulations. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether the current accounting legislation allows a fair and honest representation of crypto assets in accounting. It includes an introduction to the digital world, market players and the subsequent course of transactions. The thesis continues by listing possible accounting practices within the Czech Republic as well as IFRS and US GAAP. Finally, an analysis of several financial statements is made. This serves to demonstrate the accounting treatment of crypto assets in practice.Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku účetnictví a vykazování kryptoaktiv v rámci českých účetních předpisů. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda současná účetní legislativa umožňuje věrné a poctivé zobrazení kryptoaktiv v účetnictví. Součástí je představení digitálního světa, subjektů na trhu a následný průběh transakcí. Práce pokračuje výčtem možných účetních postupů jak v rámci České republiky, tak i IFRS a US GAAP. Na závěr je provedena analýza několika účetních závěrek. Ta slouží k demonstraci účetního zachycení kryptoaktiv v praxi

Finally, it assesses the impact of exchange rate differences on financial statements.Tato práce se zabývá problematikou cizí měny v českém účetnictví, její úpravy v Mezinárodních účetních standardech, daňovým pohledem na kursové rozdíly a účtováním v jiné než české měně. Analyzuje účetní operace spojené s cizí měnou u českých účetních jednotek, ukazuje na možné nedostatky v účtování a přichází s alternativním řešením. Závěrem se věnuje vyhodnocením dopadu kursových rozdílů do účetních výkazů

Hlavním cílem je vytvoření predikčních modelů pro určení počtu a umístění defektů na laku a predikci nutnosti přelakování karoserie. Součástí práce je také analýza významnosti proměnných, která identifikuje klíčové vlivy na kvalitu laku. Práce je zpracována v souladu s metodikou CRISP-DM a poukazuje na možné souvislosti mezi dostupnými daty a kvalitou lakování

Factors of successful reorganization
No full textThis thesis focuses on identifying the factors that influence the success of corporate reorganizations within insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic. The aim is to determine whether there is a demonstrable relationship between a company’s financial condition and the outcome of its reorganization process, and to uncover other circumstances that may affect its course. The research combines quantitative and qualitative approaches – analyzing financial data from companies that have entered reorganization since the Insolvency Act took effect, and drawing on interviews with practitioners. The quantitative findings show that most of the examined financial indicators do not exhibit a statistically significant relationship with reorganization success. In contrast, the qualitative research highlights the importance of timely filing, the debtor’s credibility, communication, and creditor support. The thesis proposes improvements to reorganization practice and emphasizes the crucial role of behavioral factors.Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují úspěšnost reorganizace podniků v insolvenčním řízení v České republice. Cílem je zjistit, zda existuje prokazatelná souvislost mezi finanční situací podniku a výsledkem reorganizačního procesu, a odhalit další okolnosti, které mohou průběh reorganizace ovlivnit. Práce kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní přístup – analyzuje finanční data podniků, které vstoupily do reorganizace od účinnosti insolvenčního zákona, a využívá rozhovory s odborníky z praxe. Kvantitativní část ukazuje, že většina sledovaných finančních ukazatelů nevykazuje statisticky významný vztah s úspěchem reorganizace. Kvalitativní výzkum naopak potvrzuje význam včasnosti návrhu, důvěryhodnosti dlužníka, komunikace a podpory ze strany věřitelů. Práce přináší návrhy na zlepšení reorganizační praxe a upozorňuje na klíčovou roli behaviorálních faktorů

No full textThe aim of this diploma thesis is to carry out a valuation and comparison of selected residential projects in the Liberec region. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the types of development projects, including their specific phases. The practical part of the thesis includes selection of three specific residential development projects in the Liberec Region and their subsequent evaluation and comparison. The result of the work is, in addition to valuation and comparison, also a personal evaluation of each development project by the author of this thesis, which provides a comprehensive view of the specifics and value of each of the analysed projects.Cílem této diplomové práce je provést valuaci a komparaci vybraných rezidenčních projektů v Libereckém kraji. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány druhy developerských projektů, včetně jejich konkrétní fází. Praktická část práce zahrnuje výběr tří konkrétních rezidenčních developerských projektů v Libereckém kraji a jejich následné ocenění a provedení jejich porovnání. Výsledkem práce je kromě ocenění a komparace také osobní zhodnocení každého developerského projektu autorem této diplomové práce, které poskytuje ucelený pohled na specifika a hodnotu každého z analyzovaných projektů

No full textThis bachelor's thesis focuses on funds of qualified investors and their role in the Czech investment market. The theoretical part explains the functioning of collective investment, its history, classification, and significance. It also examines the legal framework, specific characteristics, advantages, and risks of funds of qualified investors, as well as the types of investors they are intended for. A comparison with standard mutual funds is included. The practical part presents an overview of selected funds of qualified investors managed by the largest investment companies in the Czech Republic, specifically Avant, Amista, Codya, and J&T. For each fund, key data such as size, investment focus, and year of establishment are provided, along with an investigation into whether any of the top 100 wealthiest Czechs according to Forbes are connected to the fund. These funds are further compared with openended mutual funds, with attention given to recent developments and current trends in the sector. The main contribution of this thesis is to identify what strategies the wealthiest Czech investors tend to use and whether their approach aligns with how funds of qualified investors operate in practice.Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fondy kvalifikovaných investorů (FKI) a jejich roli na českém investičním trhu. V teoretické části popisuji fungování kolektivního investování, jeho historii, rozdělení a význam. Dále se věnuji samotným FKI, jejich legislativnímu zakotvení, specifikům, výhodám a rizikům, a tomu, pro koho jsou určené. Součástí je také srovnání s běžnými podílovými fondy. Praktická část zahrnuje sestavení přehledu vybraných fondů FKI od největších investičních společností v Česku, konkrétně Avant, Amista, Codya a J&T. U každého fondu zjišťuji základní informace jako velikost, zaměření nebo rok založení a zároveň hledám, zda za ním nestojí někdo ze žebříčku 100 nejbohatších Čechů podle Forbes. Dále budu tyto fondy porovnávat s otevřenými podílovými fondy a zaměřím se na vývoj a aktuální trendy v oblasti FKI. Přínosem práce by mělo být zjištění, jaké strategie volí nejbohatší čeští investoři a jestli je jejich přístup v souladu s tím, jak fondy kvalifikovaných investorů reálně fungují
