Stratified samplingtechnique was used to select a sample of threehundred and fifty three (353) respondents from aworking population of three thousand (3,000)employees. Primary data was collected throughthe use of structured questionnaire. The dataobtained were analysed using descriptive andinferential statistics. Findings from the studyrevealed that there is a significant effect of ICT on business development (R2 = 0.183, Adjusted R2 =0.149, P=0.000). The results also indicated amoderate positive relationship between Ecommerce(r = 0.462, P<0.01), and Social media(r = 0.382, P<0.01) on business development. Thestudy concluded that the adoption of ICT bybusiness owners can lead to expansion of thegeographical scope of potential markets, as wellas reduction in transaction cost, therebyimproving productivity. It was recommended thatorganizational management should consideredICT as tool to increase the level of profitability, gaining entrance to speedy flow of informationand shape inter-organizational coordination
SCHOOL DROPOUT: A CASE STUDY ON PREVENTION MEASURES
In the context of quick population decrease, schooldropout endangers Romania’s progress perspectives; therefore, implementing programmes aimed at preventing school dropoutby both public institutions and the third sector can reduce therisk. This paper makes a brief analysis of the evolution of aproject implemented in 2012-2018 by the For HelpAssociation from Timioara to prevent school dropout –caused by both family and individual factors – for childrenaged 6-14 and coming from socially and economicallydisadvantaged families. The main goal of the paper is to pointout the importance of alternating school dropout preventingmethods, of diversifying and combining them for a longlastingeducational approach, at least at the minimum levelstipulated by current legislation. The conclusion of the casestudy brings forth a chronicle of the progress of beneficiariesinvolved in the project, such as increase of school attendancerate, reduction of exam replicates or year repetition, recoveryof delays in knowledge acquisition, improvement of writing, reading, calculus, and school record. There were positivechanges in getting children and parents aware of theimportance of institutional education. Developing andimplementing this project taught that acting at different levels– child, family, school, community – school dropout can beprevented
THE DYNAMIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HEALTH AND CONFORMITY AS CONSERVATION VALUES
Abstract:Nowadays the scientific literature on human valuesis focused on identify a comprehensive set of values that helpto explain individual differences in people’s attitudes andbehavior. The research investigation coordinated by Schwartz(2012) concluded about the structure of basic valuesrecognized in all societies and identified how these values areorganized into a coherent system that reflects the dynamics ofvalue based, individual decision makin g. FOR SCIENTIFIC ETHICS: INTERVIEW WITH PEOPLE WHOSE OPINIONS ARE NOT USUALLY TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION: CROSSED VIEWPOINTS
What ethics to adopt and what responsibilities toassume for the researcher who investigates by engaging thespeech of those whose opinions are not usually taken intoconsideration? How is the researcher's report played out to hisrespondents? In very different fields of research - the sociologyof mental health and the history of contemporary art - thesequestions arise in the same terms. This article is based on theresearch experiences of the research authors. They all haveexperienced a relatively complex survey approach because of therespondents' positioning, perceived as "stigmatizing" or "out ofstep" from society’s point of view. Laurence Fond-Harmant hasgathered a panel of testimonies for the de-stigmatization ofpsychiatric diseases by inviting patients to testify of their relationto their mental pathology and to the social world. Lydie Rekowhas interviewed live models of the contemporary artist Paul-Armand Gette with the aim of listening to the voices of thosewho act as part of his art, in order to constitute a corpus ofknowledge enlightening the modalities of the artist’s artwork. Mihaela Gavrila-Ardelean has studied occupational interviewtechniques and educational methods to reduce stigma of peoplewith mental health problems. Liviu Gavrila-Ardelean has beenworking for over a decade with children with mentaldeficiencies, improving their compliance to medical treatment. Inall cases, the researchers have adapted to a new audience andadopted a new position; what are the stakes and issues, the addedvalues and the scientific postures in the field of the interview? These are the tormenting questions of scientific ethics that thearticle attempts to answer. It inscribes the tracks of reflection inthe deontological and ethical framework of the fields of researchreviewed in human and social sciences
DO THE CHILD-RELATED CHALLENGES ASSOCIATED WITH ASD PUT THE POARENTAL COUPLE AT RISK FOR COUPLE CONFLICTS? A LITERATURE REVIEW PAPER
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is one of the most widespread child psychopathologies. The impact of the diagnosis is well known in the literature as a considerable increase in marital distress. Hence, we understand very little about the exact impact of ASD upon the family dynamics, especially parents’ marital relationship. In this context and considering that couple conflict is considered one robust indicator of marital quality, we aim to approach the themes of conflict parents of ASD children face. We aim to explore some answers referring to the child-related challenges and the risks of conflicts and consider whether these conflicts are real or just the peak of the iceberg. A number of 20 studies were identified as exploring the subject, out of which only six were eligible for further analysis. The reported results revealed some of the topics of conflict and their impact on the family. The review highlights the further need of studies exploring these conflicts in ASD families and mentions practical implications of the current analysis

USAGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA BY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR FUNDRAISING PURPOSES
Non-profit organizations highly depend onfundraising to accomplish their mission and remainsustainable. If initially the fundraising was accomplished byface-to-face actions, in today’s age of social media andinterconnectedness, nonprofit organizations have newopportunities for raising funds. However, quite little researchis available on the use of social media within nonprofitorganizations in general. This study is one attempt to fill thisgap of knowledge by exploring and describing how the NPOsare incorporating social media in their daily fundraisingpractices. A cross-sectional research design was selected and asurvey instrument was translated and adapted for this study.Data were collected from 43 non-profit organizations inRomania which positively replied to our online survey. Results show that NPOs know the advantages of employingthis new instrument for their organization, but they are lessengaged in this

IDENTIFYING THE DIFFERENCES IN THE PATHOLOGICAL TRENDS, DEPENDING ON THE BIOLOGICAL NATURE OF THE PERSONS DEPRIVED OF THEIR LIBERTY
Objective. The purpose of this research is to studythe existence of differences in the pathological trends, depending on the biological nature of the persons deprived oftheir liberty. Participants and design. The subjects of thiswork are 60. The selection criterion of the research group isthe biological genre of the subjects. Because it is acomparative study between women and men, they are dividedinto two groups (each group having 30 subjects). The subjectson which the questionnaire was applied are persons deprivedof their liberty, detainees at the Arad Penitentiary ofMaximum Security, both the penitentiary of men and thewomen. The delinquents have been jailed for crimes such astheft, rape, murder. For this sample, the S.P.13 questionnairewas used, the specific method being the survey method. Thequestionnaire was applied once for each subject. The samplewas applied collectively, the maximum number of participantswas 10. Each subject had a questionnaire. He first explainedthe purpose and objectives of this paper, then went on to thequestionnaire. After the misunderstandings were removed, they were asked to complete the questionnaire. I think thesample used did not have a time limit. Results. Based on theresults obtained for this hypothesis, one can observesignificant differences in pathological trends depending on thebiological type. Conclusion. Compared to men, women gethigher odds on the dimensions of psychostain, depression, schizoid, paranoid tendencies, hysteroidal tendencies, and the dimension of immaturity and emotional lability. Men get higher odds compared to women on the scale of psychopathy and frustration
