Tax Policy In The World Of Sport Exemples In Turkey, Uk, Spanish, Italy And Germany : 10.62591/ajpa.2023.12.07
Taxes are the most important source of revenue the state relies on to maintain public services. The basic objective of our tax system is to collect taxes in a fair and balanced manner, within the framework of the principles set out in the Constitution. Taxes on income make up a large proportion of tax revenues. In this context, salary income is taxed under the Income Tax Act and there are special regulations for the salary of athletes for the promotion of sport. Looking at Turkey's tax system, different methods of taxing athlete fees have been applied at different times. Comparisons with other countries show that in Turkey, the income tax rates applied to athlete salaries are relatively low, causing problems in terms of tax fairness. The study examined the legal regulations on the taxation of athlete fees and the implementation processes of these regulations, as well as proposals for the correction of practices that distort tax fairness

GAMIFICATION APPROACHES IN FOSTERING OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL ECOSYSTEMS: 10.24250/jpe/SI/2023/TB/MV/RN
A new impetus for the development of information technology in the educational process was given by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the quarantine imposed to prevent the spread of the disease. Due to the quarantine and the war in Ukraine, the educational process has moved to the online space, which has created conditions for remote learning using media content. Media education is designed to prepare students for life in the new information environment, to teach them to fully perceive different types of information, to understand and master the means of communication based on interactive forms of communication. It also improves the quality of information perception, students’ engagement in interactive classes and the engagement of all participants in the learning process in the online environment. Thus, today's realities require new approaches and teaching tools that should be implemented by modern higher education institutions in the era of Education 4.0. In order to implement new approaches to the organization of high-quality online learning, it is necessary to adhere to the Concept of Digital Transformation of Education and Science, namely the Effective Usage of Digital Technologies in the Educational Process. In the context of long-term digital learning and the lack of live communication with students, as the result the new problem occurs - decrease of motivation to learn. For solving this problem teachers need to develop and apply new approaches to the organization of online learning. One of the approaches is implementation game-based educational technologies, namely gamification the educational process. Gamification is the process of using game design principles and mechanics in non-game contexts, such as education, to make the learning process more engaging and effective. Gamification is used to deepen learner engagement and motivation, enhance their learning experience and improve academic performance. Virtual gamified teaching is an effective approach to studying process in case if the right platform, studying material and tools are used. One of the approaches to gamification is the development and use of a set of video lessons with a virtual teacher, which helps to draw students' attention to important points of the lecture and diversify the explanation of infographic objects

THE INVOLVEMENT AND ATTITUDE OF ROMANIAS IN PRO-ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE RISK OF MICROPLASTIC PARTICLES
Microplastic particle (MPs) pollution is and will continue to be a real threat to the entireplanet. There is still no clear and complete information about these effects of MPs. In the researcharea, the data held so far are enough to have reasons for concern about this global phenomenon thatshows an upward trend in global plastic production. The persistence in all four environmentalfactors and the extreme diversity of MPs leads to high levels of uncertainty in hazard and exposureestimates for this type of risk.hy do we produce plastic? Due to its durability, rigidity, and even abrasiveness. No technical andefficient way could eliminate nano and microplastic from the environment, and thus people'sattitudes can play a significant role in reducing MPs emissions. Currently, few studies haveexamined how individuals perceive MPs. Our research is based on how Romanians perceive risks(MPs) and how such risk perception affects people's pro-environmental behavioral intention. Theentire study is based on a survey (questionnaire) of 405 people, from all over Romania. Thesoftware used is SPSS and the questionnaire was sent online through different types of platforms.GDPR rules were taken into account when preparing the questionnaire so that respondents are notasked for their personal data. One of the questions in the questionnaire measures the followingstatements on a scale from 1 to 7: "Dedicating time, money and effort to my activities is moreconvenient for me than recycling plastic products"/ "Dedicating time, money and effort is moreconvenient for me than replacing plastic items with ecological products. On the scale used, 1represents - Categorically No / 7 - Categorically Yes. We made the delimitation by groups ofcounties/regions so that we can see a result of the attitude of Romanians from Banat, Transylvania,Maramures, Oltenia, Moldova, and Dobrogea, in relation to MPs.The results of our study show that in Romania, the recycling process is on an upward curve. We still do not have this culture of being friendly to the environment, as developed as in the West
