Michail Bakunin: l’istruzione integrale
The article is divided into two paragraphs. The first paragraph will first examine the reflections developed by Mikhail Bakunin on the problems of popular education and on the relationship between education and universal emancipation. In this respect the texts written by the Russian revolutionary anarchist between 1864 and 1869 will be examined. Next, the theory of integral education formulated by Bakunin in 1869 will be exposed in the second proposed paragraph. Bakunin’s thought reaches maturity with his writings on integral education, also in pedagogical reflection. He demonstrates that in order to abolish the division of men into social classes it is necessary to socialize not only the means of production but also science, and to develop an educational path aimed at the harmonious development of every human potential, both physical and intellectual, in each individual. If it is true that integral education is a concept that is not exclusively anarchic, since it is also in other progressive pedagogical theories, it is equally true that in Bakunin this concept does not refer to an abstract individualism (as instead happens in progressive pedagogies) but it is understood as the necessary basis for the educational system of the society of free and equals individuals.
The transformative potential of “coming out” narratives in young adults
“Coming out” in the life of young adults is a challenging and transformative experience not only because it contributes to a process of the realization of sexual orientation and self identification, but also because it can trigger a critical and reflective process, the outcome of which may be a full subjectivation of life courses. This specific and crucial biographical event represents a transformative opportunity in accordance with Mezirow’s transformative learning theory not only with regard to the clarification of one’s sexual orientation but also to a full subjectivation of life courses, following a critical and reflective pattern. Within this framework, “coming out” can be understood and explored according to a transformative learning matrix, which helps to identify the steps followed and the changes occurred over time in the meaning perspectives homosexual individuals use to frame their understanding of reality
Declinare wandern sull’esempio di Erich Kästner e Paolo Cognetti
If we compare the word wandern with its equivalent in Italian, escursionismo, we immediately realize that it is only a partial equivalence. When somebody wandert, wants to see something (the landscape, nature...), whereas escursionismo is rather considered as a sport. This cultural and lexical distance does not seem to be so great in literature. If we compare a classic of German literature of the last century like Erich Kästner with the 21st-century Italian writer Paolo Cognetti, we find many descriptions of wandern that are very similar
Despite the different political and speculative approaches found in authors such as Nietzsche, Gundolf, Spengler, Gramsci or Lenin, modern Caesarist theory identifies a common root in current Western democracies. Mature democracies are not the antithesis of Caesarism, but its necessary point of arrival. Therefore, the authoritarian drifts that pass through contemporary Europe require an ever more careful reflection on the true meaning of parliamentary dynamics.
Paul Goodman and Colin Ward were the anarchist thinkers who paid more attention to adolescents in their pedagogical reflections. Starting from Colin Ward’s lesson on incidental education, it is possible to try today to build areas inside or outside the school that can be used by teen-agers as gyms for an education in social self-determination. The space of an accidental education in the present time can be thought of only by bringing education to its sense of widespread social practice acted on the boundaries of the material life of a community and of the needs expressed by it.Riassunto: Paul Goodman e Colin Ward sono due pensatori anarchici che hanno posto molta attenzione agli adolescenti nelle loro riflessioni pedagogiche.
OGGETTI SMARRITI E RITROVATI. CARTOGRAFARE I VALORI POLITICO-MORALI PER COMPRENDERE L’ONDATA DELLA VALUTAZIONE / Lost and Found, and Lost Again? Tracing Moral-Political Values in Understandings of the Evaluation Wave
How do we understand the socio-historically unprecedented wave of evaluation which characterizes contemporary society? The article discusses five mental models that offer typical perspectives on evaluation. It is shown that each of them are also moral-political stances. The article discusses whether these stances too obviously reflect positions or “character masks” which characterize typical functional roles in relation to evaluation systems, thereby merely reproducing stories which already circulate in the evaluation society. The article discusses what would be required for a perspective on evaluation which takes evaluation seriously at the same time as the institutional and normative underpinnings under evaluation are kept open for democratic scrutiny. Keywords:Evaluation, Evaluation wave, Mental models of evaluatio
LE METAMORFOSI DELLA POLITICA DI SALUTE MENTALE ITALIANA (1978-2013)/METAMORPHOSIS IN ITALIAN POLICIES OF MENTAL CARE (1978-2013)

Online platforms: new vulnerabilities to be addressed in the european legal framework - Part II: Platform to consumer relations
The essay analyses the relationship between online platforms and consumers in the light of European consumer law. The complex digital environment shaped by platforms is characterised by a lack of transparency about the role and status of the parties active in the online marketplace, as well as by the use by online platforms of practices aimed at conditioning consumers' behaviour and limiting or completely excluding their self-determination, giving rise to new forms of vulnerability. In such a context, the regulation of unfair commercial practices can play a central role, provided that some interpretative uncertainties are overcome
«Wiederhergestellte Ruhe in Italien».
Naples occupies a special place in the cultural and political memories ofCentral European nobility. In the aftermath of the Congress of Vienna theresorts of the Habsburg nobles are closely linked to the diplomatic andmilitary action in the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Their circulationbrings to light the Parthenopean city in the formation of the political cultureof the generation born at the dawn of the century of revolutions. Theaim of this study is to compare two writings about the Austrian presence in Naples, drawn from the archives of Bohemia and Austria, in order to give them meaning in the establishment of Pax Austriaca in pre-unified Italy. On the one hand, the Count of Clary-Aldringen, revisiting the spirit of the Grand Tour, stayed in Naples during the decisive years of the Quinquennio 1815-1820 and spent the following years writing memories of his travels. On the other one, the Count de Ficquelmont, a veteran of the Spanish War, was sent to Naples in order to gauge the scale of the 1820 insurrections. The concrete implications of their stays in Naples are thus compared with the formation of an aristocratic representation supporting the Habsburg action in the Restoration process
