LA SOGGETTIVITÀ GIURIDICA DEGLI ESSERI NON UMANI: GLI ANIMALI THE LEGAL SUBJECTIVITY OF NON-HUMAN BEINGS: ANIMALS
The particular attention to what is different from human being, combined with the development of new technologies, it makes us think about the adequacy of the regulatory system, which does not reflect the values that inspire social action. Broaden the reflections to different cases of difficult legal qualification, made it possible to better analyse the changed relationship between human being and animal in relationship life, that many and different fields of study and discipline is able to involve, and that, for this reason, it cannot be left to jurisprudential interpretation

Data protection law: A comparison of the latest legal developments in China and European Union
The evolution of Data Protection Law in recent years has registered pivotal steps ahead both in China and in the EU. While the European Union issued the GDPR (Regulation 679/2016), which came into force on 25 May 2018, in China the Cybersecurity Law received major updates and upgrades, among which, on 29 December 2017, the Standardization Administration of China issued the 国标 (guobiao) GB/t 35273-2017 (now GB/t 35273-2020), called ‘Personal Information Security Specification’ that came into effect on 1 May 2018, recently revised. Other than the similar date of applicability, the two set of rules share many overlapping dispositions, that witness the growing concerns in this field that both E.U. and China share. Despite being similar in the form, these rules then vary in the substance. Therefore, comparing these laws, declined in their respective context, can be useful in order to determine how the right to privacy and data protection is intended in these two legal systems and why some of the European rules have been adopted more leniently in China
Child protection on social networks in the era of COVID-19 confinement
While it is true that in the digital age minors have considerable tools to express their personality and exercise the rights recognised by international conventions (also through the use of technologies that allow new models of relationships), the continuous process of renewing applications inevitably results in a greater concentration of information with consequent exposure to greater risks for security and privacy. In this context, due to the confinement measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic emergency, children have become even more dependent on social media in order to stay in touch with their friends, to express their feelings, to study and to distract themselves. The aim of this survey is to address the specific issue of children’s interactions on social media and the impact in terms of privacy and data protection as their vulnerability has further increased in the light of the confinement emergency
