No full textLooking at the structural difficulties that affect young Italians concerning employability and prospects, this paper aims to deconstruct the stereotypes that have characterised the narration of youth behaviour in Italy during the pandemic through analysing some data processed during the research entitled SaNaMi. È chiara espressione del perseguimento di questo obiettivo il recente regolamento UE 2022/868/UE (Data Governance Act), che detta norme che riguardano il riutilizzo dei dati pubblici e che disciplinano l’attività degli intermediari dei dati. Il contributo offre una prima lettura di queste ultime norme del DGA, soffermandosi sul ruolo dei fornitori dei servizi di condivisione dei dati e sulla nuova figura del data holder, collocata all’interno di un “altro mercato” dei dati, che si intende regolare con obblighi di notifica preventiva e con altri adempimenti volti a scongiurare usi impropri dei dati trattati.Sharing and free circulation of information, including personal one, is the core of the European Data Strategy. A clear expression of the pursuit of this goal is the recent Regulation (EU) 2022/868 (Data Governance Act), which contains rules affecting the reuse of public data and regulating the activities of data intermediaries. The paper offers a first reading of these latest DGA provisions, focusing on the role of data sharing service providers and on the new figure of the data holder, placed within an "other market" of data, meant to be regulated trough prior notification requirements and other fulfillments aimed at avoiding misuse of processed data

Get PDFThe networked society, in which we are immersed and that acts as the new communicative and existential infrastructure, where the phenomenology of our relations takes place and becomes manifest, is known as the global village, following an expression, not recent any more but still extremely current, that identifies the perpetual connection between the close and the far within what may be called the glocal dimension. This paper, after surveying the thought of some figures representative of the literary and humanistic tradition, and after having examined the critical instances of the philosophic and pedagogic anthropology, debates on the relational characteristics shaping the cohabitation within the global village, asking if that is an expression of a democratic spirit intended as a detribalized spirit, and, more importantly, asking if and how to build a global polis.Riassunto: La società della rete, nella quale siamo immersi e lungo la quale, come nuova infrastruttura comunicativa ed esistenziale, ha luogo e si manifesta gran parte della fenomenologia della nostra relazionalità e della nostra interlocuzione con gli altri e con il mondo, è nota come villaggio globale da una celebre espressione, invero datata ma estremamente attuale, che sta ad indicare la perenne connessione tra il vicino e il lontano in quella che si può chiamare dimensione glocale. L’articolo, dopo aver interpellato alcuni esponenti della tradizione letteraria e umanistica, nonché dopo aver interrogato le istanze critiche dell’antropologia filosofica e pedagogica, discute sulle caratteristiche relazionali che caratterizzano la convivenza nel villaggio globale chiedendosi se esso sia espressione di uno spirito democratico inteso come spirito detribalizzato e soprattutto chiedendosi se e come edificare pedagogicamente una polis globale

Get PDFThis article offers a theoretical and conceptual analysis of the principles of education as a public good and a common good in light of the recent attention given to community educational agreements. It is observed how the concept of education as a public good is challenged by the present predicament of the role of the State and the blurring of boundaries between the public and the private. The concept of education as a common good is proposed as an alternative reference framework to promote a humanistic vision of education in contrast to individualistic and utilitarian approaches. By acknowledging the link that exists between education and democracy, this concept also highlights the importance of the participation of different actors present in a given community on the basis of the principle of subsidiarity. In this light, the setting up of community educational agreements depends on the possibility of rethinking the educational system thanks to the reorganization of the tools and mechanisms that allow the development and the true participation of the community.Riassunto: Questo articolo offre un’analisi teorica e concettuale dei principi dell’educazione come bene pubblico e bene comune alla luce della recente attenzione riservata ai Patti educativi di comunità. Si osserva come il concetto di istruzione come bene pubblico sia messo in discussione dall’attuale crisi del ruolo dello Stato e dallo sfumare dei confini tra pubblico e privato. Il concetto di educazione come bene comune è proposto quale quadro di riferimento alternativo per promuovere una visione umanistica dell’educazione, contrariamente ad approcci individualistici ed utilitaristici. Riconoscendo il legame che esiste tra educazione e democrazia, questo concetto sottolinea altresì l’importanza della partecipazione dei diversi attori presenti in una data comunità sulla base del principio di sussidiarietà. In quest’ottica, la messa a sistema dei Patti educativi di comunità dipende dalla possibilità di riorganizzare il sistema educativo grazie al ripensamento degli strumenti e dei meccanismi che consentono di promuovere lo sviluppo e la partecipazione effettiva della comunità
Criticità e possibilità dell’insegnamento scolastico della religione in Italia
Get PDFThe essay aims to review the fundamental stages of the historical development of Catholic religious teaching in Italian state schools since its consecration with the signing of the Lateran Pacts. By placing it in the context of the contemporary Italian political debate, we will try to highlight its inherent critical issues and to outline which characteristics of this teaching (confessionality of the discipline and legal status of its teachers) are most opposed by fronts of extreme reform of this teaching. Finally, there will be a cautious approach to the reform proposal based on various possibilities, ranging from the complete replacement of religious teaching as it is configured to a milder reform of only a few aspects of it.Riassunto: Il saggio si propone di rivedere le tappe fondamentali dello sviluppo storico dell’insegnamento religioso cattolico nelle scuole statali italiane sin dalla sua consacrazione con la firma dei Patti Lateranensi. Inserendolo nel contesto del dibattito politico italiano contemporaneo si cercherà di metterne in luce le criticità intrinseche e di delineare quali caratteristiche di questo insegnamento (confessionalità della disciplina e statuto giuridico dei suoi insegnanti) sono maggiormente osteggiate da fronti di riforma estrema di questo insegnamento. Infine, si troverà un cauto tentativo di proposta di riforma basato su diverse possibilità, che spaziano dalla sostituzione integrale dell’insegnamento religioso così per come è configurato a una più mite riforma solo di alcuni suoi aspetti
