‘Principio di nazionalità’ e cosmopolitismo pedagogico come ‘umanesimo alieno’
Get PDFAgainst the backdrop of the contemporary interest in the question of cosmopolitanism in the international debate in educational philosophy and theory, this paper shows that educational pragmatism – both in its classic representatives and its present-day inflections – offers a significant theoretical option in order to think of a cosmopolitanism which holds together the human needs for rootedness and for an opening up of oneself to human diversity. In particular, through the re-reading of some texts of Dewey and Mead an argument in favour of the inextricable bond between national-mindedness (as opposed to nationalistic sovereignism) and cosmopolitan-mindedness is presented and the idea of “alien humanism” is proposed, which relies upon processes of building identity through differences. It is this integrated device which should underpin the educational commitment to a reconstruction of democracy, by countering both populist regression and the trend towards globalist neoliberalism.Riassunto: Sullo sfondo della contemporanea ripresa di interesse per il tema del cosmopolitismo nel dibattito internazionale di teoria e filosofia dell’educazione, il contributo mostra come il pragmatismo pedagogico – sia nei suoi maestri classici sia nelle sue declinazioni contemporanee – offra un’opzione teorica significativa per pensare un cosmopolitismo che tenga insieme l’esigenza di prendere sul serio il bisogno umano di radicamento e quella di aprirsi all’umana diversità. In particolare, attraverso la rilettura di alcuni testi di Dewey e Mead, si argomenta in favore del nesso inestricabile di disposizione mentale nazionale (in quanto opposta al sovranismo nazionalistico) e disposizione mentale cosmopolitica e si avanza l’idea di un ‘umanesimo alieno’ che vive attraverso processi di costruzione di identità attraverso le differenze. È questo congegno integrato che deve reggere l’impegno educativo di ricostruzione della democrazia, contrapponendosi tanto alla grande regressione populista quanto alle derive del neoliberismo globalista

Get PDFThe body enters as a foreign and alienating element in a space, the man who enters in prison, who begins his new restricted life, must redefine the feeling, the relationships between himself and the around, between his forced physicality and space, he reinvents a relationship between himself and his body and starts again from it. In prison, space is replaced by the body and the relationship with his body, and between this and space, in the total institution it is totally different; the “institutionalized body” is a body which for the prisoner is his last prison, but also his refuge. Working on space in terms of architecture means working on the body and feeling of the imprisoned men, directly experiencing with them the sense of themselves and of the space they inhabit.Riassunto: Il corpo entra come elemento estraneo e straniante all’interno di un ambiente; l’uomo che entra in carcere, che inizia la sua nuova vita ristretta, deve delineare nuovamente il sentire, le relazioni tra il se e l’intorno, tra la sua fisicità costretta e lo spazio, si reinventa una relazione tra sé e il suo corpo e da esso riparte. In carcere lo spazio è sostituito dal corpo e la relazione con il proprio corpo, e tra questo e lo spazio, nell’istituzione totale è unica; il ‘corpo istituzionalizzato’ è un corpo che per il detenuto è esso stesso la sua ultima prigione, ma anche il suo rifugio. Lavorare sullo spazio in termini di architettura significa lavorare sul corpo e sul sentire degli uomini reclusi, sperimentando direttamente con loro il senso di se stessi e dello spazio che abitano

Get PDFThe essay, framed by Article 9 of the Italian Constitution, which commits all citizens to the task of protecting the artistic heritage of the nation, intends to bear witness to a sensory journey promoted at the Teatro all’Antica in Sabbioneta, as a significant experience of valorisation of the cultural heritage through the participation and active involvement of citizens. In the framework of the Mobartech project, coordinated by the Department of Human Sciences for Education “Riccardo Massa” (University of Milano-Bicocca), aimed at improving the fruition of the UNESCO site of Mantua and Sabbioneta, embodied-sound explorations were proposed through the artistic-performative language. The participants were engaged in exercising the democracy of knowledge, moving from a depository relationship with culture and its assets to active and interpretative postures. These are small gestures to promote a renewed sense of belonging, to strengthen links with the city, places and people while generating other ways of feeling and living the polis.Riassunto: Il saggio, con riferimento all’articolo 9 della Costituzione Italiana che impegna tutti i cittadini nel compito di tutelare il patrimonio artistico della Nazione, intende testimoniare un percorso sensoriale promosso presso il Teatro all’Antica di Sabbioneta, in quanto significativa esperienza di valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale attraverso la partecipazione e il coinvolgimento attivo della cittadinanza. Nell’ambito del progetto Mobartech, coordinato dal Dipartimento di Scienze Umane per la Formazione “Riccardo Massa” (Università di Milano-Bicocca), teso al miglioramento della fruizione del sito UNESCO di Mantova e Sabbioneta, mediante il linguaggio artistico-performativo sono state proposte esplorazioni corporeo-sonore dove il livello di ingaggio richiesto è stato esercizio di democrazia della conoscenza in quanto ha consentito di uscire da una relazione con la cultura e i suoi beni di tipo meramente depositario, per transitare verso posture attive e interpretative del patrimonio culturale. No full textUpon its inception, the network contract represented a judicial institution which differed from other agreements not because of its aim of accumulating managerial capital, but for the strong discretion which it permits in industrial relations. Whilst not yet clarifying its analytical context, the present work examines the quanti-qualitative efficacy of those industrial relations built through network contracts in order to do Made in Italy business; hereby understood as a practical-judicial substitute of industrial districts. La Pedagogia del corpo per lo Spazio democratico: il progetto educativo S.P.A.C.E.
Get PDFThe article focuses on the role of Embodied Pedagogy within the project S.P.A.C.E., selected by the social enterprise ‘Con i Bambini’ as part of ‘The Fund Against Educational Poverty in Children and Youth’ and promoted by WeWorld Onlus. Looking towards a democratic citizenship education, the project aims to improve social and school conditions for teenager commuting students who live in remote Italian areas with high risk of school dropout and educational poverty. Auto-mythobiographical narration, experiential cartography and theatrical improvisation are different declinations of Embodied Pedagogy that in the Project S.P.A.C.E. become training proposals addressed to educators who work with teenagers. They offer new ways to explore and re-imagine crossed and inhabited territories, in the direction of an embodied, living, democratic citizenship.Riassunto: L’articolo presenta il ruolo della Pedagogia del corpo all’interno del progetto S.P.A.C.E., selezionato da ‘Con i Bambini’ nell’ambito del ‘Fondo per il contrasto della povertà educativa minorile’ e promosso da We-World Onlus. Promuovendo un’ottica di cittadinanza attiva e partecipata, il progetto è finalizzato a migliorare le condizioni sociali e scolastiche di studenti pendolari adolescenti che vivono in aree isolate del territorio italiano ad alto rischio di dispersione scolastica e povertà educativa. In S.P.A.C.E. alcune declinazioni della Pedagogia del corpo – la narrazione auto-mitobiografica, la cartografia esperienziale, l’improvvisazione teatrale –, nelle proposte formative rivolte agli educatori che incontrano quotidianamente gli adolescenti, diventano per ognuno vie per esplorare e re-immaginare i territori che si attraversano e si abitano, in direzione di una cittadinanza democratica che non sia solo a parole, ma incarnata in corpi viventi.

Get PDFIn banking the strength of the Credit Institution is manifested in relation to the customer, who therefore assumes the role of a weak contractor, deserving of particular protection. Awareness of the characteristics of the products offered by banks, the comparison between the different services offered on the market and the opportunity to make an informed choice are all consequences linked to the information that is made available. Such information is above all unclear, so much so as to make it difficult to effectively evaluate the convenience of the operations and services offered. Specific rules are envisaged that intervene in the various phases in which the bank-customer relationship is divided. But it almost always happens that the documentation prepared by intermediaries is difficult to read and understand due to their technicality or to the use of a language that is not always easily understood. Everything described falls within the general discipline of banking and financial contracts which is today extremely complex, requires a particular study analysis of the various sectors governed by practices and regulatory interventions that are not always clear to customers and which should, instead, be made accessible through new solutions proposed by the world of legal design
The fascinating theory of common ownership under the lens of competition law practitioners: any needs to rethink the antitrust toolbox?
Get PDFDuring the last years there has been a prolific academic debate on the possession by institutional investors of minority shareholdings in firms active within the same industry, leading to a potential distortion of market dynamics (the so-called “common ownership” theory). The common ownership doctrine raises a number of questions, and it should be looked at with caution in light of the prejudice that an incorrect antitrust assessment may have over the activities of financial institutions. This article attempts to clarify the reasons why the still new and fascinating theory of common ownership as a means of distortion of market dynamics has a long way to go before being an antitrust enforcement priority. It is debatable the same notion of the existence of a direct causality between common ownership and anticompetitive effects, whereas alternative variables may explain why in a certain period a rise in prices has been observed. In any event, even if potential antitrust risks were effectively found to materialize, the traditional competition law toolkit and the current regulatory obligations to which institutional financial investors have to comply with are suitable and sufficient to deal with the potential concerns that the common ownership theory eventually brings about and case-by-case evaluations are typical of, and should guide any competition law theory of harm

In particolare, a partire dai percorsi di ricerca collaborativi in cui l’autrice è stata coinvolta, l’articolo si snoda in sei riflessioni volte a evidenziare e potenziare il carattere dialogico e trasformativo della ricerca
