No full textThe paper presents essential facets of the contemporary history of working-class literature, discussing the role that class consciousness plays in the creation and interpretation of international literature. In particular, the author presents several writers who crucially contribute to the study of ethnic and working-class cultures in Europe and other parts of the world, in the hope that attention to their writings will bring about a greater awareness of literature's power to illuminate culture. By exploiting texts’ cultural differences rather than tracing their similarities, the paper problematizes the notion of working class unity, troubled by competing understandings. Although hardly imaginable, the article presents a time and space where intellectuals were actually concerned with understanding the development of the working class. Questionare il comportamento antisociale adolescenziale. Analisi epistemologica di un’emergenza politico-educativa
Get PDFAdolescent antisocial behaviour is considered a political-educational emergency of primary importance, which requires an in-depth analysis in order to provide scientific resources capable of innovating educational policies and practices. Consistent with this need, the article analyses the meanings attributed to the categories of ‘adolescent’ and ‘antisocial’ by the studies in the educational field selected during a systematic review of the scientific literature on the subject. Such an analysis offers the image of a scientific discourse divided between a dominant approach, which tends to reduce adolescence and antisociality to conditions deriving from bio psychological and socio-cultural factors, and a minority approach, which tends to emphasise them as experiences whose configuration strictly depends on the subject’s strategic capacity for re-signification. In order to overcome this division – which reiterates the epistemological dispute between explanation and interpretation and the theoretical controversy between determined action and motivated action –, the article attempts to rethink adolescence and antisociality in the light of a comprehensive transactional espistemology based on the pragmatistic approach.Riassunto: Il comportamento antisociale adolescenziale si caratterizza come un’emergenza politico-educativa di primaria importanza, che necessita un’analisi pedagogica approfondita per fornire risorse conoscitive in grado di innovare le politiche e le pratiche educative. Coerentemente con questa esigenza, l’articolo analizza i significati attribuiti alle categorie di ‘adolescente’ e di ‘antisociale’ dagli studi di ambito educativo selezionati nel corso di una revisione sistematica della letteratura scientifica sul tema. Tale analisi offre l’immagine di un discorso scientifico diviso tra un approccio dominante, che tende a ridurre l’adolescenza e l’antisocialità a condizioni derivanti da fattori bio-psicologici e socio-culturali, e un approccio minoritario, che tende a enfatizzarle come esperienze la cui configurazione dipende strettamente dalla capacità strategica di risignificazione del soggetto. Al fine di superare tale divisione – che reitera la querelle epistemologica tra spiegare e interpretare e quella teorica tra azione determinata e azione motivata –, l’articolo prova a ripensare l’adolescenza e l’antisocialità alla luce di una espistemologia comprensivo-transazionale di matrice pragmatista

Get PDFRe-education courses in prisons represent a real pedagogical challenge in that it is necessary to offer training opportunities that are both transformative and self-formative, supporting individuals along the path that will allow them to realise themselves as persons who, starting from self-awareness, are able to implement significant changes for themselves and for the entire social context in which they live. It is not simply a matter of structuring paths to social inclusion, but rather of offering opportunities for integral training, valuing first and foremost the centrality and dignity of the person.Riassunto: I percorsi di ri-educazione nei contesti carcerari rappresentano una vera e propria sfida pedagogica in quanto è necessario offrire delle occasioni formative che siano al tempo stesso, trasformative ed auto-formative, che sostengano i soggetti lungo il percorso che gli consentirà di giungere a realizzarsi come persone che a partire dalla consapevolezza di sé, siano capaci di attuare dei cambiamenti significativi per sé stessi e per l’intero contesto sociale di riferimento. È chiaro che non si tratta semplicemente di strutturare percorsi di inclusione sociale, quanto piuttosto offrire delle occasioni di formazione integrale valorizzando in primis la centralità e la dignità della persona

Lavorare con…Il confronto tra le studiose e gli studiosi coinvolti nei seminari e nel lavoro di scrittura dei saggi ha eliminato ogni incertezza rispetto a un’interpretazione teorica che immagina l’organizzazione informale capace solo di influenzare procedure e protocolli amministrativi; capace, cioè, di rafforzare esclusivamente il controllo indiretto su aspetti gestionali e regole dipartimentali. 2. Lavoro e PNRR: coesione e inclusione? Come scrive Bano (2020, p. 475), «possiamo ritenere che la pandemia dia maggior fondamento e concretezza a trasformazioni radicali che, diversamente, parrebbero uscire da romanzi di fantascienza (distopica o utopica, scelga il lettore)». The Amazon case, the negotiation phenomena and the abuse of dominant position. First reflections on the self-preferencing
Get PDFWith the closing of the preliminary investigation A528, the Competition Authority (AGCM) imposed an exorbitant fine (of over one billion euros) on the Amazon company, for having abused its dominant position in the e-commerce market to the detriment not only of other marketplaces, but also to the detriment of companies providing logistics services that have not joined the Amazon logistics program. In particular, the provision of the Guarantor Authority, in admitting that the list of abusive conduct mentioned in art. 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union represents only an exemplary list of anticompetitive offenses, it is characterized by having qualified the conduct of self-preferencing in terms of abuse of dominant position. The contribution, examining the provision of the Guarantor Authority, offers ideas on the subject of self-preferencing in digital markets both from the point of view of competition law, and from the point of view of the law of regulation of digital markets
