No full textAbstract:In this article, the author analyses the current policies of reconfiguration of the urban space that intend to pay attention to the needs of women, trying to overcome the patriarchal and twentieth-century structure of the city.In the first part, the author examines some aspects related to the concept of the city by analysing social topographies and starting from Simmel’s teachings about the categories of space. The consequences of the prevarication of male culture in the organization of the city are also investigated.The second part examines some projects imploded in European cities and the Italian situation, also in light of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.In the conclusion, the article exposes the main criticalities related to the occupational and working conditions of women and to the drifts that can originate in the context of neoliberalism.Keyword:Social Topographies; Reconfiguration of Urban Space; The 15-Minute City Project; Occupational and Working Conditions of Women; PNRR
Legal Arrangements of Artificial Intelligence in the European Union and the Republic of North Macedonia | Disposizioni giuridiche sull'intelligenza artificiale nell'Unione europea e nella Repubblica di Macedonia del Nord
Get PDFThe article aims to analyze the need to regulate AI, the content of the regulation that needs to be enacted, the content of the regulation adopted in the European Union as well as North Macedonia's positioning on this issue as a country eager to start the negotiations for accession in the EU. The methodology for the article is about the legal arrangements of AI that involve a multi-faceted approach, combining literature review, legal analysis, doctrinal research, empirical research, policy analysis, ethical and normative analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration. While the rapid development of AI brings convenience to people’s lives, it also poses challenges to global changes and the development of human society, social governance, and legal regulation. Many countries have adopted strategic plans and documents related to AI but there are no legal acts adopted until now. The article's discussion on the need for new or updated regulatory frameworks to govern AI is crucial. It may propose specific regulatory measures to address AI's unique challenges, such as transparency, accountability, and fairness, influencing related policy development. L'articolo si propone di analizzare la necessità di regolamentare l'IA, il contenuto del regolamento da emanare, il contenuto del regolamento adottato nell'Unione Europea, nonché la posizione della Macedonia del Nord su questo tema come Paese intenzionato ad avviare i negoziati per adesione all’UE. La metodologia dell’articolo riguarda gli accordi giuridici dell’IA che implicano un approccio poliedrico, che combina revisione della letteratura, analisi giuridica, ricerca dottrinale, ricerca empirica, analisi politica, analisi etica e normativa e interazione interdisciplinare. Se da un lato il rapido sviluppo dell’intelligenza artificiale apporta comodità alla vita delle persone, dall’altro pone anche sfide ai cambiamenti globali e allo sviluppo della società umana, della governance sociale e della regolamentazione giuridica. Molti paesi hanno adottato piani strategici e documenti relativi all’intelligenza artificiale, ma fino ad ora non sono stati adottati atti normativi. La discussione dell’articolo sulla necessità di un quadro giuridico nuovi o aggiornati per governare l’intelligenza artificiale è cruciale. Appare opportuno proporre misure normative specifiche per affrontare le particolari sfide dell’IA, come la trasparenza, la responsabilità e l’equità, influenzando lo sviluppo delle relative politiche

No full textAbstract:The paradigm of polycrisis applied, in the contemporary debate, to the need to systematize fractures that have changed the structures of the economy, the connexion between health and care, migratory flows, international relations and much more is used here for a hypothesis of urban planning of what it is defined as “proximity welfare”. Starting from a historical analysis of the systemic response to the critical issues of cities transforming into metropolises, in the past the model of response to the social needs of the community was organized around aggregation poles of an identity and cultural origin. Certainly, this is not a proposal to applied nowadays, but a hypothesis of method to be studied and renewed.Keywords:Welfare; Urban sustainability, Social history; Europe

L’educazione civica riparte dalla Costituzione
Get PDFThe Italian Constitution is crossed by a profound pedagogical inspiration. The school, first of all, is entrusted with the task of putting it into practice, starting with the foundation of our Constitution. It is a crosscuricular, all-encompassing teaching, civic education which, after various linguistic changes over time, is re-proposed in the synthesis made by Law 92/2019. These pages investigate the nature of the relationship between what is contained in the Charter and the concrete educational action of the school. Through critical and empathic knowledge of the text, deep analysis is conducted to explain the nature of the encounter between constitutional patriotism and open citizenship in a global world.Riassunto La Costituzione Italiana è attraversata da un profondo afflato pedagogico. Alla scuola, in primis, è affidato il compito di darne attuazione pratica a cominciare dal fondamento della nostra Costituzione. Si tratta di un insegnamento trasversale, onnicomprensivo, l’educazione civica, che dopo vari cambiamenti linguistici nel tempo viene riproposta nella sintesi operata dalla Legge 92/2019. Queste pagine indagano la natura del rapporto tra quanto contenuto nella Carta e il concreto agire educativo della scuola. Attraverso la conoscenza critica ed empatica del testo è spiegata la natura dell’incontro tra patriottismo costituzionale e cittadinanza aperta in un mondo globale

Get PDFThe article presents the relationship between pedagogical research and the complex phenomenon of young NEETs, i.e. those who are not included in training and who are not working. The reflections presented in the article refer specifically to two research experiences promoted by the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of Roma Tre. Therefore, the characteristics of the work for the motivational reactivation of NEETs within the RE-SERVES (REsearch at the SERVice of Educational fragilitieS) project are described in detail, such as self-narration aimed at the realisation of the individual subject in order to build his/her identity or the enhancement of empowerment and levels of individual self-esteem and self-efficacy. Presented here are two of the various intervention proposals realised within the framework of a massive online open course entitled “MEET, Mettici entusiasmo esprimi te stesso”.RiassuntoL’articolo presenta la relazione tra ricerca pedagogica e il fenomeno complesso dei giovani NEET, ovvero coloro che non sono inclusi in percorsi di formazione e che non lavorano. Le riflessioni presentate nell’articolo si riferiscono specificatamente a due esperienze di ricerca promosse dal Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione dell’Università degli Studi Roma Tre. Sono pertanto descritte in dettaglio le caratteristiche del lavoro per la riattivazione motivazionale dei NEET all’interno del progetto di rilevante interesse nazionale RE-SERVES (REsearch at the SERVice of Educational fragilitieS) come ad esempio la narrazione di sé volta alla realizzazione del singolo soggetto per costruire una sua identità o il potenziamento dell’empowerment e i livelli di autostima e autoefficacia individuale. Vengono qui presentate due tra le diverse proposte di intervento concretizzate all’interno di un corso massivo gratuito intitolato “MEET, Mettici entusiasmo esprimi te stesso”
