La publicación de artículos desde la mirada de la revista científica tecnológica “Horizonte Pedagógico”
Get PDFDigital competence is a cognitive process through which the person acquires the ability to use ICT. It is useful because it allows both the teacher and the student to facilitate the knowledge and processes, as well as their transfers. This competence generates didactic strategies that are integrated into digital tools. Likewise, it addresses the capacity, search, creation, among others with the purpose of disseminating the aforementioned through technologies. The objective of the research was to determine how virtual learning strategies are related to digital competence in students of a public university in Lima. For this, two questionnaires were used: one for virtual learning strategies and another for digital skills through Google Forms. The result showed that the students handled both variables, in their respective dimensions, at a medium level. The dimensions of digital competences such as technological literacy, information search, critical thinking, digital citizenship, and creativity and innovation allow the pre-instructional, co-instructional and post-instructional dimensions to promote the academic learning of the university student. During the pandemic, they applied Information and Communication Technology and learning strategies, strengthening their digital competence.
Las revistas científicas han constituido por más de trescientos años el principal espacio para la socialización de la actividad científica. Con la introducción de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones y la generalización de Internet, han surgido nuevos formatos para las revistas desde archivos en formato PDF hasta complejos sitios web con numerosos artículos científicos. La publicación de los resultados de investigaciones en revistas indexadas se ve afectada por el desconocimiento de los procederes metodológicos para la redacción de los artículos científicos. La relación de la ciencia y la tecnología con la necesidad de publicación de artículos científicos por los docentes a favor del mejoramiento profesional pedagógico permite fundamentar una concepción para el mejoramiento de la publicación de artículo científico por parte de los docentes en revistas científicas tecnológicas indexada desde el enfoque de la ciencia, la tecnología y la sociedad. Entre los resultados obtenidos con su aplicación está la capacitación de los autores haciendo uso de las facilidades que brinda la comunicación por Internet, también el mejoramiento de la accesibilidad y visibilidad a las publicaciones haciendo uso de las redes sociales, bases de datos y catálogos, también se puede evidenciar un mejoramiento en la política editoriales de la revista para su ajuste con los estándares internacionales.
Abstract

El vínculo universidad pedagógica-sociedad en el contexto de la pandemia

It is decided to carry out an intervention process in some municipalities of the capital and for this, the results of research carried out by different institutions and organizations are taken as a starting point.A multidisciplinary team is made up of professors, methodologists and students from the UCPEJV, the DPE of Havana and the UCCFD, taking as a center to carry out the actions of psychopedagogical counseling and support, the school, the teacher, as an active and leading figure and the family of vulnerable children, adolescents and young people, to achieve the positive influence that is needed.The results achieved through the implementation of the actions made it possible to ensure the preparation for the restart of the school year and provide psychopedagogical, methodological and socio-educational tools to the teacher and the student of pedagogical careers to meet the needs of students and families in exceptional situations, as well as improve the look of these topics in the curriculum of the initial and continuous training of the education professional.Ante la impronta de ¿cómo propiciar, desde la institución y la comunidad educativa, el desarrollo sano e integral de la personalidad de los educandos en las condiciones de confinamiento impuestas por la pandemia y el retorno a las clases luego del impacto de la crisis vivida? Se decide realizar un proceso de intervención en algunos municipios de la capital y para ello se toman como punto de partida, resultados de investigaciones realizadas por diferentes instituciones y organismos.
Se conforma un equipo multidisciplinario integrado por profesores, metodólogos y estudiantes de la UCPEJV, la DPE de La Habana y la UCCFD, tomando como centro para realizar las acciones de asesoría y apoyo psicopedagógico, a la escuela, al docente, como figura activa y protagónica y a la familia de niños, adolescentes y jóvenes vulnerables, para lograr la influencia positiva que se necesita.
Los resultados alcanzados mediante la instrumentación de las acciones permitieron asegurar la preparación para el reinicio del curso escolar y brindar herramientas psicopedagógicas, metodológicas y socioeducativas al docente y al estudiante de carreras pedagógicas para atender las necesidades de educandos y familias en situaciones excepcionales, así como perfeccionar la mirada de estos temas en el currículo de la formación inicial y continua del profesional de la educación.

La retroalimentación como estrategia para mejorar el aprendizaje: Una revisión documental
Get PDFThe objective is to analyze research on feedback as a strategy to improve learning. For this, a qualitative investigation, bibliographic review, documentary design was applied. Eight articles from the Scopus, Science Direct and Scielo databases were selected and analyzed. Among the main findings, it was found that feedback is an interactive process based on the information provided by the evaluation of the apprentice's activity or task, impregnated by critical reflection. In total, 30 documents related to feedback were analyzed. It is concluded that feedback is a relevant factor in learning achievement since it allows teacher-student interaction that provides information to reduce the gap between current and desired performance levels through critical and constructive reflection and formulation of questions and cross-questions to verify if the student understands the explanation and is assimilating the knowledge.

Para ello, se aplicó una investigación cualitativa, revisión bibliográfica, de diseño documental. Se seleccionaron y analizaron 8 artículos procedentes de las bases de datos Scopus, Science direct y Scielo. Entre los principales hallazgos se halló que la retroalimentación es un proceso interactivo basado en la información que brinda la evaluación de la actividad o tarea del aprendiz, impregnado por la reflexión crítica. En total, se analizaron 30 documentos relacionados a la retroalimentación. Se concluye que la retroalimentación es un factor relevante en el logro del aprendizaje toda vez que permite la interacción docente-estudiante que proporciona información para disminuir la brecha existente entre los niveles de desempeño actual y el deseado a través de la reflexión crítica y constructiva y la formulación de preguntas y repreguntas para verificar si el estudiante comprende la explicación y está asimilando los conocimientos.

El mejoramiento de la formación docente: una necesidad social en el contexto dominicano actual
Get PDFToday's education demands professors and teachers with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and aptitudes that allow them to acquire the cognitive, affective, human and professional skills for quality performance. The objective of this article is referred to reflect on the situation of teacher training in the Dominican Republic. In the methods, the analytical - synthetic is used in the study of its parts to reach the essence of the aspects of improvement of Dominican teacher training, the systematization `for the articulation of the theoretical foundations on the subject. In the results it is argued that the importance of teacher training lies in the problems that this area of education presents in terms of the definition of policies and procedures that are established for the development of training activities and / or professionalization of teachers and teachers, which are still planned within the framework of traditional and decontextualized schemes of reality and the national and international standards that education requires at the moment and that do not allow a development of the teaching profession that responds to modern educational paradigms that characterize today's society. The conclusions identify the essential features of teacher training in the Dominican context and the essential aspects to take into account for its improvement.La educación de hoy demanda de profesores y maestros con los conocimientos, habilidades, actitudes y aptitudes que les permitan adquirir las competencias cognitivas, afectivas, humanas y profesionales para un desempeño de calidad. El objetivo del presente articulo está referido a reflexionar sobre la situación de la formación docente en República Dominicana. En los métodos se emplean el analítico – sintético en el estudio de sus partes para llegar a las esencias de los aspectos de mejoras de la formación docente dominicana, la sistematización `para la articulación de los fundamentos teóricos sobre el tema. En los resultados se argumenta que la importancia de la formación docente, radica en la problemática que presenta esta área de la educación en cuanto a la definición de políticas y procedimientos que se establecen para el desarrollo de actividades de formación y/o profesionalización de maestros y profesores, las cuales aun se planifican en el marco de esquemas tradicionales y descontextualizadas de la realidad y de los estándares nacionales e internacionales que requiere la educación en estos momentos y que no permiten un desarrollo de la profesión del docente que responda a los paradigmas educativos modernos que caracterizan la sociedad actual. En las conclusiones se identifican los rasgos esenciales de la formación docente en el contexto dominicano y los aspectos esenciales a tomar en cuenta para su mejora
Formación laboral en la Educación Secundaria Básica en Cuba
Get PDFAt present, Basic Secondary Education in Cuba is called to lay the foundations for the transition to a higher stage, which is why it constitutes a fundamental link in the development of the personality of the students. From this perspective, it is of great importance to delve into the historical evolution of the job training process in said teaching. Hence, this article aims to reveal the characteristics that labor training has manifested in its historical evolution, through the establishment of three stages. In the development of the research, theoretical and empirical methods were used, which allowed deepening the main antecedents of the subject studied. The historical characteristics revealed contributed to the knowledge of the main achievements and challenges associated with job training in basic secondary school in the country.En la actualidad, la Educación Secundaria Básica en Cuba está llamada a sentar las bases para el tránsito hacia una etapa superior, por lo que constituye un eslabón fundamental en el desarrollo de la personalidad de los educandos. Desde esta perspectiva es de gran importancia profundizar en la evolución histórica del proceso de formación laboral en dicha enseñanza. De ahí que el presente artículo tiene como objetivo develar las características que ha manifestado la formación laboral en su evolución histórica, a través del establecimiento de tres etapas. En el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron métodos de nivel teórico y empírico, los que permitieron profundizar en los principales antecedentes de la temática estudiada. Anisia Miranda Fernández: su labor como educadora social
Get PDFContemporary Cuban society imposes the need for a scientific pedagogy that investigates the historical roots and the contributions of its most outstanding personalities to education. Such is the case of Anisia Miranda Fernández (1932-2009). This Cuban teacher and journalist by training dedicated herself to children's and youth literature as a profession. Since the revolutionary triumph, intense work was incorporated into various projects that would adapt literature to the new circumstances that Cuba was experiencing. This writer published more than eighteen books on various topics and founded two periodical magazines for children and adolescents in which educational messages are transmitted. He received various recognitions, decorations and literary awards at the national and international level. The documentary analysis and the interview allowed us to deepen the content of each one of the works and to know the opinion of friends and co-workers of this writer. Due to her educational work and its scope, she is considered a social educator, heir to the most committed pedagogical thought with the Cuban revolutionary project.La sociedad cubana contemporánea impone la necesidad de una pedagogía científica que investigue las raíces históricas y los aportes de sus más destacadas personalidades a la educación. Tal es el caso de Anisia Miranda Fernández (1932-2009).Esta maestra cubana y periodista de formación, se dedicó a la literatura infantil y juvenil como profesión. Desde el triunfo revolucionario se incorporó trabajar intensamente en varios proyectos que adaptarían la literatura a las nuevas circunstancias que vivía Cuba. Esta escritora publicó más de dieciocho libros de diversas temáticas y fundó dos revistas periódicas para niños y adolescentes en las cuales se trasmiten mensajes educativos. Recibió varios reconocimientos, condecoraciones y premios literarios a nivel nacional e internacional. El análisis documental y la entrevista permitieron profundizar en el contenido de cada una de las obras y conocer la opinión de amigos y compañeros de trabajo de esta escritora .Por su obra educativa y su alcance es considerada una educadora social, heredera del pensamiento pedagógico más comprometido con el proyecto revolucionario cubano.
 
El desempeño profesional del equipo multidisciplinario de salud
Get PDFIn this article, the authors are concerned with development of the Medical Education from the posgrade constitutes the sustainable development of the human resources from the bringing up to date, the systematization, the consolidation and the diffusion of knowledges. Still the actions in the formative process prove to be insufficient and irregularities are shown at the pedagogic conception and the scientific investigation, this aspect influences negatively the general culture of the professional in the performance of the fulfillment of the corporate purpose of the entities of health. The pedagogic conception of the process of professional overcoming focuses on the attributes of the individuals like central element of the competitions. The professional overcoming has provision for the integration of the professional competitions, in this sense, the members of Health's Multi-Disciplinary Teams have the responsibility, from the use of the clinical and epidemiologic method, the promotion, prevention, opportune diagnosis and the rehabilitation and incorporation to the society of the patients with congenital cardiopathy that show to the ethical moral values themselves with a most integral vision, the human sensibility and the respect to the people in the service, being this an adequate mail between knowledge, the knowledge allows that doing and being. The systematization once the professional performance was accomplished allowed defining the professional performance of Health's Multi-Disciplinary Teams.En el presente artículo los autores se preocupan por el desarrollo de la Educación Médica desde el posgrado constituye el desarrollo sostenible de los recursos humanos desde la actualización, la sistematización, la consolidación y la difusión de los saberes. Aún resultan insuficientes las acciones en el proceso formativo y se manifiestan irregularidades en la concepción pedagógica y la investigación científica, este aspecto influye negativamente en la cultura general del profesional, en el desempeño y del cumplimiento del objeto social de las entidades de salud. La concepción pedagógica del proceso de superación profesional se centra en las cualidades de los individuos como elemento central de las competencias. La superación profesional contempla la integración de las competencias profesionales, en este sentido, los miembros de los Equipos Multidisciplinarios de Salud tienen la responsabilidad, desde el uso del método clínico y epidemiológico, la promoción, prevención, diagnóstico oportuno y la rehabilitación e incorporación a la sociedad de los pacientes con cardiopatía congénita con una visión más integral que se acompañan a los valores éticos, la sensibilidad humana y el respeto a las personas en el servicio, siendo esto lo que permite una adecuada correspondencia entre el saber, el saber hacer y el ser. La sistematización realizada al desempeño profesional permitió definir el desempeño profesional de los Equipos Multidisciplinarios de Salud
