Percepción de la gestión del proyecto educativo de grupo escolar en la Educación Primaria
Get PDFThe educational transformations arising from the III improvement of the National Education System propose changes in the dynamics of educational management and advocate favoring the autonomy of schools and the participation of the community in education processes. One proposal made lies in the use of the school group educational project (PEGE). Achieving adequate management of the PEGE is closely related to the perception possessed by those involved and in particular the primary teacher, by assuming the role of mediator and coordinator of the educational influences that promote the development of the school group and its members, as well as the fulfillment of the purposes of education. The objective of the study was to: analyze the perceptions of primary teachers in the Playa municipality regarding the management of the PEGE. Analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and interview methods were used. The main results obtained after the research process show that the primary teachers interviewed have a limited perception in their majority and a generalized perception in their minority regarding the management of the PEGE, an aspect that could compromise its effectiveness and therefore must be addressed for the achievement of the desired transformations.Las transformaciones educativas suscitadas a partir del III perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación, proponen cambios en las dinámicas de la gestión educativa y abogan por favorecer la autonomía de las escuelas y la participación de la comunidad en los procesos de educación. Una propuesta hecha radica en el empleo del proyecto educativo de grupo escolar (PEGE). Lograr una adecuada gestión del PEGE está estrechamente relacionada con la percepción que poseen los implicados y en particular el maestro primario, al asumir el rol de mediador y coordinador de las influencias educativas que promueven el desarrollo del grupo escolar y de sus miembros, así como el cumplimento de los fines de la educación. El estudio tuvo como objetivo: analizar las percepciones de los maestros primarios del municipio Playa en torno a la gestión del PEGE. Se emplearon los métodos análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo y la entrevista. Los principales resultados obtenidos tras el proceso investigativo evidencian que los maestros primarios entrevistados poseen una percepción limitada en su mayoría y generalizada en su minoría en torno a la gestión del PEGE, aspecto que pude comprometer la efectividad del mismo y por tanto debe ser atendido para el logro de las transformaciones que se aspiran. 
Diálogo para la comprensión del otro y las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación
Get PDFThe need of interpret and signify the dialogue in a didactic-propSositive sense, recognizing the otherness and diversity of existing paradigms in the new information and technology society, is an imperative today. Consequently, this research aims to carry out a critical review of the contributions on dialogic narrative of otherness and the scope of Information and Communications Technologies for the understanding of the other. This is a critical-descriptive study that uses as a methodology the critical review of the bibliography consulted, to reach conclusions about the main theorical cores of the research and their integration for the improvement of the teaching-learning of Spanish as a foreign language and second. Among the main results are the conception of dialogue as an essential resource for the understanding of otherness as and ethical-psychological act in which the different voices and values that make possible the constitution of the meaning of the text are found; the valuation of understanding assumed as elucidation and respect for the enrichment of the dialoguers. Communicative performance in the word and the knowledge expressed through the language teaching-learning process is recognized.
La necesidad de interpretar y significar el diálogo en un sentido didáctico-propositivo, reconociendo la otredad y la diversidad de paradigmas existentes en la nueva sociedad de la información y las tecnologías, es hoy un imperativo. En consecuencia, esta investigación tiene el objetivo de realizar una revisión crítica de las aportaciones sobre narrativa dialógica de la otredad y el alcance de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones para la compresión del otro. Se trata de un estudio de carácter crítico-descriptivo que emplea como metodología la revisión crítica de la bibliografía consultada, para llegar a conclusiones sobre los principales núcleos teóricos de la investigación y su integración para el perfeccionamiento de la enseñanza-aprendizaje del español como lengua extranjera y segunda. Entre los principales resultados están la concepción del diálogo como recurso esencial para la comprensión de la otredad en tanto acto ético-psicológico en el que se encuentran las diferentes voces y valores que hacen posible la constitución del sentido del texto; la valoración de la comprensión asumida como dilucidación y respeto para el enriquecimiento de los dialogantes. Se reconoce el desempeño comunicativo en el mundo y los saberes expresados a través del proceso de la enseñanza-aprendizaje de los idiomas
Desempeño profesional del Tecnólogo en Imagenología en la ecografía orbitaria
Get PDFThe research aims to systematize some criteria of authors who address the issue of professional performance that allows the development of an improvement strategy for the technologists of the Cuban Institute of Ophthalmology “Ramón Pando Ferrer. In this research, the methodology used was the systematization for the study of art of the sources consulted on professional performance, the process of searching and retrieving information facilitated the selection and determination of sources for the treatment of the topic in magazines specialized in the subject. Theoretical methods such as Analysis and synthesis were used for the treatment of information in the sources and the inductive-deductive method for final considerations. The results were in accordance with the objective by making explicit the aspects contained in the professional performance and that must be present in the technologist in Imaging and orbital ultrasound.La investigación tiene el objetivo de sistematizar algunos criterios de autores que abordan el tema del desempeño profesional que permita la elaboración de una estrategia de superación para los tecnólogos `del Instituto Cubano de Oftalmología “Ramón Pando Ferrer. En esta investigación la metodología utilizada fue la sistematización para el estudio del arte las fuentes consultadas sobre desempeño profesional, el proceso de búsqueda y recuperación de la información facilitó la selección y determinación de las fuentes para el tratamiento del tema en revistas especializadas en el tema. Se emplearon métodos teóricos como el de Análisis y síntesis para el tratamiento de la información en las fuentes y el método inductivo-deductivo para las consideraciones finales. Loe resultados estuvieron en correspondencia con el objetivo al quedar explícitos los aspectos contenidos en el desempeño profesional y que deben estar presentes en el tecnólogo en Imagenología y ecografía orbitaria

Hence, this article has addressed a topic of great importance for the comprehensive training of students of the Physics Teacher for Basic Secondary School specialty, which is studied in pedagogical schools in Cuba; the management of professional culture. That is why the objective is to systematize the essential theoretical criteria that characterize the management of professional culture in the students of the Physics Teacher specialty for Basic Secondary School at the “Tania la Guerrillera” pedagogical school in Pinar del Río. The research followed a qualitative approach with an explanatory nature. The information necessary to respond to the objective was compiled from the bibliographic review and the use of theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis and induction and induction; that allowed collecting relevant information about the theoretical references that characterize the management of professional culture in the specialty Physics Teacher for Basic Secondary School. As a result, it was possible to make an approach to essential theoretical elements such as: approach to the categories management, educational management, management of professional culture, highlighting the relationship between them.La formación integral de los profesionales, se constituye en un reclamo global. De ahí que este artículo haya abordado un tema de mucha importancia para la formación integral de los estudiantes de la especialidad Profesor de Física para Secundaria Básica, que se estudia en las escuelas pedagógicas en Cuba; la gestión de la cultura profesional. Therefore, the development of teaching material for university teaching in the History of America and Cuba is proposed with the purpose of raising the ideological political preparation of students. For the development of this research and in correspondence with its characteristics, various methods and techniques are applied, including: analysis - synthesis to establish the links of the relationships between the teaching - learning process of the subjects of the base curriculum and the optional. Inductive - deductive was applied in the analysis of different theories for the fulfillment of the planned tasks. The systemic method from the foundations of dialectical and historical materialism, which allows the theoretical assumptions to be intertwined for the development of teaching material that enriches the coincidence around the problem raised.El contexto universitario cubano precisa de la disponibilidad de textos actualizados que aborden la línea de pensamiento Martí-Fidel en torno a las clases sociales y a la integración Latinoamericana-Caribeña, para compensar la carencia de la interdisciplinariedad en los contenidos de las asignaturas Historia de América y Cuba acorde a los cambios sociales actuales. Por lo que se propone la elaboración de un material docente para la enseñanza universitaria en Historia de América y Cuba con la finalidad de elevar la preparación política ideológica de los estudiantes. La orientación profesional en la motivación hacia las especialidades de la Educación Técnica y Profesional
Get PDFEl artículo socializa una estrategia pedagógica en función de potenciar la orientación profesional de los educandos que cursan y culminan la enseñanza secundaria básica, para la continuidad de estudios a partir de la relación con los institutos politécnicos en Cuba. Emerge de un estudio que responde a una problemática evidente en el proceso docente educativo del nivel educativo en la provincia Santiago de Cuba, que revela la necesidad de motivar a los educandos por el estudio de las especialidades de la Educación Técnica y Profesional al concluir el noveno grado. De este modo se sensibilizan con la importancia de contribuir al desarrollo tecnológico-científico y laboral-productivo del país como base del avance en lo económico que asegure el bienestar de toda la sociedad. Parte de considerar que la formación armónica de la personalidad abarca diversas áreas, una de ellas corresponde, a la formación vocacional y la orientación profesional, lo que ha de facilitar en el futuro una autodeterminación profesional consciente y estable de los adolescentes y jóvenes de acuerdo con las exigencias sociales.
Abstract
The article socializes a pedagogical strategy in function of potentiating the professional orientation of the students who attend and culminate the basic secondary education, for the continuity of studies from the relationship with the polytechnic institutes in Cuba. It emerges from a study that responds to an evident problem in the educational teaching process of the educational level in the province of Santiago de Cuba, which reveals the need to motivate students to study the specialties of Technical and Professional Education at the end of the ninth grade. In this way, they become aware of the importance of contributing to the technological-scientific and labor-productive development of the country as a basis for economic progress that ensures the welfare of society as a whole. It is based on the consideration that the harmonious formation of the personality encompasses several areas, one of which corresponds to vocational training and professional orientation, which should facilitate in the future a conscious and stable professional self-determination of adolescents and young people in accordance with social demands.

Pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de educación básica: Revisión sistemática
Get PDFThe main objective of this systematic review is to analyze the progress of studies on creative thinking in elementary school students through a systematic review. Applying a bibliographic methodology, through the review of scientific literature under a planned and carefully executed process, in order to analyze previously published findings to answer a specific research question. The search engines selected for the systematic review were: Dialnet, Ebsco Host, Google Scholar, ProQuest and SciELO. From which 40 scientific articles were selected. It was concluded that creative thinking is an important aspect of human beings, which is related to the richness and diversity of experiences. Hence the importance of parents and teachers working together to foster students' abilities, in order to create children capable of solving everyday problems with novel ideas and thus optimally develop their cognitive, emotional and personal skills.La presente revisión sistemática tiene como principal objetivo analizar el avance en los estudios en el pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de educación básica a través de una revisión sistemática. Aplicando una metodología de tipo bibliográfico, por medio de la revisión de la literatura científica bajo un proceso planificado y cuidadosamente ejecutado, con la finalidad de analizar los hallazgos previamente publicados para responder una pregunta de investigación específica. Los buscadores seleccionados para realizar la búsqueda para la revisión sistemática fueron: Dialnet, Ebsco Host, Google Académico, ProQuest y SciELO. De los cuales fueron seleccionados 40 artículos científicos. Se concluyó que el pensamiento creativo es un aspecto importante en el ser humano, que se relaciona con la riqueza y diversidad de las experiencias. De ahí la importancia de que los padres y docentes trabajen de forma conjunta para favorecer las capacidades de los estudiantes, con el propósito de crear niños capaces de solucionar los problemas cotidianos con ideas novedosas y así desarrollar de manera óptima sus habilidades cognitivas, emocionales y personales.
ABSTRACT
The interest in promoting creative thinking from a scientific perspective implies an approach to the most recent studies on the subject. That is why the objective of the research reviewed in this article is to analyze the progress of studies on creative thinking in elementary school students. The planned and carefully executed process, with the purpose of analyzing the findings previously published to answer a specific research question, was conducted from a bibliographic type methodology, with the use of documentary analysis, from the selection of 40 scientific articles on the topic in the search engines: Dialnet, Ebsco Host, Google Scholar, ProQuest and SciELO. The results of the triangulation of sources are basically synthesized in that creative thinking is an important aspect in human beings, which is related to the richness and diversity of experiences; hence the importance of working together to promote the capabilities of students, in order to develop children capable of solving everyday problems with novel ideas and thus optimally enhance their cognitive, emotional and personal skills.

No full textTraining and education is a social phenomenon that has made human beings aware of throughout their history. This wealth as a social phenomenon is manifested since man discovered the ways of survival and intellectual development to form or create various languages on Earth, hence it is necessary to value all human activity of the past to perceive its evolution and from the inherited works of art to transmit the accumulated knowledge and the assimilation of these by the young generations. The objective of this work is to expose the use of Sonas art pieces from the village of Lunda, in Angola, as didactic means that can be worked from the elementary school to provoke a deep reflection. Aspect of public interest, in particular of the Ministry of Education, which values the importance of these pieces of the l cokwe culture as means that can be included in the national curriculum of primary and secondary education. This aspect is seen with certain historical relevance for the appropriation of knowledge. It is highlighted how, since ancient times, the relationship between art and mathematics has been interpreted, the historical narration from orality, the relationship between the representation of chowe works of art, in didactics as a pedagogical science, manifesting cultural feelings, various forms of integration of contextualization, cultural identity and socio-professional systematization. Methods of theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical level were used for the elaboration of the work.La formación y educación es un fenómeno social que concientiza el ser humano a lo largo de toda su historia. Esta riqueza como fenómeno social se manifiesta desde que el hombre descubrió las formas de sobrevivencia y el desarrollo intelectual para formar o crear varios lenguajes en la Tierra, de ahí que hay que valorar toda actividad humana del pasado para percibir su evolución y a partir de las obras de artes heredadas transmitir los conocimientos acumulados y la asimilación de estos por las jóvenes generaciones. Es objetivo de este trabajo exponer la utilización de piezas de arte Sonas del pueblo de Lunda, en Angola, como medios didácticos que se pueden trabajar desde la escuela primaria para provocar una reflexión profunda. Aspecto de interés público, en particular del Ministerio de Educación, el cual valora la importancia de estas de la cultura l cokwe como medios que pueden ser incluidos en el currículo nacional de la educación primaria y secundaria. Aspecto, visto con cierta relevancia histórica para la apropiación del conocimiento. Se destaca, cómo desde la antigüedad se ha interpretado la relación entre el arte y las matemáticas, la narración históricas desde la oralidad, la relación entre la representación de las obras de arte chowe, en la didáctica como ciencia pedagógica, manifestando sentimientos culturales, diversas formas de integración de la contextualización, identidad cultural y la sistematización socio profesional. Fueron utilizados, para la elaboración del trabajo métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y estadísticos matemáticos.
