Optimizing MobileNetV3 Using Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm for the Recognition of Bean Leaf Diseases
Crops play a vital role in human nutrition and overall well-being. Beans are an economically significant type of crops that not only provide a rich source of protein but also offers substantial health benefits. However, beans are susceptible to bacterial and fungal infections. If left uncontrolled, these diseases could result in severe consequences. Diagnosis of the affected leaves can be done by plant pathologists, which is not readily available in local and remote areas. Using deep learning algorithms, an accurate classification of bean leaf diseases can offset this problem from an early stage. This research introduces a framework for optimizing MobileNetV3 using Particle Swarm Optimization that can accurately identify healthy or diseased bean leaves from images captured in real-world conditions. With having only 2.9M parameters, the best model achieved a high degree of accuracy at 98.44% on unseen data, outperforming the models proposed by other researchers on the same classification task. Results suggest that the model can be adopted in the field to increase the efficiency in the early identification of bean leaf diseases. Lastly, the same methodology can also be applied in solving plant leaf diseases from other economically significant crops.Taip / Ye

Pricing and construction contract type selection model
Choosing the pricing of a construction project and the type of construction contract from the perspective of customers is a responsible and complex process. The success of a construction project depends on the correct decisions taken in the preparation of tender documents. This process is complex, and the most mistakes are made in this phase. Disputes between customers and contractors arise during the implementation of a contract, which can have a significant impact on the success of the project. There have been a number of studies on the choice of construction project costs from the point of view of contractors when submitting commercial bids. The main objective of this study is to propose a mathematical model from the point of view of customer, and an online tool for the pricing of a construction project and for the selection of the type of construction contract. The paper analyses scientific sources, presents the algorithm of the mathematical model, the application of the mathematical model in a real construction project, draws conclusions and makes recommendations on the appropriate pricing and type of construction contract

Non-alcoholic drinks supply chains: case of Nestle and Coca-Cola and their contribution analysis during COVID-19 period
The supply chain of the non-alcoholic drinks market involves a complex network of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers working together to ensure the availability of a wide range of beverages to meet consumer demand. During COVID-19, the supply chains of non-alcoholic drinks faced a revenue decrease of approximately 8.5 percent. The authors identified the research gap by revising publications in the Clarivate Analytics database on multinational enterprises (MNEs) and COVID-19 disruption. The review results show that only 14 publications were dedicated to revising MNEs’ operations and responding to COVID-19 disruption when customers’ demand suddenly decreased. Even, the researches by sector are provided, there is no research covering Nestle and Coca-Cola’s supply chain contribution to COVID-19. The paper’s non-alcoholic drinks supply chain specifics are revised, particularly those related to Nestle and Coca-Cola companies. The authors used the Bloomberg database to revise the upstream and downstream of Nestle and Coca-Cola supply chains and used secondary data from Statista and other sources to investigate the specifics of their supply chains and the sales results during the COVID-19 period. The authors concluded that Nestle and Coca-Cola faced a decline in net revenue in the beverages segment compared to PepsiCo, Red Bull, and Monster, which increased net revenue during 2020 worldwide.
moksleivius atrasti savo gyvenamojoje aplinkoje XX a. statinius,
NETOBULĄ XX a. Lietuvos architektūros istoriją, dabartį ir ateitį.UAB „Art Inn“Leidykla „Artseria

Development of an Algorithm-Based Analysis-Compression Integrated Communication Tracking Management Information System (iCTMIS)
This study addresses the challenges of administrative tasks and communication tracking at Visayas State University Alangalang (VSUA), highlighting the inefficiencies in the current manual tracking of communication processes. The objective is to develop an Integrated Communication Tracking Management Information System (iCTMIS) that enhances operational efficiency by integrating Analysis Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Lempel-Ziv-Welch (LZW) Lossless and Zlib Compression Algorithms. By employing a developmental research design and ADDIE model, the system significantly proves that there is an improvement on the data analysis and reduce disk space through efficient compression. Significant findings reveal that OCR achieves up to 90% accuracy in text conversion, while LZW techniques in compressions substantially deflates among data and file sizes. This was evaluated against ISO 9126 Software Quality Characteristics, the iCTMIS has substantially shown to optimize storage and address VSUA's operational challenges effectively. This research therefore concludes that the systematic integration of combined algorithmic frameworks analysis compression to iCTMIS pointedly enhances organizational communication and administrative workflows efficiency.Taip / Ye
