Prevalence of anticardiolipin antibody IgM and IgG in women with recurrent abortions in Kirkuk city
Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that can produce a wide range of clinical symptoms in humans, is the source of the zoonotic infection known as Toxoplasmosis. The goal of this study was to measure the serum levels of anticardiolipin (ACL) antibodies (ACL-IgM and ACL-IgG) in 200 women with T.gondii and recurrent abortions. Two hundred (200) blood samples from aborted women were used in this study, which was carried out in Kirkuk between November 1, 2022, and March 21, 2023, at the Gynaecological & Paediatric Hospital and Kirkuk General Hospital to determine the level of Anticardiolipin IgG and IgM serum. In this study of 200 aborted women, 28 (14%) had IgM positivity, 66 (33%) had IgG positivity, and 94 (47%) had Toxoplasmosis positivity overall. Of 200 aborted women, 39 (19.5%) had anticardiolipin IgM while 35 (17.5%) had Anticardiolipin IgG. The anticardiolipin IgM higher than anticardiolioin IgG in the Toxoplasmosis infected women
Investigation of Human Parvovirus B19 Seroprevalence among Pregnant Women Experiencing Spontaneous Abortion in Kirkuk City, Iraq
Human parvovirus B19 (HPV B19) may cross the placenta from mother to the fetus and cause major problems like non-immune hydrops fetalis, severe fetal anemia, as well as fetal mortality. The aim of the study was to determine the seroprevalence of HPVB19 in pregnant women with spontaneous abortion in kirkuk. From November 2022 to the April 2023, blood samples from 135 aborted women aged 15-45 and 45 women with successful pregnancies as a control group were taken. Using the ELISA Technique, the sera from the samples were tested for HPV B19 -specific IgM and IgG antibodies. The result showed that 13 (9.63%) tested positive for HPV B19 IgM, 28 (20.74%) tested positive for IgG,P<0.01.The highest seroprevalence of HPV B19 IgM antibodies was observed in the 15-25 age group (61.54%). HPV B19 IgG antibodies highest prevalence in the 26-35 age groups (50%) (P<0.05).The study showed that in the 1st trimester, 11 cases (84.62%) tested positive for HPV B19 IgM antibodies, while 20 cases (71.43%) tested positive for IgG antibodies.Among women with three abortions, a higher proportion tested positive for HPV B19 antibodies, with 76.92% testing positive for HPV B19IgM and 82.14% testing positive for IgG, among women residing in rural areas, a higher proportion tested positive, with 76.92% testing positive for HPV B19 IgM antibodies and 75% testing positive for HPV B19 IgG antibodies. In the normal weight category, 69.23% tested positive for HPV B19 IgM antibodies, and 82.14% tested positive for IgG antibodies. Aborted women have a higher prevalence of Parvovirus HPV B19 IgM and IgG than control groups, suggesting a potential association between B19 infection and pregnancy loss.
Evaluation of Phytochemical Constituents by GC-MS and Biological Activity of Eugenia caryophyllus extract
This research was carried out under laboratory conditions to test the inhibitory ability of the extracts Eugenia caryophyllus on pathogenic fungi Macrophomina phaseolina Which is diagnosed on the plant Shalek depending on its morphological and microscopic characteristics. The active compounds found in the volatile oil separated from cloves wereidentified using GC-MS and the following active compounds were obtained )8-Dimethylnona-1, phenol ,Naphthalene, alpha-Farmesene, 1- Lsopropyl-4, 7-hexahyro-1, Caryophyllene oxide.( .Of these compounds, 1-Lsopropyl-4 gave the highest concentration at 2. 01 mg.gm-1 with a retention time of 8.537, and the separated fatty acids were identified from the clove petroleum ether extract using GC-MS, and the following fatty acids were obtained:) Palmatic, Undecanoic, Lauric, Arachidonic, Lenolinic, Linoleic, Oleic, Stearic( .Among these compounds is Linoleic Which gives the highest concentration at 27.52 mg. gm-1 With a holding time of 15.280 minutes. The inhibitory effect of clove extracts against Macrophomina phaseolina was tested. The results showed that the extracts of petroleum ether and eucalyptus oil, which were used at concentrations of 5, 10 and 15 mg/ml in the PDA medium, had inhibitory effects on the growth of the aforementioned fungus. Both extracts caused a significant effect on the growth of this fungus at all concentrations used. As these fungi failed to form mycelium on PDA
The Knowledge of Sustainable Waste Management Practices in Ilorin, Nigeria: Implication on Attainment of Sustainable Development Goals 3, 6, 11 and 13
The current study has examined the knowledge of sustainable waste management practice in Ilorin, Nigeria. One hundred participants were randomly selected for this study. The data was analyzed using frequency count, percentage, mean and Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC). The result showed that the average age of the respondents was 34.2 years. In addition, the study found that the participants' knowledg of the statement "Burning of waste materials pollute the air" was the highest ranked knowledge statement on sustainable waste management practices (x?= 2.57). Information on how to convert decompose waste into manure was the highest ranked information needs on sustainable waste management practices (x?= 2.45, P =0.001). There is a significant relationship between information needs and knowledge on sustainable waste management practices (r = 0.394,) at 1% level of significance. The study therefore has recommended that there should be a creation of public awareness on sustainable waste management practices and that every household should adhere to all the sanitation and environmental laws
Graphics Accelerators: A Review
The spreadability of large and diverse computer graphics applications, highly powerful and diversified programmable hardware platforms, rapid advances in their programing techniques have all permitted design different hardware accelerators for many applications. Whereas a rapid increase in graphics performance accelerators has made them a compelling platform for computational demands tasks in a wide variety of application domains. Therefore, graphics accelerators have attracted us because of their important applications in our daily life. This paper tries to achieve those goals through a regular review of similar studies within this field of research. The process started by intensely surfing the famous specialized digital libraries and, as a result, 40 related papers were collected and examined upon several important technical subjects: technical motivations that underlie the chosen graphics algorithm, software developments that have led to the interest in this graphics algorithm, hardware platform used, programming tool, and the design intended for 2D or 3D graphics. We believe that the software techniques presented in this paper will be helpful for researchers who plan to develop new graphics accelerators algorithms. Also, it gives the required introductions in developing hardware graphics accelerators and help select materials, techniques, and tools
RF-RFE-SMOTE: A DoS And DDoS Attack Detection Framework
Denial of service and Distributed denial of service (Dos/DDos) attacks continue to be one of the most significant dangers in cybersecurity. Many efforts are being put into developing defenses against these types of attacks. The tools used by attackers to perform these types of attacks increase day-to-day. Thus, a countermeasure is necessary. For this reason, this thesis utilized one of the most recent datasets (CSE-CICIDS2018 and CIC-DDoS2019) containing most Dos/DDoS attacks. This study proposed a framework based on Machine Learning for detecting denial-of-service (DoS) and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. The framework comprises three main modules: feature selection method using Random Forest—Recursive Feature Elimination (RF-RFE), handling the Imbalanced class distributions using Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE), and classification. This study used five classifiers to make comparisons that include Random Forest (RF), Naive Bayes (NB), Logistic Regression (LR), and Linear and Quadratic Discriminant Analysis (LDA, QDA)”. Framework empirical findings reveal that the RF-RFE_SMOTE_RF outperformed all other models by obtaining an accuracy of 100% for CSE-CIC-IDS2018 and 0.99% for CIC-DDoS2019
Skin Cancer Classification: A Transfer Learning Approach Using Inception-v3
In the human body, the skin serves as the primary layer of defense for essential organs. However, as a result of ozone layer degradation, exposure to UV radiation, fungal and viral infections. Skin cancer is becoming more common.
This study proposes a novel deep learning-based framework for the multi-classification of eight different types of skin cancer. The suggested framework is divided into several steps. The initial phase is the data augmentation of images. In the second step, deep models are fine-tuned. The model is opted, for Inception-v3, and updated their layers. In the third step, The suggested model has been applied to train both fine-tuned on augmented datasets.
After optimization, the pre-trained model performs well for classifying skin tumors, with Inception-v3 having accuracy and an F-score of 81% and 81%, respectively

The objective of the current research is to determine the impact of Organizational
ambidexterity in its dimensions (exploration, exploitation) in enhancing Strategic
Supremacy in its dimensions (The Sphere of Influence, Competitor Compression,
Competitive Configuration). As the research field is represented by (Kronje Group of Soft
Drinks, Healthy Water, Natural Juices and Dairy Limited Companies), while the research
community is represented by all the employees of the company, as the size of the
community reached (450) workers, a random sample was selected from the community
with a strength of (183) employees. The research adopted the analytical descriptive
approach, while the research tool was the questionnaire, which was designed and
distributed electronically, and the field side data was analyzed by adopting the ready-made
statistical programming (SPSS.V25) as well as the (AMOS, V25) program. The research
reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the impact of Organizational
ambidexterity in its combined dimensions in achieving Strategic Supremacy. The Kronji
group of companies is able to keep pace with the aspirations of customers and gain their
satisfaction by providing distinguished services and renewable production lines. The
research also recommended relying on what is dictated by the aspects of exploration and
exploitation represented by Organizational ambidexterity when determining the
organization's product portfolio and markets by transferring ideas and opportunities and
putting them into practice
Availability of strategic monitoring dimensions: an exploratory study of a sample of university leaders at the Northern Technical University and its affiliated formations: Availability of strategic monitoring
The aim of the research is to highlight the availability of the dimensions of strategic monitoring among university leaders at the Northern Technical University and its affiliated formations. The problem of this research was launched from a question in its content: What is the availability of the dimensions of strategic monitoring in the researched organization? The Northern Technical University and its affiliated formations have been identified as a field of study, based on the importance of the topic that the research has dealt with and the importance that characterizes the research sample in the researched university. The researchers relied in their research on the descriptive approach, as the intended research sample consisted of (university president, university president assistants, deans, assistant deans, department heads and directors) who numbered (133) respondents, The researchers relied on the statistical analysis tools in the program (SPSS.V.22) to test the research hypotheses, which were adopted. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the achievement of a high-level consensus regarding the availability of strategic monitoring through the dimensions embodied in it by university leaders at the Northern Technical University and its affiliated formations. This gives the impression to researchers that university leaders possess a strategic monitoring through which they can address potential threats and risks and limit the effects that may result from them, as well as identifying available opportunities and working to invest them

The study was conducted in the sheep field of (Kosar) company in the Kalk district. It was conducted to determine the effect of adding slow-release urea to the concentrated diet gradually instead of fast-release urea in an attempt to improve the efficiency of feed utilization , improve rumen conditions, and its reflection on the productive performance and some blood biochemical indices of Awassi ewes milk. 24 heads of newly parented ewes aged between 3-4 years distributed to four groups was the sample. It has fed onthe same concentrated diet. The first group treated with 1.5 urea only and the second Treated with 1 % urea and 0.6 % slow-release urea .The third Treated with 0.5 % urea and 1.2 % slow-release urea and the fourth Treated with 1.8 % slow-release urea only .The study took two months, from the birth of ewes until weaning lambs, with a Completely Randomized Design. The total average weight gain for ewes was (8.37, 9.72, 6.74, 5.67) kg, and through the results, it was observed that there is a positive effect of adding Menogen to Awassi ewes feeds in the average daily and total milk production as the fourth treatment significantly (P?0.05) exceeded the rest of the treatments. The percentage of fat, protein and lactose in milk alsohas significantly (P?0.05) exceeded in the fourth treatment than the rest of the treatments, no significant difference was observed between treatments in total blood protein concentration albumin and globulin . But blood urea concentration was significant increase (P?0.05) in favor of fourth treatment and first one compared to first treatment computationally with third, plasma cholesterol concentration increased significantly (P?0.05) with increasing level of slow-release urea in third treatment compared to other treatments, triglycerides concentration in blood decreased significantly (P?0.05) with increasing level of slow-release urea for third treatment and fourth one compared to first one computationally with second. Blood enzyme ALT was significantly increased (P?0.05) in third treatment followed by fourth treatment and first one compared to second, AST enzyme decreased significantly (P?0.05) in third treatment compared to first one and second one computationally with fourth
